Why oh why why why did I wait 5 years to come here. Probably the highest end food in the valley when it comes to classic flavors and FLAWLESS prep and presentation. I love the laid back non snooty atmosphere. People here just want to talk with friends and eat great food. The menu doesn’t try to BS you with overly inflated synonyms and worthless fluff, it is small, concise, and has a bit of French flair. All 4 entrees came out perfectly prepared and seasoned and man… the chicken pan sauce… please try the chicken, just please. The drinks are fairly simple but delicious and the staff are are extremely well trained and appear to really form a strong team dynamic. What a fantastic place with great prices. I’ll be back soon enough.

Service was phenomenal, I wish I remembered his name because he was so great. Absolutely believe them when they say the pork tacos have a spicy sauce and just have them put it on the side. Delicious drinks, fun atmosphere and felt very elite taking an elevator up to the restaurant. Can’t wait to go back.

This place is fantastic - hands down best dining in Nampa!! Went for dinner with my mom on a Thursday night and had the best time. The restaurant is great, decor is tasteful and welcoming. Ambiance is lively, but not too loud. Conversation is definitely easy even with a packed restaurant. Food is excellent- both the filet and the pork chop are favorites. Great cocktail list and wine list. Truly a favorite spot - can't wait to return

We have been eating here for years and it gets better every time! We had a New Year’s Eve lunch and did not have an appointment. They still got us in quickly and the service was excellent. We got the brussel sprouts appetizer, flatiron steak, and bacon burger! I definitely recommend each. Can’t wait to go back.

One of Idahos best restaurants! Incredible food with locally sourced ingredients. The service and staff is fantastic. Chef is one of the best guys. Home grown Idaho guy that was trained in Idaho and grew up here. Nowhere has better BACON that brick 29 either! No matter what you order make sure you try the bacon. I’ve been coming here for many years and cannot recommend it enough.

Brick 29 has been a Nampa staple for over a decade and well worth the drive from Boise. The location upstairs is beautiful, with excellent views from the bar, especially when a storm is rolling through the valley. The service at the bar is always friendly and attentive. The menu provides an excellent variety. I would highly recommend the calamari, BLT and burger. Be sure to save room for one of the many dessert options, as they're always delicious. Their happy hour is also excellent, with great discounts on both drinks and food.

This was my second time visiting Brick 29 and it is a GEM. Never would i have thought to use decadent and brussel sprouts in the same sentence but there you have it. This appetizer is a must! We ordered the butternut squash raviolis, one of the night specials with steelhead, and a bowl of mushroom bisque. The raviolis are an explosion of creaminess and very complimentary veggies with a crunch of walnut. The steelhead was the best fish dish I've ever ordered. Perfectly cooked with some slight caramelized spots. The mushroom bisque is everything we want with the added surprise of cotija. Delectable! Definitely make reservations in advance. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly. Only thing missing was a glass of my favorite Moscato, Innocent Bystander, as I was informed they were no longer going to carry it. Sad day on that front. Regardless, will be back.

Incredible! Great service, great food, great ambiance. If I could give a 6th star, they would have it! The tenderloin Cobb salad was just amazing. My wife's Hagarman trout was the best she ever had.

Such a great place, I enjoyed the atmosphere more when they were downstairs. The service is impeccable!!! I met a coworker after work, a very rough day, the staff was amazing, extra attentive, he noticed we were a little stressed, he brought us a dessert on the house. All ingredients are extremely fresh! Great food, great service, a real gem in Nampa!

My favorite place to dine when I visit Boise. I’m technically a regular here even though I don’t live in the area. Love their food and service. Pure class. Their trout dish is otherworldly and the blueberry pork chop is a must try here. Everything I have tried is great including the spicy calamari, lamb shank, their bistro chicken, steaks, and Reuben. Really can’t go wrong here with any dish.

First off, this is hands down the best restaurant in Treasure Valley. The windows surrounding the tables, the bar, the staff, and not to mention the food. We tried this for the first time last weekend, everyone in our group was ecstatic with their experience. Highly recommend the Turkey Melt, Pomegranate Salmon, and for desert the bread pudding and deconstructed German chocolate cake. We already have a few special occasions coming up, all of which will be at Brick 29.

I’ve been here a number of times, and they never disappoint. This particular time I had a Caesar salad with there very popular Bistro Chicken. The bistro chicken is mushroom Charlotte bourbon and cream. Serve with house mash potatoes. Yeah it sounds delicious and it is. It is a heavy meal. My daughter had one of the sandwiches the hot turkey melt and my friend just had the full on Caesar salad and added salmon. All dishes were perfect and the ice tea was delicious. the service was stellar as well. I do recommend a reservation even for lunch. The words fine dining and Nampa don’t normally go together, but Brick 29 has made that possible.

