Worst customer experience, food was sloppy and cold disgusting! This place needs New Management along with a whole new crew!! That’s supposed to be a “Whopper Jr” it’s more like a Cold Sloppy cheeseburger! Oh this I mention the cheese was cold almost frozen and the bun cold as well!! Update: 7/14/23 And they still haven’t got it together just shut the place down!! Horrible

Make sure to get the weekly coupons! You will find good deals and save money. The staff who attended me were super nice. Drive-thru is sometimes slow depending on the time you go. Normally it's full around Friday's but I would recommend this place to eat. Restrooms are clean as well as the tables and seats.

Not the first time I’ve pulled up to the 2nd intercom just to be ignored. Car after car is taken on the first intercom while we just sit there yelling “hello?” Over 10 minutes at the intercom followed by another 5 minute wait before paying. Just to be told to wait behind the black pole so they can fudge their times. Go Fudge Yourself! Worst customer service in Immokalee! This place is a joke and gets worse by the day. I’ve complained to the mgmt and to the franchise mgmt yet zero improvement. Just shut it down. In fact, by the sound of it, lack of mgmt nearly burned the place down a few months ago due to improper cleaning of the grease which led to a fire. Imagine that!

Service is great very polite young kids the food is always cold take forever and I would rather drive 30 minutes out of way than to deal with the sorry food quality of this Immokalee establishment 3! Times to get a double cheeseburger only correct all that waiting behind the flagpole is a farce

After my order was taken, it was about, 30 min. In total to receive my order. Fries were unsalted, but my original chicken sandwich was too salty and greasy to eat..... Very poor management team, very poor PR, dirty store, and overall lack of concern for their patrons.

Absautely love the transformation of this Burger King. I love that they thought of the community and added the playground. I really respect the owner for coming up with this idea. The location is spotless clean has more then enough seating. The playground area is wonderful you can even have private parties with a BK host for 1.5 hours. Enjoy the pics. Customer service was friendly and professional. I really liked too that they have stations of sanitizer throughout the restaurant.

We are staying at the casino, but wanted to go explore immokalee. It was close to lunchtime so I researched possibilities and this came up. I am so glad we went! the cashier was amazing! We had lots of questions that she patiently answered and gave great suggestions when we asked. beautiful and super clean burger king The chi king sandwich was AMAZING! Highly recommend!

I ordered 2 Whopper Jr's and 2 bacon cheeses burgers. All the burgers had burnt meats and really small. The chicken nuggets the meal had were also burnt and cold like if they were sitting since yesterday. The worst experience I've ever had in a Burger King. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Will not go there ever again.

The workers are always grumpy. The food doesn't have everything it supposed to have in it. The food is cold and can take a long time to be served. I don't recommend you to buy here.

Found a hair inside my breakfast melt sandwich. Called to speak to a manager and make him aware of my experience. He said “okay”, I said that’s all you’re gonna say? He said “we’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again”. Asked for a refund and he was not able to assure me my money would go back to my card, said he would talk to his manager. Very grossed out and disappointed with this location.

Vast improvement in food quality and staff. Just a few months ago you'd be waiting in line for what felt like forever and you'd have to wait behind a poll after paying because the staff wasn't moving quick enough. Then you'd get your food and it would be subpar.

So I go to the Burger King because there’s a lineup at McDonald’s OK well I like Burger King normally I ordered the two for five baked fish in the big king or whatever and a small french fry so once I get to the window she has been my food I asked for ketchup they’re out of ketchup OK I talked myself really that’s odd but OK then I start driving home and eating my baked fish and it’s like drier than anything there’s no tartar sauce on it so I called there and asked why there’s no tartar sauce on my sandwich a fish sandwich she said oh we’re out of tartar sauce also and then she apologize if I said no I’m not paying for Alicia told me that when I ordered it now that is I don’t know but it’s not a good thing!!!! You don’t sell food that comes with that dressing or a condiment like that if you don’t you let people know they don’t have it so in case you don’t wanna order it unbelievable

Half of the menu screens not working. No ice in dining room soda machine. No Co2 in the soda. Ketchup packets sticky. Hand dryer in men's room not working. No paper towels either.

As far as BKs go this one is on point. Great place to take your kids on hot day. Best restaurant playground I've seen in years. Clean bathroom and facility. A definite stop on our west coast trips from here on out

I was very impressed with the items received and the service staff were super polite in mobile check out...however there was a considerable delay because of inside foot traffic and we waited too long for the window attendant. Maybe they're short staffed?

I should learn by now, but always want to give burger king the benefit of the doubt. NOT ANYMORE!!!! They're always out of something, I pay 50/60 dollars a visit and i have to argue for the food to be maid hot and fresh I am paying and it should be hot not clld and stale.

Tomatoes in my Whopper today..sad.. very sad!!
