Disappointed
in
our
birthday
party
experience.
When
we
scheduled
I
asked
if
they
could
help
facilitate
a
Pokémon
training
party
for
my
8
year
old.
We
wanted
to
do
some
challenges
and
have
the
trainer
up
talk
Pokémon
but
didn’t
need
much.
They
said
no
problem
they
had
a
trainer
available
that
day
that
knew
a
little
about
Pokémon
and
could
set
up
some
challenges.
The
day
of
the
party
we
showed
up
and
the
person
there
almost
acted
like
they
didn’t
know
we
were
coming.
Didn’t
give
any
kid
of
directions
and
said
the
trainer
was
coming
but
would
be
a
little
late.
I
was
disappointed
because
the
kids
just
started
running
around
which
was
great
they
got
to
play
but
they
didn’t
have
any
direction
on
how
to
play
safe
and
the
guy
there
didn’t
give
any
guidance.
Once
the
trainer
got
there
45
minutes
late
he
said
looking
good
you
are
free
to
do
what
you
want.
I
reminded
him
of
the
party
we
requested
and
I
thought
he
would
reign
the
kids
in
and
teach
them
some
challenges
but
he
seemed
to
have
difficulty
getting
the
kids
attention
and
would
start
giving
directions
without
all
the
kids
present
so
it
was
difficult
to
keep
the
kids
involved
and
not
just
running
around
crazy
as
they
had
been
doing.
(There
were
only
8-10
kids)
So
I
had
to
keep
reminding
the
trainer
I
wanted
them
to
complete
challenges
because
I
felt
like
the
kids
needed
structure
and
I
had
brought
prizes
for
completing
challenges.
He
did
a
couple
games
like
tag
and
floor
I
lava
but
I
was
hoping
for
more
instructions
and
challenges
because
the
kids
were
running
around
and
a
few
almost
got
hurt
because
they
weren’t
given
any
direction
on
how
to
be
safe.
Whenever
I
asked
him
to
do
something
he
said
ok
no
problem.
I
just
wish
the
trainer
had
been
more
prepared
and
proactive
as
they
lady
who
booked
the
party
suggested
he
would
be
and
he
been
there
at
the
start
of
the
party
to
set
the
party
up
with
expectations
of
safety.
They
had
said
I
could
send
some
ideas
but
if
I
had
know
I
had
to
plan
the
party
more
I
would
have.
The
kids
still
had
fun,
but
from
an
organizational
standpoint
I
feel
disappointed.
