I m a Apache 1604v user and I have been ordering no. Plate bracket and tool kit from past 6-7 months they are saying our two shipments of 2.5 lakhs is stucks since past year so we cant order new parts they will take fake notes of orders but wont order anything if you see in their system plus i have taken their annual servicing booklet its waste of money they will not do repair work in one single go they will atleast waste ur 2-3 pages for one single minor repair and waste ur booklet pages so they can charge for another one greedy and non technical staff and mechanics are one upping their staffs behaviour they dont repair they just exchange parts so if u want to waste ur money Repairing from their shop go for it

I Went for genuine spare parts to the show room but received suggestion from there to procure from local spare parts provider. Not having trained or skilled staff.
