The
national
Lowe’s
Customer
Care
line
was
really
great
when
I
called
and,
while
they
couldn’t
fix
the
problem
entirely,
I
did
feel
like
they
understood
and
had
actually
tried
to
help.
I
also
had
a
good
experience
with
the
woman
I
spoke
with
on
the
installation
hotline.
I
was
frustrated
when
I
called
the
physical
store,
but
I’m
not
a
grumbly,
finger
wagging
kind
of
person
and
definitely
didn’t
say
anything
that
should
have
provoked
hostility.
I
was
surprised
at
how
the
local
store’s
customer
service
rep
treated
me
when
I
was
simply
trying
to
get
to
the
right
department
to
get
help.
Their
national
customer
care
team
should
do
some
training
for
the
store
level!
Adding
back
a
star
for
the
actual
customer
care
service
at
the
888
number.

Original
Review
Every
part
of
our
order
was
messed
up.
Their
provider
was
unable
to
install
our
microwave
because
they
didn’t
have
the
product
on
hand
when
the
provider
attempted
pick
up.
Then
I
was
given
incorrect
information
about
preparing
for
our
oven
installation
and
the
oven
was
not
able
to
be
installed
at
delivery
as
promised
(I
specifically
called
to
ask
what
I
needed
to
do
a
week
in
advance.)
The
delivery
folks
also
did
not
leave
the
cable
I
purchased
to
plug
in
the
oven,
so
even
once
the
electrician
performs
the
necessary
work
we
can’t
operate
it.
I
am
without
a
way
to
cook
for
another
two
weeks.
When
I
tried
to
call
and
get
help,
I
was
put
on
hold
for
the
better
part
of
an
hour
and
when
a
very
rude
customer
service
woman
did
FINALLY
pick
up,
she
told
me
I
needed
to
be
more
patient
and
hung
up
on
me.
This
store
is
the
worst!
