Food is good, staff is nice. Mostly Asian dishes. They also have Greenlandic foods like local fish, reindeer steak and snow crabs. The dining space was somewhat crowded on a Wednesday evening. Very family friendly.

Fabulous from start to finish. Cafe Inuit has a selection of local seafood and more general dishes (burgers etc.). We had the halibut with shrimp and whale steak and both were fresh, tender and beautifully done with lovely side sauces. Meal presentation was excellent and the portion sizes were large. We found the staff friendly and the service efficient. Highly recommended.

Amazing café in the center of Ilulissat.Nice setting and great atmosphere. We had dinner for two nights and the snow crab I had the second night is a dish that I will remember for a long time!

Fantastic fish curry, great caribou steak, awesome crab legs, delicious cheese cake. All down to earth and OK-priced. Wonderful and friendly service. This place is not fancy but tables were full of guests and the atmosphere good. Only strange thing - rediculous really - is they charge you 2.9% commission on payments with non-Danish credit cards. It's the only place in Greenland we've been to do that (must be the German touch here...)

Really amazing food in the centre of Ilulissat. Great menu and selection, awesome quality. We went 3x during our stay, because we loved it a lot. Very friendly staff.

Hot chocolate was just a powder mixed with water. Coffee was good. Cheesecake was a very large slice and delicious. WiFi must be paid for (30 DKK for 30mins - free in other cafes we visited). Staff were very friendly and attentive. There is a staircase to reach the entrance. Cafe closes for a break each afternoon. There is a toilet for guests.

We have been here 4-5 times for lunch and dinner and the food never disappoints. We have tried several other restaurants in town and none come close to the quality of the food here. We now have a standing dinner reservation for the remainder of or stay.

Interesting cafe... they serve quite the variety of food, even asian cuisines. We wanted something more local so we had: 1. Reindeer steak (the mash potatoes, was the star for me. The reindeer meat is okie..) 2. Catch the day, halibut fish (loved it.) 3. Seafood Tomyum soup with a side of rice (loved it) We loved it. Cleared everything... The flavours' good... very yummy with rice. Soup's very comforting and packed with ingredients. Ive come to the conclusion that everything in Greenland is a tad saltier.. >> Google says "Food in Greenland is salty because it's often prepared in seawater or salted to preserve it." Guess thats the main reason. But funny it tasre salty only when the dish is cooled. Totally fine when piping hot. At the end of the day.... just drink more water to balance out the salts...

This is supposedly one of the best restaurant in town. I only ate here once. Had the reindeer steak which was good but the mashed potatoes tasted like they came from a box. Restaurant prices are generally expensive in Ilulissat but the prices here is higher than usual.

A nice big burger made a change from all the fish we have been eating recently. Would recommend trying the local Greenland pake beer. Pleasant staff quick service. Closes 15.00 for a couple of hours. Last meal order at 14.30.

Super Service, einfaches Restaurant, tolles Essen - ich glaube das beschreibt das Essen hier. Ich hatte nach immer gleichen Gewürzen, mal das Bedürfnis nach Schärfe, nach Gewürzen und nach anders. Das Hotel hat uns das Inuit Café empfohlen und wir wurden wirklich nicht enttäuscht. Von Anfang an war alles gut und einfach und auch wirklich nicht teuer. Ich kann jedem empfehlen, hie mal vorbei zu schauen. Ganz grosses Lob an die Betreiber.

The price is not adequate for quality. Weak halibut as well as shrimp. Longer waiting time when more traffic. Nice service.

Our tour guide pre-ordered for all of us - the signature dish with fish and shrimps. Since I don’t eat shrimps she called ahead to make sure I still get enough to eat. But instead I just got the same dish minus the shrimps (which is basically 50% of the food) and payed the same price. That’s not really a fair deal and I was still hungry afterwards.

Nice food (fish dishes are really good, fresh and local produce). Only drawback is the sauces that are industrial, a pity because the fish, crab and shrimp were really delicious. Staff is really friendly and professional. Good value for money indeed.

Best place to eat in Ilulissat. The food is just amazing and the people are friendly. Big variety of food to choose from and two local beers from the tab. During dinner time it is crowded so maybe reserve a table. I can highly recommend this place.

Lovely local family run restaurant which has only just opened for 'the season' a week ago. Well worth a try.

Had the muskox steak and a bottle of wine. Good meat and fine enough presentation. But nothing more. It says they close at 20:30, and at 20:30 they turned off the lights, even though we barely finished our meal. Had to chuck down the last of the wine and get out of there.

Our favorite restaurant in all of Greenland! The menu has a huge variety of cuisines and a very international staff to match. Everything we tried was delicious. Even better, the prices are very reasonable and everyone is very friendly. It can get busy for dinner, so consider making a reservation.

I've eaten here 3 times and have found their food preparation unique and excellent. The menu is well-rounded but not overly large so each item is well done. I had shrimp tempura perfectly prepared. Their halibut was in a delicate white sauce that was divine. A simple burger was loaded with bacon, cheese, tomatoes, and pickles. The fries were crispy and seasoned lightly with paprika. Their prices are in line with everything in Greenland.

Nice and open interior with picture windows and affordable prices. You order at the counter and a server brings your order to the table. There are menus in many languages.