This was my 1st visit to Brick 29. A fun start with check in on the main floor entrance & then the elevator up to the 3rd floor. The spectacular windows gave a warm light and the overview of the little City. This was part of the ambience in the class in the dining room. The staff were very professional and accommodating. The adult beverage & food was divine. I will certainly be back and likely for client lunches and or dinner.

We love Brick 29! The food is always amazing and we always go home happy. We especially enjoy the calamari appetizer and bread pudding for dessert. This last time we got the bistro chicken and fish special pictures and loved them. The atmosphere is quirky and lovely. Always a win in our book.

Great food and atmosphere. Ever since moving to the top of the building the views and vibes are even better than before. Still the same great food and friendly service. The calamari was really good!

The food was phenomenal, the service was impeccable. The meal I ordered was unlike anything I've ever had. I know that sounds dramatic but I love cooking and trying new foods and I'm not exaggerating from my own experiences. I definitely recommend trying this place more than once too. A friend took me here and was even more impressed this time than he was the first time he went!

It was such a great evening we had at Brick 29. You can dress up, you can come in your jeans, and you will be treated to a delightful and amazing meal. If you choose something off the drink menu, the Huckleberry Martini was delightful. Our son in law had a Lemon Drop (a bit too sour for him) but enjoyed it anyway. I won't be able to express the enjoyment we all had at this restaurant. The appetizer started our meal of Bruzzel Spourts. (a must-have). Then between the four of us, we enjoyed their excellent Monte Cristo, which melted in your mouth, the Brisket and macaroni sandwhich, Pulled Pork Tacos, and BLT. I highly recommend their Mushroom Bisque as a side. Geez, just go as soon as you can. Our server Rachel was amazing, and the beautiful and helpful lady at the reception desk made for our excellent experience. Reservations and walk-ins are taken. I can't wait to experience the Speak Easy in the basement.

It should have been a five star experience. The service was great and the food was delicious, so what went wrong? I arrived about 2:40 as a solo diner and was told I could sit either at the bar or a bar table. This was interesting since online reservations are available all afternoon. I asked for a table since I was planning to enjoy a meal. The bar has just a few tables along the wall. Unfortunately the bar/reception area apparently doubles as the staff break room. At one point during my meal no less than six employees were gathered within a few feet of my table engaging in personal conversations that were loud enough for me to hear. A person who looked like the manager was an active participant so there was no point in complaining. It was clear all the employees were totally oblivious my presence. My table was also situated close to the kitchen because the staff were frequently walking in front of my table. I watched as several new patrons arrived and were seated in the restaurant. Go figure. The food was good but it couldn’t save my negative customer experience - ambiance is equally important. I missed taking a picture of the special I enjoyed - blackened steelhead salmon with coconut rice.

Our family enjoys our yearly Feb 28 birthday at Brick29. Top notch service this time. The girls rated the cob salad w steak as excellent. I recommend you eat here on your birthday as they treat you right. Service by Haylie was the most responsive and efficient I have seen in years.

Hubby and I went out for an early dinner (4pm) on recommendation from a friend. We were not disappointed! The food is delicious. A delectable take on comfort food, just like the restaurant claims. The calamari appetizer was simply the best. It is by far the best calamari I have ever had. Not those disproportionately breaded rings like everywhere else, these were thick strips, perfectly breaded, and combined with mouth-watering sauces, carmelized onions and either serranaos or jalapenos. Please don't ever take this off the menu!! We ordered the Mac n Cheese as well. It was yummy. We both agreed it's tasty and that we would wait awhile before ordering it again. The fondue-style cheese is rich. We also had the Hot Turkey Melt. It was tasty, like everything else. If I am in the mood for a warm sandwich I would definitely get that but it's not enough to keep me away from trying other items on the menu next visit. For dessert we had the Deconstructed German Chocolate Cake. Scrumptious! It is light on the top and the flourless chocolate cake portion is dense and rich. The coconut flakes on top combined with the carmel syrup and chopped pecans around the plate are worthy of plate-licking. I would definitely get this again. What made it even better is their face-friendliness. Smiles all around from so many beautiful people. The staff was excellent - informative, helpful, attentive and a pleasure presence.

Brick has always had a special place in our hearts ❤️. We started coming here for the amazing brunch back when it was in the basement of the building. Now we really enjoy eating at a window table with great views of the city's sky.

