Brought the kids on a Tuesday afternoon over Christmas break to jump for an hour. After entering the facility I saw a poster on the wall which indicated the second hour of jumping was free every Tuesday if you follow them on social media. I figure that was a pretty good value since we were already at the facility so I did the social media stuff necessary for a free second hour of jumping. When I went to the front desk the two employees gave me various reasons why they couldn’t honor it. “It is only available on Mondays now between certain hours” and “we can’t do it because of the holiday” (never mind that the facility was dead empty, maybe 20 kids total were jumping). When I suggested they should honor the deal since they were clearly still advertising it I was told they would have to call the manager. After speaking to the manager they confirmed that they would not honor the deal even though they had advertised it. The funny thing is, the bottom of their poster asks you to “Support us with your reviews and photos on Google”. I’m sharing alright. Oh the irony… Additionally the water fountain has been out of service for what seems like at least a year. They are happy to sell you water bottles for $1 though instead of just fixing their water fountain. PS - leaving a bad taste in a parents mouth when they are going to be sitting in your place of business for an hour with nothing else to do isn’t a great idea.

Fun trampoline for how small it is, but doesn't have as much options and things that bigger places have. They have a good foam pit area, small but good trampoline area, a great place dodgeball area and a good little kids area. The space is a little small and lacks what the bigger places have but it is good for how small it is. They also have lockers for you to put your stuff at.

So many bad reviews and I'm not fully understanding why. Every time I've brought my kids here, we have all had a great time. The place is clean, the employees are nice and, the other parents had control of their own children. I don't have anything negative say about this place. We will definitely be back.

This place is so fun, my kids have a blast here! They have been working really hard to remodel this place since covid.

WORST PLACE EVER🤬🤬 The prices are crazy high $36 for 2hours and the staff where incredibly rude there was one guy who was nice but all the other ones sucked. The kids where rude and toxic they whould cuss and and be violent I got chips for $1 and it was expired.

We've been coming here forever. I've never had anything bad to say. Today, I have nothing good to say. It must be 80 degrees inside. No AC. The girl at the front desk is absolutely miserable, either is unable to smile or has not been trained in customer service. For a kid based center, I would think friendly staff would be required. There are very few people here, and now I understand why.

This place was pretty dirty. The blocks in the pits were pretty gross and definitely need replaced. They don’t have Air Conditioning as well. My kids got so hot they were on the verge of heat exhaustion. Certain parts of the facility need repairs as well. Definitely some major health and safety concerns. Don’t take your kids here.

As an employee of ijump, I have so much fun here. It is so amazing to see kids have fun and feel comfortable to express themselves. I also enjoy working here because our boss is amazing 👏 🙌 Eric is an amazing manager and constantly improves the company. This place has an awesome environment and I give it a 10/10

I absolutely love this place!! I’m a Nanny, so I come several times a month with different kids. The owner is incredibly nice and Kennedy is super sweet and helpful every time we come. The prices are very fair and a lot cheaper than other places. I’ve booked Birthday parties here and everyone loved it! I definitely recommend coming here👍

This place is fantastic as a worker and I love this place! I love the people here and I love all the memories we had together ♥️😁. Eric is the best boss I could ever ask for and he does a fantastic job 😃. The place is amazing and I could never thank this place enough for everything, and what every one has done 😁👍👍👍

I love ijump! It's a wonderful work environment and place to take your children to burn off some energy. The employees are super nice and caring! Take your children here for sure!!!

I went in on Monday with my kids and they had a blast. Hailey was very positive and super helpful. She made us laugh and made it a great experience!

My kids had a fantastic time! They loved it when the employees organized a game of trampoline dodge ball. Wonderful employee Star was kind enough to lower the volume of the music so the moms could chat while our kids jumped. Highly recommend!

First time going to iJump in Ammon and it was awesome! Lots of trampoline options for the kids and adults to jump on. We went on a Thursday morning where they had a deal where an adult jump free after paying $5 for a child. Nice clean facility and is set up for having birthday parties which I could see us doing in the future. Staff there were super nice even after the wife broke the rules and jumped in the foam pit while our daughter was also in the foam pit. Read the rules Wife!!! 😄Definitely going back for more jumping fun! Oh also they have massage chairs in the entry room where you can get a massage after a good jumping workout.

We love IJump so much! We have done company parties here and we always have so much fun! The owners and their staff are the absolute best! The faculty is clean and they have alot to offer! 5 stars all day!

The kids love this place! They have an area for toddlers which is so great! It seems well taken care of and clean! Staff is always friendly!

Looks like they need some cleaning. Not sure if a business is supposed to be this dusty and if it’s healthy for people to be jumping and running around a super dusty environment.

It is only open until 8:00 on a Friday night! We got there at 7:10 I paid the full amount and they made them leave at 7:45! If you close at 8 then they should at LEAST get to jump until it closes, otherwise lower the price for less time. The staff that helped us was not very nice either. I will not be spending my money there anymore! I would rather drive them to Rexburg.

Fun to place for toddlers to jump but would never recommend for a party. The party room we reserved was really yucky. The carpet was the worst part. Also, when we arrived the room we reserved was not handicap/wheelchair accessible. I wish that was mentioned on their website.

We used to come here all the time, but haven't been back since before covid. My kids begged me to go today, so we went around 1:30. I can't believe how downhill it has gotten! It was 85 degrees in there today! My kids were drenched with sweat. (96° outside) and we spent most of the time waiting around for "a free sample size water cup" since the water fountain has been broken for almost a year I heard. It was miserable. And the girl that was working, was obviously miserable and hates her job. She was so ignorant and unfriendly. It stinks sooo bad in there. We couldn't wait to leave. Very disappointing. No wonder it was empty besides us, and a daycare group.

I didn't have a good experience. Staff were what looked like teenagers except with no guidance because they both had pretty nasty attitudes. My daughter was playing with the foam blocks and one or two came out of the pit, she got scrutinized for that and she is only 7. Then she went to play on the trampoline and jumped into the blocks they had there. She was just hanging out in there for a bit and the young girl of staff came out again and told her she can't do that. Mind you this place has gone down hill, no one was in there besides me, my daughter, and my boyfriend. No other kids. It doesn't surprise me this place is not busy. Too many rules even signing a waiver. Rude staff. Dirty and neglected. They probably have a million reasons why but really you guys should take care of the things customers have complaints about. I mean one of the reviews with the false advertising and not going through with what you have as a sign even as management is absolutely disgusting. Needs new management.

Dodge ball was fun and we had a good experience. Star checked us in and was helpful to the kids.
