It is indeed at a crossroad, taking up the east corner of Colonial Blvd and Lee Blvd (yeah, the two roads are diagonal here. Exits on to each at this shopping center that is anchored by the Publix but there is also a phone store, nail salon, UPS store, hair salon, sushi/Thai, Chinese, Mexican and a pizza place. All the ethic food groups are represented! The mall is in good condition though I think some of the landscaping needs to be trimmed back for better visibility and security.

As I said prior, this shopping plaza has everything I need and is close to my home being located in the midsection of Pine Island Road and Del Prado and close to the up and coming north section of Cape Coral. It has plenty of shops and restaurants I like that one can go to and enjoy without having to cross Del Prado and go deepee into the South Cape

This restaurant offers a menu with a wide range of entrees and specialty drinks with a full bar. A SWFL rare restaurant in that the entrees do not revolve around seafood. Some dishes are added and changed to keep eating here interesting. The fries are Real Hand Cut and are crispy and fresh. Multiple options are offered to Vegans and vegetarians like a falafel burger and a fried cauliflower wrap. Service is excellent! Outside and inside dining available. Highly recommended!

I've been a Publix shopper for the twenty years I've been here in SWFL. It's mostly a convenience as they're close to my house. They are by no means the cheapest. Target and Walmart both have better prices on most products. From what I've seen Publix has struggled to keep up with the demand. Things are out of stock all the time. Couldn't even get a simple tub if cream cheese today and they were out of paper products. During the TP shortage, Walmart had paper products long before Publix.

Lots of options for different things. Sometimes can be hard to get in and out of during high traffic times such as lunch time or rush hour traffic.
