The classes were very age-appropriate and taught my boys great skills they use in their other athletic sports, plus they had fun and I got a little bit of a break! I love that they offer classes and events for all ages! People often mention kids, classes, love, class, Flip, Twist, great, coaches, party, super,

My children have been going to the open gyms consistently for about two months. My sensory needs son struggles with following directions so we thought they open gyms would get him used to the facility before we began classes. The coaches are nothing short of amazing and patient, talented as well! It is such an uplifting and fun environment not to mention healthy and educational. My five-year-old and 10-year-old have really enjoyed going to flip and twist.

Very disappointing experience for me and my kids. We did the trial class which was great. The kids loved the class itself and the instructors were awesome. We signed up to start regular class on August 9th. However when we showed up to start they didn't have us on the schedule. There was a gal behind me who's kids were also supposed to have class that day who they didn't have on the schedule either. They did have enough spots for all my children to go to a class that day even though some of them went to a class younger than what they should be in. However I ended up paying $80 for all five of my children to attend a one-hour class--- due to the prices being misrepresented beforehand (more about that later). We were also told that you pay for a spot not for an individual child. We have foster children so we planned to have two spots and let the kids rotate through the two spots each week depending on who lives in our home at the time. When we showed up for class they said the opposite, that you pay for the individual child and not for the spot in the class. We were also quoted a different price when we originally told even though the price that we were told was on the membership contract that they wanted me to sign. When I pointed this out to the girl at the front desk she said they weren't offering that option anymore. If you aren't offering that option anymore then take it off of your advertisements and off of your contract. The original price I was quoted would be $189 a month for 5 spots for dynamic daytime pricing. The gal at the front desk quoted me $230 a month for 5 kids. I also confirmed before signing up for a regular class that we would be with specific instructors that worked well with my children during the trial class. However the instructors that we were told would be teaching the class where not there. They also had me fill out and drop off a contract prior to my kids starting class. Yet they couldn't find my contract and asked me to fill out a new one. We did not end up signing up for a membership. I did not have a good feeling after this experience or any trust in their business. This company is either incredibly disorganized or just plain dishonest.

First, the staff at Flip & Twist is super friendly and welcoming! All of the front desk ladies are amazing to talk to and super helpful! I will say that I have seen a change in quality of classes between the summer months and the winter months. The summer months most of the adult caches are home with their kids and so teenagers are mostly the coaches. Since this swap I've noticed that it has been less structured classes and a lot more standing around. I loved that when the adult coaches ran the classes everything was a circuit, so my kid was always moving! The kids would complete 2 or 3 obstacles before returning to the skill that the coach is assisting with. Now my kid will stand in line for a couple minutes doing nothing waiting for his turn. For this reason I'm giving it 3 stars because of the shift in quality of classes. Although I think this is a super easy fix to make! Hope this doesn't offend anyone, just my honest review after waiting until the middle of the summer to see if things improve. Thanks!

We love Flip & Twist! My boys have been taking ninja classes here for 2 years now and they absolutely love it. Every week they are counting down until it's time to go. Most of the coaches are really good at challenging the kids and giving tips at how they can improve. Plus it's a safe environment for them to get rid of some energy! What kids don't like climbing and jumping off of things? At least here there is a soft spot to land.

My 10 year old daughter really enjoys her ninja class. She has moved about throughout the schedule of classes, days, and times over the past year and a half. What we really love is the Friday morning class and we are so happy they have that option. We appreciate that in the summer we can choose to do a week long camp in place of the weekly classes. It frees up time to travel and still have our membership and gym time. Update: I’d also like to add that attending this gym helped my daughter overcome her separation anxiety that she developed during quarantine. With such a great staff she really felt safe and cared for, Giving me the opportunity to step away for a little breather.

My son loves his coaches at Flip & Twist, especially Blade, Chase, and Carter. They keep the classes fun and work the kids hard. As a parent I appreciate how accessible the coaches and how helpful the front desk staff is.

