We joined this San Carlos PLANET FITNESS location in 2018 and the previous owner Kris Glidden had a good thing going here. Great staff and the manager was on top of just about everything. The place was ALWAYS SUPER CLEAN and the machines and all other equipment were always running or immediately repaired when there was an issue. There was never a lack of paper towels, the venting was always dust free, there were NO ceiling tiles with tremendous amounts of water damage, the lights in any area were always running and the water fountain as well as the hydro-beds were always operating. I have already spoken to the new manager about a couple issues and now it’s been almost 4 months and instead of things improving more things are being neglected. What a shame. We only use this facility for 6 months a year & would appreciate going to a gym that is cared & looked after more than what the new management is doing. Maybe there is a big bonus if expenses are at a minimum, if that’s the case then the new manager will have a nice bonus coming her way. But then again, I’m only paying $25 a month, what’s there to expect!!

It's a lil shopping center with lots of different store - food - ups - Publix - cbd shop looks like you can get a lot of things here so stop in

Typical clean well managed Publix. Well stocked with updated fresh fruits & veggies. Aisle merchandise well stocked. We like Publix!

I go to Publix there to get the fried chicken if you've never tried the fried chicken at Publix you're missing out they are better than all the chicken joints including KFC and Popeyes Publix has the best chicken they clean their fryers often the pieces are very large you get what you pay for they do a very good job

I have been shopping at this shopping center for almost 30 years. It is becoming over run with homeless people sleeping in front of Publix to drug addicts leaving needles in the parking lot. Beware.

Visited Visionworks to pick up glasses. Quick, friendly service.

Never had any issues here. Publix Liquer Store is my favorite

Visited the 41 Diner. It's a diner trying to be an upscale restaurant. Not quite sure how that's going to work in the long run.

Convenient place, UPS store, Publix and ,Publix liquors all right there. The LQ has very reasonable prices and I can grab some quick groceries so it's one of my go to spots.

I love Grand Bay plaza they have a Publix there and a UPS store they have a pinch a penny store there. Walgreens and CVS is right there also it makes a nice shopping experience for everybody

Very nice shopping center with several nice stores and options. Great location just very busy and traffic in and out is bad. Not sure I see a solution to that. Nice place to shop in the middle of the day. Not a rush hour!

41 is a wonderful, fast dining experience don't get me wrong, it still is a lovely choice and I've had many pleasant visits there but they do have a tendency to take awhile to deliver food to the table. This isn't too often so don't worry about that. The employees are a hit or miss, they can be pretty snippy and rude but they can also be the sweetest people. 41 is a lovely dining experience and I recommend it 100%. Make sure to wear your mask!

I went to the tag office in Grande Bay. Great place to get your tag. These ladies are very kind and helpful

It's obvious that this is under utilized. Almost any thing is here, well not everything. Give it a look see and you will go back, just like me.🙂🙂.. Well worth a stop.

The 41 Diner is great.They were the first one I had a good hot meal from after Irma.The rest of the plaza is good as well.Publix ,chinese food a smoke shop and a new tag agency.

41 dinner is very good for breakfast. Good service and large portions too. I'll definitely try their dinner menu.

Sever was very nice. Food was over cooked. Potatoes and omelet. I was disappointed. Been there before and food was good. Not today.
