This was a last minute stop. The room is not what I expected at all. It was way too much room for the amount of time we were staying. When you walk in it's a full kitchen and dining room then you walk through a door that leads to a huge bedroom. It was nice I wish we would have stayed here the first time we came into town. The shower is a walk in which made it super easy to give zeb his shower. Love the water shower thing gives good pressure I wish I had one at home which I will be looking into. The room was super hot and I couldn't open the windows due to no child safety on them and since we're on the second floor I was taken and chances. But they did provide a fam which was surprisingly cold down the room. The downfall is there doing construction on the lobby and you have to drive a few blocks to another hotel to get checked in which was hard to find since there's no address on the outside of the building. The guy was nice. We would stay here again but make it a couple of nights. Oh and the price was good.

I really wanted to like this place, but can’t recommend at all. Their office is closed and you have to hike down the road a bit to a separate business to use their office. The room smelled overwhelmingly of paint. Long hairs on the bed and on the inner shower curtain. Shower curtain is too short and it totally soaked the floor. And there was NO BLANKET. There was a top sheet, with another top sheet on top of that, all tucked in neat and tidy…but no blanket. Office was closed by the time I went to bed, and I didn’t want to use their “emergency” number. Chilly night. It only gets an extra star because the bed itself was very comfortable, and it had a fancy smart tv that was cool.

Loved my visit to this hotel! Had a King Studio room and it was simple, nice and clean. Very comfy bed. Would return and would recommend! Location is great, was able to walk to the beach and is central to the main street area.

The rooms are super cute and clean. Great price! I love that they don't have carpet in the room we stayed in. The service was fabulous. Their check in was amazing!! Only issue we had was having a room on the road side.... it was pretty noisy.

Nice clean place! Right on the main road, but we were on the back side so no traffic noise. Walking distance to restaurants and quaint little stores for shopping. Good value.

Good location. Room wasn't anything special. Beds were basic with standard metal frames and no box spring. Bed frames could be a toe killer in the dark. Bathroom had curtain that sucked against you as you shower lol. Nothing special here and prices were high but it was a holiday weekend.

Had to check in at another location for the Coastal Inn and Suites. It's on a SUPER busy road so that complicated things. Also noisy at night for a room with no air conditioning. You are stuck between having cool air and noise or heat and no noise. The room was clean. Sparse, but clean. Cheap furniture and limited amenities.

We had a lovely stay. We were in a, single queen studio room. It was super clean, everything looked new. The shower curtain was a tad short, but we had plenty of towels and the flooring dries well. The walls are thin, but I feel that's to be expected. I don't stay at hotels much, but it was nicer than most (if not all) of the hotel rooms I've stayed in. And the staff were lovely.

Rooms slightly dated but clean/comfortable if not spending much time in it. It gave off vibes it was recently acquired by a family that is trying their best but don't really know how to run a hotel. The door/lock system is awful, quite a bit of noise from road/other rooms, and the front desk closes at 9PM. There are little good dining options in the evening, but it's centrally located in the populated part of the city and close enough to the beach, provided you have access to a car.

The room was not clean upon check in. The blankets, pillows, and sheets on both bed were COVERED in pet hair and had obviously not been switched out with new linens. We had no toilet paper or soap in the room. The night stands had food on them. The room was not cleaned. We checked in late at night. I immediately contacted the front desk and Michelle responded. She was very sweet. Brought us new linens. We did have to make the beds ourselves which was fine. After speaking with her, we both agreed it was unacceptable. She told me to find the GM in the am as it was late at night for resolution. It was 11pm and my daughter was in the shower when we were offered a new room. We declined respectfully, at this point it would have been more of a Hassel. Upon checkout I spoke with the GM Lenora. This was the rudest woman I've ever met. She immediately insinuated that we were lying even though her staff had the same information. She then refused to find a resolution and said we obviously lied about the room condition. 🙄 Stay away from this place. The GM responds to negative reviews in such a condescending manner.

Love this hotel, right of the boardwalk, across the street from a great coffee shop, a block away from a wonderful restaurant that serves breakfast and bars are down the street as are the wonderful shops. The only issue I had was the ice machine was broken ( getting it fixed soon though). Have a sweet tooth? Try scoopers 3 blocks down. Hotel was so peaceful and quiet, rooms are newly redecorated.
