Situated about a km away from Igatpuri station , this is a newly constructed Mahindra Guest house. The Nilayanam - has about 20 rooms for stay, all powered now with solar panel facility. Also has a reception, a small balcony on 1st floor and a special guest dining facility. Once entered , on left there is a cafeteria (currently under construction) , serves tasty food with nominal charges. Next to which there is a recreation center with badminton, table tennis, chess, carrom . There is also a table tennis court but it was not available for use. Whole premise is well maintained, with a small lawn at the back side with rain water harvesting facility. and car parking facility at the front. Few 🦆 ducks , 🐇 rabbits in shelter There is also a training center for Internal Mahindra trainings. It has a very beautiful mountain view at the back side which is also used for trekking. Staff is well mannered and cooperative.

well come to fog city - Mahindra Pytwen club has natural surrounding which make u luv this place ...must visit during monsoon weather...Fog is all around during this season ...u may feel like ,u just setp into heaven. Igatpuri has three big Dam and too many beautiful waterfalls ...This club is chain of Mahindra club and resort . Here u can find good food, ample parking space , waterfalls , sound of duck and swans . plenty of indoor games like bilyards , badminton , table tennis.

Well maintained place. Great service and staff. Perfect for relaxation. Cricket, badminton, table tennis carrom games available to play. Food was good too.

A Superb place in the lap of nature to hold you office meetings or just to have a break. The rooms are well maintained and so is the property. Food quality is good and tastes good too. There is a lake nearby, 10mins walk which is a good place to visit

Great place for a weekend amid rains , nature and a lake nearby. Can go trekking , cycling around some very scenic views of mountains , clouds and lakes .

Pentwyn Room #3 and 4 dt 27.5.22 Enjoy a 3rd Grade experience, chairs are broken, ACs are of pre independence era, no guarantee that these would work, u would be made to stay awake all night in the hope that ac would deliver a cool blitz, tv is over timid at 20", bedding quality of foam has already lived its life, finding sleep will be bit tough, asking for an extra family bedding will be like demanding a jet ride, seeking open wifi signal is like seeking space technology 😉 , if thinking of doing an online meeting in these rooms, then doing so in comfort won't be possible as sundry fittings have eaten up all the table space, also don't think of any spare charging plug or any added convenience, like a coffee or tea dispenser, cleanup of the common areas is expectedly poor, the mats are partly torn , or missing otherwise in twirled condition. room curtain of room# 3 the overall appeal is of previous generation, good that the room has some tiny window otherwise if ACs is off and peak summer is ON, then all night sauna bath will be the next excitement, Outdoors i tried to lay back on bench near room AC1, sadly it collapsed, had to immediately unseat, Kitchen and pantry services continue to below Paar, can't tell that finding cockroach near food bowls was just a chance meeting, or the hidden breakfast menu of paratha, and dahi, that we came to know about only after we found it avbl, for some guests and not found in menu A GREAT PROPERTY TO ENJOY, AS A CHANGE FROM ROUTINE LIFE challenges,

Great ambience and good, hygienic foods, worth visiting with family during a short trip to Igatpuri. Have so many Goose, Rabbits and variety of birds to keep your kids engaged.

Excellent place far away from busy metro life. If you want peaceful evenings with family and friends among freshness of nature, this is the place. Good food and very helpful attendants.

Its newly constructed guest house (Nilayam) located at igatpuri operated by Mahindra & Mahindra company . Highly recommended for people who works in Mahindra & Mahindra.

It is awesome and very close to nature so we feel so quiet and peaceful here.Service and ambience esper food quality is excellent.Now renovated so feel good.
