If possible. I would put zero stars. I'll leave it at a 2 since my prior 1 star review was removed. So let me be brief since this round two. One. The store is filthy and everything is always out of stock. Two the manager is incompetent and scared of his own employees (don't blame him). Three the pharmacy. Oh the pharmacy!!! If you have a tattoo or too or a Spanish name just don't bother because the walking tumor of a pharmacist will turn you away for no apparent reason. The racism I encountered was so off the wall disgusting that the store can continue to delete anything they want. I already took my demand to human resources and my business to aldi. If I wanted to relive the holocaust I'd sit for coffee with this woman. That is all

The store was up and running just a few days after the hurricane. The store was better stocked than I expected and I was able to get the few things I needed like bread and milk that you can't stock.

I like Publix overall. This place has friendly and helpful staff and just about anything I need. I don't understand why this Publix isn't doing something about the slow moving sub lane? There are times when I've noticed employees behind the sub station walking in circles or avoiding it all together until they get called out. You are Publix and well known for your subs, let's do better because I know you can. I'll still give you five stars.

I called Publix pharmacy after taking my daughter to the doctor to ask if the prescription was ready for pick up. The lady said: "One of them it is". Then I asked: "When the other one is going to be ready", and she answer: "What, what other one?". I answered the other one you are referring to." She said very rudely: "I don't know what you are talking about", which one?" I answered the other one you just implied there is". She got mad and said: "There is only one". I asked for her name and she said "Nathaly" but when I went inside I didn't see any Nathaly. The young lady there was with an attitude but her name was different . I believe was Katheline or something like that based on the name tag. I spoke to the store manager and he said will speak with the pharmacy manager or who ever is in charge of the pharmacy area. I arrived home and gave my daughter the medicine "suppose to be antibiotic". She began to vomit within 30 minutes. I found out it is not antibiotic. It even has a different name from what the doctor prescribed. I know that 80% is my fault for not reading the label but in 12 years I have been going to Publix pharmacy never happened something like this. I always trusted for them to give me the right medicine. I'm dumb. I can't say the doctor's name half the time, more less the name of the medicine. I liked it better when back in the day the pharmacist used to read the name of the person, the name of the medicine and tell you how and when to drink it. They even used to tell you if you needed food with it or if it will make you drowsy. Usually a situation like my would of have been avoided if they read the label like they used to. A person that lie or cover her self like this lady did should never work in a pharmacy or any related to medicine or patients. How can I trust Publix again?

I went to get my mother's birthday day cake. The 3 woman behind the counter didn't speak enough English to get my order. Luckily an English speaking person came and retrieved my order after 5 or so minutes of trying to teach them how to speak! Not a good experience.

Great customer service, Maria, a cashier, is my favorite. She is an exceptional person who gets the job done. No matter what time of the day or night, she will be at her very best. One thing publix did for me was on my daughter's birthday, I was running late, and my husband called the store and told them, and they waited for me. So I was very happy about that. Look at that beauty.

Super clean Publix Super Market. I was looking for Sunflower butter and I found it. Recently started eating healthier and discovered the Sunflower butter contains no cholesterol! Wow! I had no idea any type of butter would not have cholesterol.

Lines you want to go in and out this is the place to be. If there's long lines someone's going to open a register it is not like Walmart it is not like Aldi's is not like any other grocery store that you've ever been to. The people are nice the employees are nice if you need a question they'll answer it the longest line that I can think of is customer service and the the driver license machine thing. Besides that you're going to be in and out with your groceries you're going to have a good time easy time you want to get your groceries get out and come to this Publix.

It is always a wait and a line to play lotto. They only have one person up there. She do lotto,western union, and check out customer. I have waited 30 mintues one time to play my lotto. Managers have walk by and seen the line long and did not help. This publix have rude cashiers Alicia is very rude she always have an attitude. The bakery asst manager is rude. I express to the store manager Max how these two employee are. He ensure me that is not the publix core.I hope they get more friendly employee.

This is our "go to" place. It has everything we need. Great quality food and the staff are so nice. Always a good experience.

So I had ordered a birthday cake and my fiance went to pick it up and it wasn't there. I was upset for I had already paid for it. I sent him proof via email. Well the staff could or should have called me and said sorry we don't have your piece instead they ignored it. Which IS horrible customer service. And anyhow so they found a cake with no writing on it they put what i wanted on there minus decorations and refunded me. I was upset lack of communication but they were fast to right the wrong and give me back my money and I got a cake for the whole ordeal was a great deal. Thank you for making it right. Maybe talk to the staff about communication it's golden ;)

Shopping at any Publix is generally a pleasure. Well kept aisles and shelves. No go backs in sight or other misplaced food

Always very happy with Publix. My cashier was super friendly, the food is fresh, prices are affordable and the store is always clean. I like the variety of products and the quality of the meat and produce.

It is 2pm and my partner and i decided to get some 8ct fried chicken from Publix. Normally you’d think by 2pm they would have that out for customers to grab and go but no. My bf asked and he was told to wait an hour if he wanted his chicken. Just a bit disappointed that one for lunch time it wasn’t out and that it take an HOUR to fry chicken up…

This is my top favorite place to shop for groceries! I am a big fan of Publix and I appreciate how well and hard they work. They are super friendly to kids and gives them cookies if they are 12 and under. They always know how to make me feel welcome.

