This sub deli/prepared food department is the worst. It doesn't matter if you order an hour ahead your order will not be ready at all when you arrive. I work in the hospital near by and all of the staff/doctors/nurses here hate coming to this publix. Why would you have an online ordering feature if you do not honor it. We are on a timed lunch break and just want to grab our food and go but it will never happen at this publix. Customer service is horrible too because the employees will not acknowledge you or ask if you need help unless you grab their attention and when they do they are rude and short with the customers. For a Publix supermarket it is unacceptable. I tried to give this store a second, third and forth chance but it does not change. Management needs to seriously do something about this issue.

The bakery at the Publix at Riverchase did an amazing job with my order. It consisted of a 3 tiered cake, 24 cupcakes, macaroons, and 2 platters of chocolate covered strawberries. Delivery was on time, professionally done and super accommodating.

They have excellent stuff here, including organic and natural foods hard to find elsewhere. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They are on the pricier side, but sometimes you get what you pay for.

Clean and very friendly service. Great selections with the butcher and fresh sushi. Extensive selection of wine.

God bless your hart""honey.." lol... but if you like to keep more money or are as myself on a budget ..I highly recommend getting a online account. . For then you can earn points and clip coupons to make those things not on sale a much better price... in reality..I've saved thousands upon thousands having accounts here and everywhere..its why I can shop here and travel to FL. For health care to extend and better my critical and ongoing health issues.. so this place is .the bomb" check them out " all I've had contact with are friendly and courteous .helpful and the store has about all you might need..so keep up the great job, service and quality of your foods.. there #1 and definitely deserve that 5star review.

It’s very convenient and a smaller Publix so easy to get everything, but come on with the prices - 9 dollars for a 6 pack of Soda? Price gouging much??

I was in the area getting a pizza from NYPP. This was the Publix that I go too but I had to pick up a few things while my pizza was cooking. This location layout is totally flipped from the Publix at Pelican Landing in Bonita Springs. In addition, the north Naples Publix is much bigger. By the time I got out of there from the few things I picked up, my pizza was cold! Lol!

Clean place employees very courteous asked me if I found everything I was looking for.... deli and subshop well that's a different story .. No one took my order for a good 6 minutes...I asked 3 times if any one is working in the deli apparently no one wanted to work that day .. oh well everyone wants that check just doesn't want to earn it

Excellent Publix...Plenty of parking and good selection. The staff are polite, the bathrooms are clean . I can reccomend this location in keeping with the tradition and broad selection of Publix...The fresh fruits and vegetables selection was very good. The meat and bakery selection was good too. The female manager at the service desk scolded a elderly man for using his pocket knife to scratch off lottery tickets. Saying, your not allowed to have a knife in publix. She was very disrespectful to the elderly gentlemen who looked like he served in ww2! Since when is it inappropriate to have a picket knife? Especially when the store sells and uses large knifes on the regular. Poor experience.

Very clean neat supermarket. Has carts for the handicapped. Much appreciated because most of Florida (Naples)did not.

Publix is my go-to for deli delights, especially the buffalo chicken tender sandwich – a flavor explosion! Fresh, quality ingredients make it a standout. Publix, you've won my taste buds! Me likes!

I'll tell you this. I know some supermarket chains that should have their CEOs and upper echelon management visit and shop Publix. Excellent flow from start to finish. My first time there I was amazed with the staff. Cordial and upbeat. All sales are clearly marked and everyone gets the same price. No special club to belong to. You can sign up for emails to be alerted about special events such as a lobster fest or similar events.

Staff is always so helpful and friendly. Will often fulfill special requests. Janet, who bagged and brought my groceries to the car, was just the kindest, sweetest person. I drove away smiling. I just did a pickup order and Daniel who brought the groceries out to my car was so friendly, kind, and efficient. A fabulous employee!!!

Publix is ALWAYS an awesome place to shop. BOGO deals, hard to find items, quality produce and variety of grocery items are abundant. This is a wonderful and convenient location in a plaza offering other needs like banking restaurants, sandwich shops and other things.

I visited this store a few days ago, as it used to be my go-to supermarket for grocery shopping for my husband and children. However, on my most recent visit whilst I was waiting to be helped at the customer service desk, I couldn’t help but overhear the most ludicrous statements coming from the employee, Ali. I was beyond taken aback at her rudeness and derogatory words towards her coworkers, who appeared to be minors. She was mentioning things related to intercourse and various paraphernalia that was simply beyond inappropriate! Very unprofessional. Considering the blatant horrors of my visit, I will not be shopping at this store again as I feel employees like that do not deserve my business. I am highly disappointed with this Publix.

Good place to show.. plenty of products, shelves full, however a little pricey. I know Publix employees a lot of people and that's great. And they do carry a lot of sales by one get one by two get one free, but on things that you were looking for and comparing prices Publix is much higher. With that being said and I said earlier they do employ a lot of people, I can't always blame public management. I blame what is going on right now with our economy and the leadership of this country! And of course them costs are always reflected to our costs at any grocery store.! God Bless And Carry on, for being open and trying to keep cost down!!!

Gotta love Publix. If you have been to one publix you have been to them all. Prices might be a bit more expensive, but quality is better and the people are super friendly.

This store opened up after Hurricane Ian the shelves were stocked there was lots of staff and it was business as usual. The store had everything I needed and lots of parking no problem .

Wish they were opened a little later then 9pm on a Friday night. Otherwise this store is always clean and the employees are always going the extra mile to make sure you are enjoying your shopping experience. 😊

Publix here has nice people and a clean store. Pharmacy personnel are very helpful and nice as well. Stock on the shelves has returned to normal for almost all items.

Not laid out awesome. Easy to miss the produce section but other than that it’s fine