Extremely crooked business practices!! We attended classes for a couple of our daughters last year. This summer we did some summer camps but didn’t sign up for any fall classes. Come to find out, they started charging us again for classes without telling us and ZERO receipts! I found their charges on our bank statements and talked to someone from their office. They said that we suspended our account but didn’t cancel it, thus their system automatically started charging us again! I told them we weren’t signed up for a class, and she said we had to give them our notice to cancel in writing. I wouldn’t trust their business since they’ll charge you without notice and without receipts.

This place is AWESOME! Our elementary school children love this place. It teaches parkour, agility, and gymnastics basics at a great price. A great workout for kids in a fun atmosphere. Recommend for any families with young kids in the Idaho Falls area!

I have taken my kids here for the last 2 years and they LOVE it! It is awesome to see what they have been able to learn and how much improvement they have shown. Both of them take Ninja classes. We are always excited when they get to expand and build new things for the kiddos to do. We’ve also done my youngest’s birthday and it was great! The kids loved being able to run around and do all the fun things that they offer! It was great having one of the staff there to conduct the activities. We love it here!

This is our first visit and my two kiddos love it. We signed right up for regular classes. I appreciate that its month to month with no contract. Chase and Blade are great coaches. They are experienced and the kids are so comfortable learning from them.

We started my 2yo and 4yo at Flip &Twist a few weeks ago. The boys love the place. The encouragement from the instructors has helped both boys feel comfortable trying new things. Both the boys instructors have had such good energy with the kids. Thank you Jose and Lelan.

Oliva is the friendliest FDA. She goes around and makes the parents feel welcome. Her phones skills are excellent. Always a smile on her face. My grandson loves having Blade as his coach.

We love Ninja Warrior classes! Blade and Jose have been exceptionally helpful and supportive with my 6 year old. He’s shown so much interest in the circuits and has grown so much in his skills in just 2 months.

We love Flip and Twist! I have two sons who have taken classes here for over a year and they can’t get enough. Coach Chase and Coach Jose are some of their favorites and so willing to help them improve on skills they want. I always recommend Flip and Twist to my friends!

Such an amazing idea for a kids day out, it’s been great for them to learn a lot of new things and burn all that energy lol. Will be back for sure. Highly recommended!

This is such a cool place! The coaches actually interact with the kids and don’t just let them do whatever they want. We switched over from a different place, and we have noticed a significant difference with our boy. We would give it a 10/10 if we could! Highly recommend!!!!

Disappointed in our birthday party experience. When we scheduled I asked if they could help facilitate a Pokémon training party for my 8 year old. We wanted to do some challenges and have the trainer up talk Pokémon but didn’t need much. They said no problem they had a trainer available that day that knew a little about Pokémon and could set up some challenges. The day of the party we showed up and the person there almost acted like they didn’t know we were coming. Didn’t give any kid of directions and said the trainer was coming but would be a little late. I was disappointed because the kids just started running around which was great they got to play but they didn’t have any direction on how to play safe and the guy there didn’t give any guidance. Once the trainer got there 45 minutes late he said looking good you are free to do what you want. I reminded him of the party we requested and I thought he would reign the kids in and teach them some challenges but he seemed to have difficulty getting the kids attention and would start giving directions without all the kids present so it was difficult to keep the kids involved and not just running around crazy as they had been doing. (There were only 8-10 kids) So I had to keep reminding the trainer I wanted them to complete challenges because I felt like the kids needed structure and I had brought prizes for completing challenges. He did a couple games like tag and floor I lava but I was hoping for more instructions and challenges because the kids were running around and a few almost got hurt because they weren’t given any direction on how to be safe. Whenever I asked him to do something he said ok no problem. I just wish the trainer had been more prepared and proactive as they lady who booked the party suggested he would be and he been there at the start of the party to set the party up with expectations of safety. They had said I could send some ideas but if I had know I had to plan the party more I would have. The kids still had fun, but from an organizational standpoint I feel disappointed.

My 6-year-old daughter tried dance, soccer, gymnastics, never falling in love. But she has found her niche at Flip and Twist! She loves to watch their parkour videos and is committed to work her way up! Thank you Flip and Twist for helping her develop confidence and motivation!