I do pickup orders here, and today Zoriah (I think that’s the spelling?) brought the groceries to my car and was just so nice and positive. Great experience

They always have everything I need here. I am even able to get my dogs food there as well. It's nice to go to a store where the employees are pleasant and helpful.

Beware of what you buy at this location we bought Bob Evans mash potatoes totally spoiled second time it's happened dated sell by July friend's have bought spoiled meat and people on Lehigh Facebook page are talking about spoiled meat as well be careful not worth getting sick not the publix we grew up with any more

I’m a Florida native and I’ve NEVER seen roaches inside of any Publix location from down in Key West all the way up to the panhandle locations. I spotted a HUGE cockroach in the bread isle and immediately found a manager who didn’t even bother to look at where the roach crawled back into so they could at least clean and treat that spot. He said “we have pest control here weekly so I’ll make sure they focus on this area” and “thanks for letting us know”. It was no big deal for him at all then I see him standing around talking to other staff and didn’t even bother to address the very disgusting issue that I just brought to his attention. PUBLIX DO BETTER AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS DISGUSTING AND FILTHY LOCATION!!!

Nice clean place, People help you when needed. Fresh fruit, meat and produce. Not like at some win dixie stores where chicken packs are blown up with air, color of meat is bad from being old and not taking out of case. Out of date dates. Great subs. Pharmacy is great and very helpful. God Bless

I love this store but the cashier verndell was so rude. I mean and lazy. My husband set a basket on the conveyor belt well he took a minute to look at a recipe on a magazine with me and she rudely said is this yours you need to unload this basket(the green ones) I thought that was so rude we had like 4 things in it and we were not even going to have her do it anyways but I felt humiliated. I recommend her to learn some manners and be kind especially to your loyal customers.

This Publix used to be a great place to shop at. Lately I'm very disappointed. Not only does the produce spoil in a few days, I have noticed the meat doing the same. I also just got a BOGO yogurt and it was expired already!! The BOGO strawberries always have mold, and the muffins only last a day or two

Clean, well-kept store. Kind and friendly service. Had an issue with parking lot pick up and their chicken a few times in the past, but aside from that, I have no major issues with my visits here. I only go for things like their produce (always fresh), sushi, money orders ($1), and their $10 boxes of fried chicken (so good and crispy) because Publix is a bit out of my price range if I am to be honest.

Great store, always well stocked, just seems understaffed because there's usually only one register and customer service open otherwise it's the do it yourself check out

I take my certified service dog with me when I shop. Since we are still working with her getting over having fear of the shopping carts I try to just get what I need as this store is WAY to busy to use as a place to train but sometimes I end up with several bags to carry out. Not once has anyone from this store asked me if I needed help carrying the bags out and I don't have a small dog. I don't do reviews but I have given opportunity for the baggers to ask and I can't be silent anymore

Parking lot always full and the curbside pick up parking is always being used 🙄 by people who are not waiting for there groceries to come out not cool. Other then that everything s good

I always get my hoagies at Publix the place is always clean and the food in the deli don't go there first thing in the morning cuz you'll buy everything which I do if I go there in the morning a little bit of everything they got cooked in the deli but I can't shop there I'd love to but the prices are too high and food costs these days are high as it is

Some of the deli associates need to learn to smile! I literally said excuse me while grabbing some packets of mayo and the associate stocking the condiments at soda station greeted me with the most dirtiest look possible! So much foe the 10 10 rule

The friendliest staff, and always helpful. Publix is one of my favorite grocery stores. They always seem to have things that others don't. Plus the store is clean, clean.

I got some "fresh" fish (cod) to take home and cook. It had a very strong fish odor. We cooked it and it was bad. We got sick within a few hours. I will be reporting this.

The only {2} curbside parking spaces available are ALWAYS TAKEN by shoppers!!.. Publix should really enforce these spaces!..it's a BIG DEAL when you CAN'T park safely to pick up your groceries!!!! I'll shop some where else..

They have a great variety of different foods here. Some stores have a limited variety and are always out of what you're looking for. I never have that problem at public's!

The only employee that was somewhat friendly was the gentleman in the deli that made my friends sub. The cashier and the bagger were not friendly at all, and one of my items was damaged upon being bagged, I more than likely will not return to this Publix as this is not the first time I've dealt with unfriendly employees that act like they hate their job and their customers at this location.

Love Publix subs and their customer service. Might need more deli employees or faster people because sometimes the line gets really long and it takes them a long time to take care of everyone.

Publix prices seem a little high to me but my dad and his wife swear by them and also get their wine and groceries there. I stop by for smokes only this trip. Have shopped on previous trips and their prices on sale items are usually good and they are bright and have consistent quality at different locations.

Staff is very helpful, if going to the deli, look for Matthew. He is the best and makes sure everything is to your liking and interactive. Great choice of vegetables and the selection of fresh meat is the best! Would for sure reccomend coming here!

Adriana, possibly a manger needs to go through training on customers service bias. It’s 2022, make a conscious effort to treat all customers with courtesy.
