Service is always friendly and the lines are never long. The bakery and deli are also excellent.

If i can give this store a lower rating i would...the shelves are empty on a regular. This is the only publix in about a 10 mile radius and it opens later and closes earlier then any other publix I know.....not to mention the miserable employees in deli that are very rude and slow(an old immigrant Haitian lady named JEAN in particular). Should just tear this publix down and replace it with a walmart since the essence is already there!!

Besides the shelves empty on the usual. The deli is lazy and rude. Point blank. The rest of the staff is nice. The cuts come out terrible. You tell them thin and you end up with steak cuts!!!! just so they don't have to give the machine a couple of more strokes. Pure laziness.

Worst slowest deli in history. It took them 20 minutes from the time I ordered my sub at the counter for him to just make it in front of me. No chicken tenders no chicken was ready waited 15 minutes for them to cook it. Totally ridiculous experience.

The pharmacist was very unprofessional told me that the script would be ready in that morning and then canceled the prescription without even telling me after I drove all the way from Naples. This is not the first time I had problems there it used to be a really good place but I don't recommend it at all terrible service

I just don’t understand this Publix, literally the worst service of any Publix I been too. If it wasn’t for the fact it’s the only grocery store for Ave Maria I would never go. I went in for specific items and one was the colossal white shrimp advertised this week on sale. I go to the counter and wait for a good 4 min before I’m even serviced. The promotion is there on the glass but he can’t seem to figure out which one it is. Then proceeds to try and give me the smaller shrimp that cost more. Like how does that make sense. He seemed completely clueless at this point I’m pretty aggravated because this seems to always happen to me here. Then I ask to speak to the manager who they tell me name is Pam and wait 10 min for no one to ever come.what kind of service is this. They need better staffing or more knowledge of their product. Just a little ridiculous. I would understand if it wasn’t posted of the seafood glass panel but your clearly advertising something in your store you do not have.

A great place to get what you urgently need, but generally a bit more expensive here. And the quality of the fruit and meat is not as great as the nearby competition.

Pretty well stocked but the deli needs work! Set a pickup time of 6 pm for a sub at 5:18. Saw it wasn't ready so waited in line and finally got my sub nearly an hour later. This is a frequent occurrence. Even ordering there takes a long time. Really sucks cause I love pub subs.

I had an excellent experience, the service was excellent, I love the community, the people are nice, they have their way to welcome you 🤗

We were visiting from out of town - first time in Ave Maria and the employees of this Publix left an amazing impression. Super helpful and friendly. The store has everything we needed. The Mixed fried chicken and potato wedges are delicious and made the perfect dinner for our first night in Ave.

Always and assortment of seasonal bakery goods. The deli sandwiches and chicken tendies are on point. Clean and orderly.

Smaller Publix, but still has a great selection. Deli and seafood department are great, we hit them every time we are down for tail gating food.

Nice, glacier water filter is working post hurricane ian , I drove an hour to fall up on water it was nice , they had two water vendor machines there

You would think being the only publix near us they would open at 7 like most every other publix does . It's a HUGE inconvenience for parents who need last minute items for their kids school. Mostly any parent who take their kid to other schools has to be gone out of Ave by 8 . They open at 8 and close at 9 smh,..... most al Publix s open at 7 and close at 10 ,.. 11 on weekends . 😑

Ir first time in the store so we were not familiar with the layout of this one. The staff was friendly and pointed us in the right direction

This is far the worst Publix that I have ever been to. 15 people in the deli but you still wait 30 mins. Subs ordered an hour early not ready. Don’t come here🤬

It's pretty far out there but the community appreciates all that Publix does fir it's customers. I always stop there when I'm out that way.

Second visit but the starred rating is in reference to just thee men's room this time around. Very poorly maintained and filthy considering the current climate with multiple viruses going around. Close it if you cannot clean it !!!!!

The head pharmacist Alexandra at the new pharmacy in Publix here in Ave Maria is the best pharmacist I've ever worked with. She's pleasant, helpful and very accommodating. If you are still using Walgreens either in Naples or Immokalee and you live here in Ave or surrounding communities you'd be wise to change to the Publix pharmacy. Alexandra's is the best! 😁 UPDATE: I had the pleasure to have the other pharmacist Jessica help me out over the weekend. She too was amazing with excellent customer service. Publix your pharmacists are absolutely incredible! 🙏😁