Excellent service, I’m really impressed with the drinks and service we started at the craft lounge for the wait which is downstairs and waited for our reservation. When we arrived we where waited on immediately for drinks and ordered our food. The food showed up up at a reasonable time and our bar tender was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some high quality food and drinks.

Fantastic food! Great ambiance! Amazing service! You can not go wrong with the specials, and don't forget to start with the Calamari it's perfect. Beer always has a local selection, and the drinks are creative and delicious. The in-house made deserts are incredible, and the cheesecake is my favorite, and the flavors rotate. Hands down our favorite place.

We decided to try Brick 29 on a whim and boy were we glad we did! Our server was Jake, who was simply amazing - professional, kind, helpful and funny! We decided to try an appetizer, and then everyone get a different entree and try it all ... we started with the Apple Flatbread ... you MUST try this! With basil-walnut pesto, brie, arugula, mozzarella, poached apples, pistachios and spicy honey, this appetizer was DELICIOUS! Our entrees were: the Bistro Chicken, the All Natural Beef Burger, Filet Mignon, and the special Steelhead with mashed potatoes ... the horseradish potato au gratin served with the Filet was the best potato we have ever tasted that was served this way ... the Steelhead was the table favorite, but in all fairness, they were all pretty tasty and everyone was happy. 5-stars was the experience, from beginning to end! We will be back, and Jake, we will request you again!

At first, you don’t notice the elevator door. It’s like an elevated speakeasy. When you emerge, you’re taken in by the ambiance and vast views of mountains in the distance. The drinks and food were fantastic, and the service top notch.

I thoroughly enjoyed eating here. I got the Flat Iron Steak, and as a frequent steak enjoyer I must say it was easily one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. I think what I liked most about it was the truffle cream sauce (that gave it AMAZING flavor,) and in addition the cut was excellent. My boyfriend got the rockfish and also really enjoyed it! For dessert we got the German Chocolate Cake and we both found it a little bit too rich, and my boyfriend doesn’t like coconut or pecans so he wasn’t a fan of the frosting/sauce. But that is a personal preference rather than a true flaw with the dessert. I had no idea this place existed, it’s almost ‘hidden’ on the top floor of a building in downtown Nampa. This was a great dining experience, I hope to be back soon!

This is an upscale restaurant in Nampa, but people come in dressed in everything from semi-formal to shorts and tee shirts. The staff is great, nice atmosphere, not noisy, but get a reservation from the homepage, brick29.com. We love this place, it never disappoints. We started out with the Spicy Garlic Calamari. The sweetness of the sauce and bite of the Serrano chilis is a perfect match for the calamari steaks. Hard to taste the aioli, because I kept dredging the calamari in the sauce before eating it. My wife had the Beef Stroganoff special tonight. The beef was tender and the sauce was nice and creamy atop the butter noodles. I had to try a few samples for myself. Nice dish, I was going to order it but the Squeeze beat me to it. I had the tenderloin, which was wrapped in bacon and cooked to a perfect medium rare. The béarnaise sauce added a nice touch and the potato gratin was excellent, sliced potatoes just slightly firm. I didn't taste a strong flavor of horseradish in them. I should have asked if they had a substitute for the squash, just have never been a fan. We split a humongous piece of German Deconstructed Cake. I'm not even going try to describe it, just try it. $99 for a truly tremendous dinner which included 2 glasses of wine, enough said. Like I stated earlier, the staff is great and Corrine was a tremendous server. She had her RADAR on for us and all of her other guests, very attentive.

HANDS DOWN, the best meal I have had in a while! Generous portions, savory, and delicious! I had the chicken dinner (AMAZING), other guests had the pork chop and flat iron steak. App we chose was the calamari…THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. Awesome ambiance, fantastic service…you must go! P.S. Drinks were great too!

We enjoyed a double date Valentine's Day Lunch. The spicy Calamari was cooked perfectly. The server was attentive and each dish was full of flavor. This is a Nampa must visit resturant!

Always a great experience at Brick 29. You will love the food selection, beautiful presentation, great drinks and desserts. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but the Bistro Chicken is my personal favorite.

For anyone that hasn't been here, or doesn't know what to expect, I'd recommend reserving a table so you have guaranteed seating, and don't want to wait while they check for walk-in space. That said, we had an opportunity to look at the menu, while we were waiting. Once seated, everything was pretty great. Glasses and a pitcher of water were promptly delivered with being seated. Our server Jake did a great job, and the food was fantastic, the kitchen staff did a great job as well. I highly recommend this place.
