The service is HORRIBLE!!! Every single time we've ordered from this place, they always mess up our order, ALWAYS!! Bad bad service, they don't know what they are doing!!!!!

I went to this location with my family. We ordered hash browns and when we got them they were completely burnt. My dad went in to get new ones and handed them to the manager and she was rude and claimed that they burn the so they don’t fall apart.

Going to this place me and my friends decided to go through the drive through deciding it'd be the best decision to make waiting 10 minutes to then finally be told to keep waiting longer. We decided to enter the store physically and entering there were around 7 or 8 workers running around like sickens with their heads off rushing to get things done that should've already been taken care of. MANY workers for which only one other person not including me and my friends wanted our order done. The biggest thing is, the store is being run by children. There has to be a figure head, there is none. During this day there even was one woman who lazily took our order then gave up an decided to mop when she then tipped the mop bucket leaving lots of water to walk on to leave the store.

By far one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have been to. They never have Blueberry Muffins, and do not do anything to change that. Also, the staff need to know how to better greet their customers. Some of the staff, not all, are rude.

This is my favorite Dunkin I went to one in Fort Myers and it didn't compare. I visit this location several times a week before Basketball practice. Janie and Melina provide excellent service and seeing them puts a smile on my face!

My grandma had the worst experience ever! We ordered coffee through drive-thru and we pulled to the window. As we are getting our coffee the manager hands it to us and the coffee spills, it had got on her also and she made a disgusting look. The nastiest attitude I’ve seen. She was so disrespectful afterwards. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Horrible!

I always order muffins and every single time the order is rushed and food isn't even done properly. The muffin is always cold and hard in the middle and sometimes it's even missing ingredients. Drive thru is a horrible experience she is rude and has an attitude.

Order wrong. Food looked mangled bagel had no cream cheese, totally mangled, smooshed, tired of all dd messing up its not just this one its all lately,,!!! They don't care

My coffee was completely wrong and they charge me extra for oatmilk like 6 dollars more which is ridiculous. I’ve been to this dunkin many times and they have never disappointed me this much. I guess I will be going elsewhere.

Literally the absolute worst Dunkin out there. Can never get an order right. 75% of the employees are rude as hell. I go here almost every day and it just keeps getting worse and worse.

Got Ignored for a full 10 minutes while all 4 employees worked the drive through only. Ordered coffee and donut. Coffee was cold and they forgot the donut. Unacceptable

Good price for iced coffee. Better taste than Starbucks.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. First of all the attendant taking orders was rushing my boyfriend and I, cutting us off…”is there anything else,” multiple times before we completed our sentence, then they had us pull to the front when no cars were behind us and brought out these improperly made coffees. We tried it and immediately returned them. They were rude upon trying to return the beverages, didn’t offer to remake my beverages, then awaited a refund, with no apology. Worst experience with DD. I Assure you we will not be supporting this one again.

Dunkin' in Immokalee is the best! I get a delicious coffee in the morning and top my day off with a refreshing iced coffee in the afternoon. The people who work there are awesome!

Special thanks to camden who corrected an issue from.last night. She understood she was very patient proactive and endearing much better than the other establishments in the area. She deserves a raise!

Never have mobile orders ready. Today placed an order at 320pm. At 352 my order still wasn’t ready. Told me the drinks still weren’t ready to made due to the drive through being backed up. Stay away. I guess mobile customers don’t count at this location. Go get better coffee at Seed
