    From the day I signed my lease I see that the staff is rude. I met with someone named Shakila and she has a rude undertone and nonchalant attitude. She is not kind nor very helpful in answering questions. I’ve had multiple encounters with her to see this. Aside from that the towing policy is extreme. I wasn’t even given a chance to get a parking permit given I had to schedule an appt. for it when it should have been given to me when I moved in. Moved in on a Tuesday and car was towed on Thursday. No grace nor reimbursement was given considering I just moved in. Property manager Jon was not helpful when discussing this issue. Overall, there’s a way to talk to people and handle situations and this staff just seems unprofessional.

    This seems like a pretty nice and peaceful community. I’ve only been here for a few days so I will post an update after a few months. My apartment is modern and cozy, although I wished the kitchen was a little bigger. Shakiyla was the leasing manager that assisted me. She was patient, friendly, extremely helpful and effective. She definitely helped to make my moving experience quick and easy! Thanks, You’re the BEST!

    They are Very unprofessional and unorganized. I spoke with a representative on a Thursday (4/13/2023) and scheduled an appointment for(4/15/2023) Saturday. I drove from Indiana on (4/14/2023) Friday at 5pm because I am relocating and I call Saturday on my way there for directions and once I arrived I was told the apartment was rented out on Friday at 4:30pm . NO ONE never called and let me know not to come or to set me up with another apartment at another day or time or else I wouldn’t have drove 2 hrs and wasted my time and gas my boyfriend and I called off work to view it apply and was ready to put a deposit. They are inconsiderate of people’s time. First red flag RUN.

    Tremel which is the African American Supervisor for maintenance and Jorge which is the maintenance employee with the red car for Pangea does great work! Tremel came in with Jorge to make sure that every work order I submitted was executed. Jorge never complaints he just does the work. It's always neatly done. Keep up the good work you two and be blessed! Also the leasing agent Shakila Crump is wonderful. She goes over and beyond. She fair when you have issues and always listens and put herself in your shoes. I love fair and impartial people. Again keep up the good work!

    Pangea has been great since day one and I have had no complaints. The property manager Patrick have been great. He is a very nice guy and he cares about his job. He take care of his residents and meet their needs making the living experience great!

    I have been calling for several months about the loud noise coming from 13644 on the 2nd floor. I have tried to speak with the tenant and was told “no one else ever complains” and that she works for Pangea so she knows the rules. The music is so loud to where my children are crying and we have to turn all of our televisions to the max! The police has been called 3 times in one night. This is unfair and will be taken up with HUD because if this is a worker this violates tenant’s rights as well as quiet hours. The voicemails go unreturned, text messages ignored. This is unfair to residents who work and pay rent every month on time! I’m sick of it. I should be able to sleep in a home I pay rent for.

    I wouldn't give them one star but that is the lowest I could give. I don't know if they know what an emergency maintenance call is. When you have an emergency someone should come out right away or at least within a couple of hours. I call with a emergency at 10:00 am and they told me someone would be out before 11:00 pm. REALLY!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME. No show on that day called back the next morning at 9:00 and was told that some how my emergency call was canceled so I was put back on the list and someone will be out before 11:00 pm. When the maintenance man finally came out it took him all of ten minutes to fix the issue.

    My experience when I went to this location was Fabulous. A Manager by the name of Ms.Crump took care of me. She was professional.pleasant. calm ,cool and collected . Her personality was Awesome. The only things I don't like is calling in talking to the Customer Service Reps. They give you a hard time and their approach for greeting you and Taking information should be revised. It's horrible to me

    I would never rent with them again. From the Property Manager to the maintenance man they are all very lazy and do halfway jobs. I have been staying here for two years now my house has flooded four times and they keep doing temporary jobs. My Property Manager always says contact him in an emergency but then when I contact him he says contact resident care. I was robbed at work and needed a new house key he told me I would have to wait three days. Today is May 31, 2022 and I am still waiting on maintenance to come and stop a leak in my upstairs and downstairs bathroom that’s been going on since Thursday.

    I’ve been here a while like around 10 years , time flies , It’s quiet where I am and a lot has changed . Like managers they don’t stay long ? The man who takes care of my complex’s keeps it clean and nice , The parking is terrible when I first moved in my car was tolled about 3 times , over silly things , they use to schedule spraying for bugs no more , The office staff some are very rude , I know people have bad days , and office is off limits with no appointments is crazy , but I pay my bills and live my life and spray and kill my bugs , have them under control , lol , All in all not bad place to live , where I am , I have heard gun shots and all most got shot coming in but god is over all and me .

    Scam artist. They’re scheming to get your money. Also don’t let visitors park in the lot because they’ll get towed and it’s like around 300 to get your car out of the pound. Also don’t park your own car without a window sticker or you’ll be towed as well. My guess is they probably split the money with the towing company. If you can do better skip them. I’m just here until I get out of jail. Side note: Ladies when they set an appointment to come to your apartment or townhouse, make sure you have clothes on at that date and time. Because they have the key to every apartment and they will come in against your will. Should be illegal.

    Soooooo i put in a work order because a sewage smell was coming the through my vents and NO ONE has came out to see where the smell is really coming from I don’t know what’s going on but maintenance have gotta lazy at the location I’m at they say that they have took care of things but didn’t the blinds that they but up in my unit doesn’t fix the windows completely I’m just over it at this point furnace been making noise it’s just has became terrible

    My property manager John is very helpful , professional and responsive. I was unsure of a couple things when I first became a resident, and he was more than happy to assist me. I did have a few issues when I moved in and he got those things straightened out immediately.

    If I could rate 0 stars I would. I would never rent from them again. The problem I have been encountering has been going on for 6 months now. I’m currently looking for another company ASAP.

    I love my apartment and I have the best neighbors. Everyone in the building supports each other with respect. My property manager DeTrell is the BEST! WELCOME back to Zone 5.     I have been living a Pangea unit for almost 8 years. Must I add my latest property manager Detrell Grant has been one of the greatest this far. Any questions, concerns, maintenance issues etc he’s always on top of it until the job is done. I really appreciate your service Detrell

    I’ve been living at the Pangea Lakes location for 10 years and I love my townhouse. It is still beautiful and modern as if I just moved in last year. The grass stay cut & green but most of all the area is zero tolerance and I love it, never had issues with tenants nor visitors that means a lot to me….The reception Ms. Crump, maintenance team, and property manager’s are the greatest. Thank you Pangea for the opportunity to rent from you all. I love it!

    Amazing. I’ve been a resident for over 2 years and it has been the best experience I’ve had as a renter. Property Manager, Patrick does an amazing job. He takes his job seriously and makes sure his residents are taken care of and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend Pangea, especially if the other property managers are as committed to their job as Patrick.

    My property Manager Tanisha is amazing she communicates with you, fixes things. Also, she return call make sure everything is ok. Very understanding and manages very well.
