My review is regarding the bar along with the hotel, at the starting of the hotel it used to be a well maintained hotel along with good ac bar but now the hotel is shrinked to half the size and the half part a shopping area. The ac bar is also deteriorated with bad lighting and old seats and minimum staff for serving drinks and eateries.

Hotel can be spotted from the roadside. Actually there are two entrances. One for the bar and one for the rooms. Drinks are served here and the cost is kinda optimum for the market rate. Food is good. Service is really nice and they take care of the customers well. Ample space is there for parking. Rooms are spacious and good for families.

Rate, service and location is good. But rooms need renovation. Some locks are not working properly. Provided only one towel and one tooth brush for double room... Tv cable connection was poor. Ac need to replace due to sound

The environment does not look like that of a hotel. It appears its conversion of a building into a staying place with basic facility of receiption, room service , restaurant serving veg and non veg food in two separate areas, and A/C rooms. Its a neat and clean place reasonably priced. The rooms are good size with attach bathroom with 24 hours hot and cold water. The hotel has 21 standard rooms with with two conference rooms. It also has a wifi facility. Good for one night stay.

Located on the main road, this hotel is a good option for a 1night stay. The rooms are average is size, but needs renovation. Service from staff is ok. The room tariff is on a higher as compared to the room amenities and services they are offering. Parking is available in front of the hotel.

Worst service ever I had experienced. Thoes waiters response like not intrested to serve. Next time I ain't vist this horrible place

worst hotel in calicut, actúally i came for exam duty, two days stay was horrible and i kindly request the cóllege managent authorities to give a good accomodation for examiners.

Not received properly at reception(nobody came for disembarkation of luggage from the taxi. With small baby we struggled alot with whole lot of luggage).Felt like came to a local lodge. Rooms are OK. Bathroom is neat. Housekeeping staff tried their best to help guests( provided Iron box on request). No slippers placed in the room. Not provided even after asking front desk. Hot water not available in the washrooms. While checking out ,no boy came to room to get the luggage even after requested the front desk on telephone. Post check out , the reception staff just looking at us struggling with luggage to keep in vehicle, no one even asked whether v require help. Then what s the job of reception staff? I don't agree this is a 3 star hotel.

Worst hotel ever stayed, the bed was not comfortable, some lights were not working, there is no hot water, there is fly around the bed and every where there was stain. Very bad service they were not willing to help.

Worst service, No one is responding on phone and i visited to Reception only security was available during morning, not preferred.
