So so disappointing 😞. Placed order for a hamburger well done with fries and a drink 20.34. So my number was called. I get up to get my food. An my food was giving to the young that got up too. She put her hands in my bag. She said this is not my order. I waited a few seconds. They didn't do anything. Didn't try to replace my fries She touched. So I ask for a refund. Not once did they say I'm sorry that happened let us make it right. They the young lady got on the phone with the Boss and started speaking my second language (Spanish). Had the never to make its seem like I was the problem. Honestly who would want fries that a customer touched ,Really her hands could have been anywhere. Today at 3pm 4/24/23. A sorry and fresh fries would have taken care of the problem.

Five guys is known for going overboard with the bag fries. This location doesn't follow that at all. I've gone through 3 times in the last 30 days. Regardless of day and time, the bag fries are non-existent. 2/5 stars, would rather recommend to the Hanover location.

The young men who work in the restaurant are the best. Tonight, the 2 ladies that worked there tried to give me cold fries….for the second time. They put old fries in the cup when I place the order and just let them sit there while they make the 2 burgers. For $33.67, I would like my fries made to order like the 2 people who came in after me. It does not help that they were both white and I am black. I spoke up tonight and said I would wait for hot fries and they gave me 2…no apology…like I am the problem. It is exhausting dealing with ignorance and poor customer service. I will take my business to people who treat their customers with more respect.

My recent visits to this Five Guys branch have left me somewhat disappointed, marking a decline in quality compared to my previous experiences. During the first visit, I was willing to overlook some hiccups because the staff appeared to be new. However, on the second visit, I received a burger with a soggy bun and an excess of toppings and garnishes that I didn't request. The last and rather unusual issue was that they completely botched my order. That being said, the service itself was satisfactory, and I didn't have much interaction with the staff, except for conveying my order. When the burgers are prepared correctly, they are undeniably delicious, and the fries are consistently hot and tasty. However, the pricing remains on the high side, which can be a deterrent, especially when my order is not fulfilled as expected, making me feel like I've wasted my money. In conclusion, while there's room for improvement, these issues are not significant enough to prevent me from returning as a regular customer. The allure of high-quality burgers and delicious fries still tasty, despite the occasional hiccups in service.

I have always enjoyed Five Guys' burgers, but this was a little different. My girls were excited to go, so I let the guys working there know it was a first time visit for them. They made a big fuss, and were extra welcoming, interacting with my kids. We had a great time.

Delicious cheeseburger and fries. Only waited less than 10 minutes. Fast service and outside tables for dining in the fresh air.

My burger is always delicious. I ask for extra tomatoes, nice ones please. Employees are always smiling and pleasant.

Yummy! Walked in, the welcome was excellent 3 employees). Cashier yelled out to his coworkers that it was my first time and they treated me super right. I was wearing my veteran's hat and got the "Thank you for your service." I was super pleased by everything. Will return. 6*!!
