If you want to ruin your perfect vacation, get treated horribly by 'caretakers'of RP studio go ahead and book this place to go through some trauma. We were 3 girls and needed an extra bed. They provide floor matress for rs 300 that is already kept inside the room. When we requested the (only) caretaker in this property to help us with the extra bed he said 'the matress is in the cupboard you set it up yourself. The blanket, the pillows were stinking. We were somehow able to get nonstinking blanket after hours of calling at 10:30PM in the night. Apparantly the owner sumeet expects you to pay all the money upfront but he would never tell you. Not in any chat not in the booking confirmation mail. No where. Even when we checked in no one asked us to pay the money. The next day when we came back to the 'hotel' at 11PM in the night, the caretaker stops us and says, 'madam payment baki hai apka'. We had already paid 50 percent advance to the owner, and were expecting to pay the remaining amount during checkout. We confirmed that we arnt going anywhere and requested him to meet us during checkout and collect the money. The next morning at 7am one of us had a morning train, we went down and see the main gate locked. we call the caretaker and request him to open the gate as soon as possible. He comes and says 'madam ap payment karo phir gate kholunga '. We were already late waiting for the gates to open we somehow explain the caretaker that we arnt going anywhere and will pay him during checkout. After we explained the owner the situation here is what he replied - 'you should have paid despite several reminders' Fuustating, insulting... And most importantly not at all safe if you are a girl. Reply to the owner: wow what audacity! Thank you for not reporting us to the police! 😂 I wish you did go to the police and showed the cctv footage, you would be behind bars today for harrasment. I wonder how people like you are still out in the open! Mr sumeet, if we had to run away with your money, we would have. I would not be sitting here writing this review to alert people of my scary experience, and what could happen to them. Check your footage and tell me, why do you see us paying the money during the time of checkout (when one is supposed to clear the bills in any respectful hotel). Anyway, I am just glad we got out of there alive. If anyone is reading this and has gotten this far - if you care for your dignity and your life... stay away from this horrendous place PS: @sumeet - I hope the same - that I spend my weekends more honorably and not in a godforsaken place like 'RP studios' 😂 Lesson learnt the hard way - never rely on the fake positive Google reviews of a place!

Excellent pocket friendly place for night stay.Only minus point would be due to its location being too close to the railway station. Spacious and clean rooms. Owner of the property is very cooperative. By mistake I had booked non refundable stay for different date from MMT; but thanks to Mr Sumeet, for hassle free check in and stay without additional charges.

1.Just besides railway station, so be ready to wake up wd train horn. 2.Not for family persons, couple may use this room.The double bed was made with two separate beds joining together, no separate blankets were provided. 3.The persons above us was smoking and throwing ashes from balcony. 4.Caretaker was utterly disturbed with our phone calls during stay. 5.Mosquito is there, no Mosquito oil provided even after asking. 6.Above all, no parking area. Cars(mostly bikes) were to be parked on the road.

This in addition to Devashree's review, your place doesn't deserve any star with such pathetic service and behavior. Please share CCTV footage along with an audio. If we knew about your treatment to your guests, we would have never considered your place to stay. Anyways, few reviews are enough to aware others on your disrespectful treatment. Instead of an appology comment, you are accusing us with such severe fake allegations. Request you to kindly mind your language. Hope you do not want us to file a defamation case against you. Thanks for your response on my above review comment, your language says it all. We would like to see the CCTV footage or please keep it handy with you, you might need to share it with police soon.

Rooms are very well maintained. I had an amazing experience. Rooms are clean and safe. Couple friendly. It's very close to the railway station. Staff is co operative. Rates are also reasonable. Good stay option. Cons: Situated in residential area. Railway noise from nearby railway station.

Rooms are very spacious. Facilities in the room are very good. But the drawback is there is no elevator. There was no person to carry my luggage to my room which was upstairs. No proper reception. Service was not upto the mark. I would say it is not a hotel. It is more like a room provided in a house.

Further to Devashree and Prachiti review, I would like to explain our story when we stayed at RP Studio Igatpuri in July 2023, last weekend. And it was horrible experience and very unsafe place for family and specially females. Without any prior information the owner sumeet expects us to pay all the money upfrontly and he never informed us neither in any what’s app chat or nor in the booking confirmation mail. And when we checked into his hotel, no one asked us to pay the entire money before check in. The next day when we came back to the 'hotel' at 11PM in the night, the caretaker stops us at the door and asked for money. We had already paid 50 percent advance to the owner, and as per booking policy, we were expected to pay the remaining amount during our checkout. We ensured him that we will pay remaining amount at the time of checkout and requested him to let us enter into the hotel and collect the money as we were suppose to check out at 10 am par hotel Policy. The next morning at 7am I had a morning train, we went down and found main gate was locked. we were calling the caretaker and earlier he denied the call and after continuous call he came and ask us to pay money otherwise he won’t open the lock and And he was not ready to open the door and threatened us that I will not open the door if you will not pay money. We were already getting late while waiting for the gates to open. After several request, we were somehow able to explain the caretaker that our stuff is still in room and two girls are coming back to the room and will pay him during checkout. we explained our morning experience to the owner and shocked when we found that he supported his caretaker and said 'you should have paid despite several reminders' And on reply to Devashree review, he has posted completely false allegation against us instead of apology, that we were trying to run away from his hotel while two girls were checkout at 10 am which is recorded in his cctv footage. I would like to file official complaint to Iagatpuri police station against the owner Mr. Sumeet and his care taker for harassing us and treating us badly as it’s matter of dignity of girls. Every event is captured in his cctv footage with audio And I would like to place request to all travel portals to do the enquiry against him and discontinue his registration for making false allegations against his guest and treating them badly and threatening their guest. It’s completely unsafe place for females and family. I would like to add after response of owner Mr Sumeet, plz upload complete video so that people can see and all transactions and checkout details on portal. If video will be edited I will lodge complaint in police station. People should see.

Wonderful room with all required facilities. Room were neat and clean. Service was also good. Complimentary chocolates, biscuits, water bottle etc were also provided. It's near by Railway station, walkable distance..

it's near of railway station. so you get railway noise. WiFi speed is slow. and proper parking is not available.

Worth every penny.Location is in front of igatpuri railway station.Rooms are too good,clean and spacious. Service is also good,they do room cleaning on everyday basis- which is rare in air bnb rooms.

-Property is in terrible location right in front of railway tracks - you will hear station announcement and train hooters throughout the day -terrible experience with cleanliness, washroom was not even cleaned and when pointed out they took the jet and sprayed water on seat and left -terrible room service,had to wait for long for water goods -spaciaous room and good bed
