It has good places and many food stalls inside and outside the mall. The mall is very spacious and clean too

my favorite hang out place. not just for shopping but for everything. fun, food, etc. plus the space at the back is great for jogging. It is truly fun at Sm City. This mall is one of the best malls in CDO.

Christmas is really here!! I love the holiday decors at SM, always looking forward to its yearly theme. Also a good place for bonding with your loved ones and family during the holiday season!

Where most shoppers go. 😄 It's Affordable.

The place is good but if you have gone to bigger versions of SM you will be bored in this place. But for me it's enough. It offers a variety of goods. All the needs and wants I want to purchase are available. And it's not too big you can roam around in a day. Highly recommended.

Our go to place for most of the things we need… we also enjoy watching the sunrise and sunsets above…. and SM below.

The North Wing just opened. It has a modern and sleek design but the stores are limited. Some are still being constructed.

Accessible. But I don’t know what’s the point of separating the queue for big carts and blue baskets. I was refused by the cashier today because i was using blue basket and went in line under the big carts counter. 🤷🏽‍♀️

This is one of my Daughter’s favorite stops. And if she’s happy, we’ll then I’m glad to go shopping with her too. Plus dads need stuff too!!

Great mall. It has an extension (new building) I haven't gone there but it looks nice. The old buildimg has everything you need from groceries,shops for bags , clothes,food , drinks , jewelries and others .

The mall occupies an area enough for uptown shoppers. No complicated direction But, lack cf clothes shop for women.

Very convenient place for meet-ups with friends as it is at the heart of the city.

Perfect for night life too. Food parks all around the place, at the back, at the side of sm city cagayan de oro city. On weekends there's a live band. But furing iur visit, Thursday, just a good sound, better also while enjoying the sumptuous dinner provided by tatang 🥰🥰🥰

Great place to have fun! It was afternoon we went to movie theater, fast food, supermarket and my one of my favorite stores is book store.

SM Downtown has numerous options to offer From affordable to not so affordable restaurants, eat all you can and what have you. Merchandises are varied. Groceries, Service outlets like parlors, dog groomings etc. A one stop shop

This super mall is one of the best places in Cagayan de Oro. It has like 4 levels of car park, good food shops and many stalls of different categories.

SM's trademark is always for the general public's interest. All sorts of items and the parking space is truly amazing. Good for Motorcycles and 4-wheeled vehicles visiting the mall. SM is always moving forward in providing the best shopping experience to the public.

Its a good mall, there's a new building on the northside with new stores and restaurants, ofcourse a parking lot. The back place of SM uptown has plenty of restaurants, bar, coffee shops and hangout spots. Its cool.

We used to come here since it's comfortable and less crowded compared to downtown malls. Now it's crowded but still come here for comfort. The new North Wing building is a great addition!

The first SM in Northern Mindanao just got bigger with the opening of the annex building. I just hate that they made the adjacent street pay parking. It used to be a good place to do brisk walking then eat inside the mall. I hate that there is no Food Court. Less choices for food.

I ordered their famous baby back ribs solo. It was delicious and the same taste the last time I ordered it. The squiggly rolls were okay, it was mixed with kamote and talong. My friend ordered the steak which was also delicious. Another one we ordered was chicken in a basket.

The mall is great but the customer service is needs a little improving, I was at the customer service at the grocery area today to find an item that was not included in the package when we bought grocery yesterday, I asked at the girl at the desk she won't even look at me and just kept swiping on her phone then asked her colleague to do it. Then when the other lady said replied to the girl in front that it was not there they didnt even tell me what to do or tell me directly.

The mall is nice and cozy. The grocery department is a bit crowded specially the cashiers because they limit open counters even if its already peak hours

A very big shopping Center with many cares, banks & specialty shops. Everything is well priced, staff are friendly & helpful. Prices are good. There is a large, free parking area and the building is accessible. Great to visit. A Mass is held in Center Court on Sundays.

Parking is convenient and has more room to maneuver. But it has more foot traffic thus kinda crowded inside the mall. Expect vehicle traffic late afternoon/ early evening going in and out of the mall

We enjoyed our vacation in cagayan. New atmosphere, you experience a lot of dishes you never eat before. The culture is good. The people are generous

Safety and health protocols are observed. Traffic on the grocery entrance side is so bad because costumers are allowed to park infront. Its sooooooooo annoying. They should strictly inplement no parking on that area.
