Extremely Disgusting A big 0. 10 September 2022 DON'T FORGET TO CHECK THE MEDICINE. They have given Asthama Tablet for Migrane . ECG is not working properly . Recommended not to take ECG here. 1. No one will pick your call 2. Receptionists are busy in chatting. 3. Doctors of general medicine , Nurses are always SHOUTING 4. Not at all clean . 5. Poor but Expensive 6. No Oprator in Lift 7. Prejudice, Irresponsible, Atrocious attitude of Staffs (Pharmacy & Billing )

The lab assistants are loosing too much time on talking. simply wasting our time no matter if we are tired or not .very disappointed 😬

I had an appointment for scan for my daughter this month.After scan I was supposed to show the report to the doctor. When I reached the gynaecology dept.to my shock the door way was packed.There is hardly distance between the doctor 's door and patient waiting area. There is also no social distancing between the seats.All the seats are conjusted .Others have no place to wait even on the corridor. IS THIS HOW A HOSPITAL SHOULD BE.VERY SORRY TO SAY THAT IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING TO THE EXTENT THAT MY WIFE GOT COVID AFTER visiting your hospital. One more matter of concern is that the doctor inside should wear a smile on their face when they see their patients because patient come in with tension.If the doctor s face is not pleasant how will patients b relieved. Who ever is In the customer care PLEASE find a solution to your gynaecology dept.as patients r mostly pregnant ladies.U Ought to take care of their and their baby 's health.Thank u

Very very very very very very bad service. I had called to reception for enquiring about gastroenterology.. they picked the call and they talking with others.. and I was totally ignored by that women who handling the telecommunication. Shame!

Average hospital it's in proper location people can easily reach there. It is near both feroke and ramanattukara. it's for normal health issues. Sometimes it become too crowded and there is no enough parking space.

No rating for this hospital, my MIL PLT count was very low below 2k they said it's normal nothing to worry ,luckily we are under medical background could find out and could shift her to other hospital,but for people (nom medicos) who trust blindly doctors ? trained uneducated doctors better to close inspite of this medical negligence.

I had a very bad Experience from this hospital. I have consulted here on 12/11/23 at 01:21 pm. I had throat pain. In OP, the doctor's name mentioned is RMO, who ever it is, he prescribed 3 tablets for my throat pain. (1)- Dolopar-650, (2)-Azithtomycin and the last one (3)-LEVOCETIRIZINE, MONTELUKAST& SUSTAINED RELEASE AMBROXOL TABLETS . Actually I don't know why he(Dr) prescribed this last one for me. When I Googled, this tablet is used for asthma or allergy issues. I am a tonsillitis person, it's common for me, when ever I drink or eat something cold , tonsillitis occurs. In my lifetime no other drs gave me the tablet of astha or allergy for the tonsillitis issue. As my bad luck, on that day my ENT Dr was not consulting and I had to go to this hospital and consult this Dr. After taking this medicines I had diarrhea and fatigue and vomiting tendency. After this , I had googled this tablet and it's use. After 2 days, I stopped that tablet today. How irresponsible is this Hospital and this Dr to play with patients health. Really feel frustrated and tensed. I don't know, whether it will will effect my body furthermore.

Recently had my delivery here ; consulted Dr Anjala Hisana. She was very kind and gentle helped throughout my pregnancy. Nurses in the labor room was very friendly.They had 24*7 consultation. But room cleaning staff asked money for cleaning and was invading privacy when visitors came.

Cardiac centre is placed on the fourth floor, and don't have lift facility for patients.

Very bad experience at Paediatric centre, charging Rs 300/- for Paediatric consultation without any other facilities… We found that doctor consultation, nebulisation and kids observation everything at small single room without any safety separation between those kids during this pandemic …

Not that much good experience got frm gynac department . After getting scanning result ,Dr not allowed inside their consulting room fr a feedback or comments .just the nursing staff passing the message from doctor ..sry to say that need more improvements in gynac department .

Very bad experience in Paediatric Section known as Crescent Paediatric & Neo Natology Centre. Dr. Nihas Naha one of the doctor working there trying to loot the clients, by suggesting unnecessary NICU stay to new born babies for 1 or 2 days.
