Lots of great restaurants but really nothing else. The main issue is the parking. It's not easy & there aren't enough handicapped parking spots. Now people are parking on the recently leveled dirt lot across from yhe main entrance

There's potential here. I came with my girlfriend and her sister to try out Skillets, which was fantastic. Overall, with the buildings they have up waiting to fulfill their leases, it's substantially smaller than both Gulf Coast Town Center and Miromar Outlets. It's more of a GCTC feel, being that it's mostly restaurants and cafes. Nice atmosphere though, and I enjoyed the fountain.

Lots of great restaurants. Very few shops, at the moment. Pretty landscaping.

I really hope this town center takes off because right now it's pretty sad. A couple of restaurants, a nail place but mostly dead. It's such a pretty location with lots of potential.

Small collection of trendy restaurants and a couple shops. Think mini outdoor mall. Lots of seating while you wait for your table, free parking, and a fountain to entertain your toddler(s).

Wow, 6 of us. Waitress was outstanding! Was upfront to a point. Let us know about credit card fee 4% but neglected to mention that substitutions to the menu item would cost more. Really, got charged for not having the β€œchips” in the fish and chips chosen item which was not even close to fish and chips, fish was fine but the breading was wimpy at best! Although I asked to sub salad for chips, was charged the full price for the fish and chips and then for the side house salad, which to be fair was very good, the salad not the wimpy fish. However, usually when you order a salad you get the dressing at no charge but the bill reveals a charge for the dressing! My husband ordered the chicken tenders which were really not good, very few for the price and again breading an issue, and was charged for the honey mustard sauce! What?? Put it in the cost of the item. So, 6 of us, no one loved their food, Mahi tacos, little Mahi. Philly cheesesteak, more peppers and onions then steak which he said was mediocre at best. The the grouper Rueben was ordered and again not horrible but thought was coleslaw instead of sauerkraut! Do not order the key lime pie! Cheesecake with some kind of horrible lime sauce dribbled on top. Chocolate cake was very good! Atmosphere great. Waitresses awesome. Food, overpriced for what you get and lacking greatly in flavor and execution. Will we return? Only if we eat first and just enjoy 2 for 1 happy hour drink specials. Really wanted to make this a go to place but will pass. We all felt sorry for the students that have this a a go to place for convenience.

Pretty and relatively new, still. Has multiple delicious restaurants (Thai Udon or Mellow Mushroom are top-tier) and is a cozy area to eat and spend some time enjoying your friends and family.

This is a relatively new shopping center with mostly food outlets. It seems to be primed to attract business from nearby Florida Gulf Coast University students and visitors, and locals alike. Most of the tenants are local or regional chain owners. Parking seems to be a little tight at peak times, such as weekend brunch times. However, the place is clean and inviting, and you are sure to find something great to eat there!

Several vacant units plague the plaza. Otherwise, a nice cross section of retail and restaurants. The common areas are kept nice and well maintained. Parking is easy and accessible. They certainly cater to the college crowd.

Skillets, one of the best ever Breakfast restaurant. Salmon Benedict might be my favorite meal ever. Potato casserole is excellent. Staff has improved significantly in the last 60 days. Friendly competent and relatively quiet.

Nice place right outside of the university to eat or spend your time at.

Great selection of foods! Thai, Poke Bowls, Breakfast/Brunch, Mexican, Philly cheesesteaks, Burgers, and more. The variety of food should cover all of your likes and cravings. Each restaurant has a unique setting. Some are very casual, while others are more formal, but they're all great. Some offer indoor/outdoor seating. Haven't had a bad experience at any of the places we've tried. Will definitely keep going back to try all the different places to eat.
