Worst experience.. I arrived overthere in midnight at 2.30 am and the receptionist was not ready to see my booking which i was showing him in my phone which was done through make my trip and still he was not ready to accept his mistake than i called the owner in midnight and he provide the booking details than i got the room after half an hour and i was very much tired.. This is the reason why i said it was worst experience..

Bulk booking, Booked it for a wedding guests stay. The rooms were clean and service was great. Food was also good.

Stayed here three 11th to 13th march, three nights.we booked triplets , all three they gave cots and beds instead of extra bed and sofa. 24 hours hot water available.. Staffs are very nice. Breakfast also very good. But room doesn’t have ventilation. Remaining everything good

Such a good experience loved it , so compromising staff and best service. Definitely you all should try once

The location is easily approachable.The rooms are neat and classy,i loved the vibes present there.Staffs were also good behaviorally.

A very third class hotel.... A huge rate difference in online booking(agoda,make my trip or any other platform )and direct booking from the hotel...one should not waste his money in such a type of hotel ... The room size is around 10x10 square feet only... No wifi....no breakfast in online booking...

Hotel Manager sitting at reception are totally rude and asks for more money with ego. He thinks he own the place another thing they don't provide water bottle and services required at times of demand. Hotel is good but staff and services are worst. So not to visit in such a rude environment.

I have attended the birthday party atmosphere was good and food is also above average

Good clean hotels Rooms were small when compared to online booking sites. Service was good but slow. Should focus on improving the complimentary breakfast as it has very limited menu.

Service is poor, Management is slack. Restaurant charges are exorbitant e g. charged @ 90 Rs for two slices of bread with hardly 20 gm butter!

Worst of the hotels they will make you wait for 30 minutes of you have already booked it on site after that they will ask 3X money for booking which is on site . And there is too much noise in the hotel. I will just advice to avoid it

very pathetic experience in hotel as well as oyo booking time they charges extra cost in check-in date they said we don't book room at this price otherwise they will cancelled your booking without any refund....from me they took 3033 rs additional charges at the time of check in they said they will proud as invoice but after checkout they didn't gave me any invoice they just making money any how i wish someone take notice on this and never ever book hotel through oyo or pay extra charges beware

It was an extremely beautiful experience... The overall infrastructure of the building is outstanding... The staff was decent.. I would recommend you to visit this place at least once... 😁♥️

Located in a fully residential area this hotel 3 star in prayagraj lucknow is suitable for a day or two with family to an extent comfortably. No amenities store in the vicinity. Rooms have odour. Service ok price too ok.Generally this hotel cansurely be considered for stay

I liked the location because it was in a very quite and calm colony. Since, it's just 1.5 years old hotel services and rooms are good . Food is quite expensive in this hotel and not up to the mark as well ..Rest everything is fine .
