Not Worth The Money When I walked in the room I thought to myself when will roaches come out or is it bedbugs (I'm still not sure). My husband reserved an executive king room which we thought would be nice. The room was awful cracks were between the wall and the ceiling. Stains were on the curtains, lamps and bed. The lobby looked wonderful updated with beautiful furniture BUT the ROOMS Lord they should have updated their rooms. I asked what made this an executive room the young man stated that it's on the top floor and it has a recliner (there's no recliner). I'm so grateful this it's only two nights and I can promise my husband and I will NOT stay here again. Plus the bar and grill was (is) closed...ugh they need something it sucks here. But I guess it's about spending time with family. Don't waste your money find somewhere else to stay!!!! I see the owner doesn't respond to the negative comments which he/she should maybe they can shed light on everything.

Disappointed. Used soap left in shower. Very limited hour's of restaurant/bar. The one day, restaurant/bar was CLOSED with no warning or explanation. Front desk employees were not friendly. Martina was helpful on the phone. Pool looked nice but didn't go in. Comfortable bed. Acceptable for place to sleep and bathe only.

Very dirty facility sheets are all covered in blood stains black mold on the AC's rust in the bathroom tubs big gap between the door and the outside of the hallway and the swimming pool is non-existent and they are not making any attempt to get it up and running it actually has a lot of black mold in it as well. And the continental breakfast is just a bagged breakfast with a sandwich you need to microwave yourself in your own bedroom bottled water and a nutri-grain bar. I have blood stains on the lamps and every single sheet had stains food hair ties I took pictures. Biggest upset is this hole in my card when I was told that the hold is already taken off when I called and asked why there's still a hole in my card they say there's no paperwork in the system showing I used a credit card with them but I'm letting them know like it's clearly from your system charge to my bank account it's my personal bank account so I can prove it they're telling me to wait at least 14 days that's not acceptable. When I was told there was no hold on my card at all when we switched over to my friend's card. It was so much hair on the sheets all over the bed on the floor I'm just like yuck so much yucky stuff in room 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 do not recommend for families. But if you just going by yourself and just need a quick hotel stay and don't mind cheap dirty stuff this is the place for you. Staff is pretty friendly even though they lied to my face and it's in a nice area we can get to places pretty decently. My room had a balcony it's a nice view so at least I could look out but that's all my positives right there. Again highly unrecommended

Not a very convenient location; dated decor. Guest laundry (washer/dryer) didn't work. Gym is tiny and useless. The breakfast area is tiny and has very little to offer other than muffins and cereal. There are zero entrances to the building other than the main entrance, which sucks for basically everyone who's not staying in the very middle of the hotel. There is also a ballroom in the middle of the hotel which makes it annoying for overnight guests who aren't here for the party. Every night I was here, they had some loud DJ dance party which was super ghetto. On the plus side, the lobby looks very nice and I couldn't hear the dance party from my room, which went well into the night (till about 2am). I won't stay here again.

Old dirty decor. Served its purpose for a good night's sleep though. The bed was awesome. 2 stars because nowhere is it posted that the dryers are 2.25. I would never have washed 2 loads for 1.75 each had I known the dryers were so costly. And the way the tiny laundry facilities are set up you cant see the cost until you put your items in the dryer. Just felt hoodwinked. Also, the employees seemed very inexperienced, unfriendly and weird.

Rooms aren't bad, but could be much cleaner. The drapes were dusty, we had an old shower mat in our shower, it made me nervous enough to make me shower with flip flops on. Our level had non smoking rooms, yet the minute I stepped off the elevator, i was hit with cigarette smoke. I think the hotel as a whole needs to be renovated, and housekeeping need to take more pride in their jobs when it comes to cleaning the rooms. The hotel provides breakfast, but it was mainly toast, bagels, fruit, cereal, and little yogurt. No eggs, sausages, bacon, any main protein that is usually included with breakfast. Highly disappointed. Staff is courteous, but I'll never stay here again.

Very convenient location directly between 95 and 695 which comes in handy if there is an accident on one or the other. I did the stay and fly package here which got me a week of parking, a night in the hotel, and prompt shuttle service back and forth from the airport. Total cost was about the same I would have paid for parking right at the airport. Hotel room was just standard but we only needed to rest our heads for a while. A perk was that they start the complimentary breakfast at 5:30 so you should be able to grab a bite to eat before your flight! I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Easy to get to, service was fantastic. Room was neat and clean. Door lock was missing a strike plate, which concerned me a lite, but it seemed to still lock fine. Couldn't get a/c to work and it was a little warm in the room, in t it was also an unusually warm make CH day and we didn't ask for assistance. They are keeping our car for us while away on vacation for a very reasonable price. Shuttle service was great. Overall, I would stay again.

Close to the airport, but a little awkward to reach off of the highway. Rooms were acceptable, but not particularly up to date or clean. Outlets were very convenient, but mine only kind of held my charger in place. Restaurant bar was closed for renovation, but the snack machines were appreciated. For safety, there only seemed to be one door in, but it was exceedingly annoying to get to if you had to park in the back. Beds are fine, water was mostly hot and sufficiently pressurized.

Good for moderately priced hotel for a stay over due to flight delay. They need to invest in new mattresses, they are HORRIBLE. Switched rooms due to lack of fridge n microwave. If you need these ask for it when checking in, otherwise you won't get it. Rooms are very dated. Housekeeping was up to par except on a Sunday. A 2 hour wait for toilet paper is unacceptable.

Clean room and fairly quiet. Some rooms have chairs and others don't, also pool was still empty and not ready for use. I would still stay again.

Clean facility. Courteous staff. "Bag breakfast" replaces the breakfast bar doe to COVID but you still get a breakfast. My room was showing a little wear but was still clean. Multiple chips in the tub through the finish, uphosltery spit on the desk chair

We like this Hotel, but this time our room was in a bit of disrepair. - The Shower rod was barely hanging on the wall and the curtain was dipping to the center. - one lamp switch was broken and couldn't be turned on Would I still recommend this place? Yes, if you get a good rate on the room, because the hotel staff are still a 5 out of 5. Friendly and helpful.

I'm very surprise that this place has been rated 3 stars hotel! It should really be 2 stars! 1) The carpet in hallways are dirty and have lot if nasty stains, I blame this on the poor maintenance of the place, especially common spaces. Talking about the carpet, there are like 3 different carpet designs on 1 floor, not sure why, but it's hideous! 2) Their breakfast is terrible, I would rather starve. If you are travelling with children, it's best you book elsewhere with better breakfast. I wanted some apple juice for my child and it came out watery and I gave up. Later on someone else came also attempting to get juice, the person gets frustrated, so he goes to talk to the front desk in frustration, they promise to fix it. While I was seating there trying to find something to eat for my family, I notice that the coffee maker wasn't working either. Breakfast is pretty much all cold stuff such as cereals, sugary mini muffin, instant oatmeal, and a bunch of other sugary stuff. Terrible!!! 3) The beds were clean, I liked the fact that they use lighter spreadsheets, which helps to see if there is anything concerning with the bed. The fridge in our room was leaking on the carpet, and the microwave buttons weren't working, so we couldn't use it. The room was pretty old and in need of some upgrades. I wouldn't stay here ever again!
