Tried the Plato fiesta combo with beef and it was delicious. My fiancé tried the wet burritos with beef and he loved it. The queso is so good I wanted to drink it and the chips are homemade. Overall, awesome food and atmosphere!

Bad service. The few times I go there, the majority of the staff has an attitude and it feels like they don't want to be there. They always forget an item on the order and then it takes them another 10 minutes to bring it to the table. They don't even apologize for the mistake. You can’t ask them for anything without it feeling like you’re bothering them. Staff is NOT FRIENDLY. It’s a bunch of people who feel they can talk down to customers and get away with it. Has been happening for years and management honestly doesn’t care because it keeps happening.

I love the food here. However, when you advertise that the $8.00 margaritas are on happy hour and you present my bill and charge me full price and say well the waitress said you ordered BEFORE happy hour but the ticket shows ordered at 3:09. I have an issue with that. I should not have to have a face to face argument and pull out my phone to prove anything when the TICKET itself shows the order time and 43 minutes later me paying for my food. You can keep that extra $14.00. And I will stay in Cape, F. Myers and even Lehigh where they honor the prices. Thanks for the good times before. We are out.

It didn't met our expectations. This is not a Mexican restaurant, this is a Tex-mex one. The food isn't bad, but it was simple and definitely not Mexican. You have to pay for the the chips and salsa that in every real Mexican restaurant is free. Since the food is not spicy at all, as the real mexican, we asked for hot sauce and at the end they charge us for it. In summary we didn't like it.

I love this place, everytime I deliver or pickup from the state market across the street I make sure im hungry only to eat at this place. Food is fresh and authentic. They give you large proportions and price wise it does'nt break the bank. Servers are friendly and even with the place half filled, food gets served pretty quickly, props to the cooks!!! I usually get the wet stuffed burrito, chips and salsa, with a diet coke, you can't go wrong, im telling you!!! I enjoy eating outside in the mesh enclosed patio which does a fantastic job of keeping the bugs out!!!

Quality Mexican cuisine at generally sensible prices in a fun, colorful, and energetic environment. Carne guisada and tacos al pastor are both solid bets. My wife loves the carne asada french fries. However, the fajitas tampiquenas are questionable value for the money: two tortillas, plenty of rice and beans, a decent little cheese enchilada, and a small portion of sliced steak. Chips and salsa felt a bit odd at their price for about 1/3 of a bowl. A variety of alcoholic beverages are available. Service is quick and friendly.

Festive, family atmosphere, ok food. Small portions. Fajita salad was small, meat was on bottom, making a slurpy mess in bottom of taco shell it came in, looked worse than it tasted. Flavor was ok. The best thing was the guacamole, but the portion size was very small. Staff were locals, mostly kids, none seemed very experienced, most seemed a little confused, but everyone was super nice. Very pleasant experience overall, just not because of food or service.

The menu and drink menu was amazing! The staff is very friendly. Coming from Canada was awesome to have some authentic Mexican food! Lots of daily specials for food and drinks! I had the puffy tacos with a side of queso. This queso is the best I've ever had ! I give it 10/10

We reserved a table for 13 for a Saturday night, at first the lady that answered the phone said no that they didn't do reservations for weekends but I asked and asked and they made an exception for me. We were celebrating my in laws birthday's. The service, atmosphere, the price was reasonable for 7 adults and 5 kids the total was $288. The waitresses were well together and were very polite. Definitely going back and I highly recommend this restaurant oh and the cocktails/drinks were 💣!!!! Don't wait go n ow.

Ordered house margarita during happy hour for $2 and, and got charged $8 for a slightly larger drink they chose to bring out instead. Upon bringing it up, they blamed me/us as customers not specifying we wanted happy hour margarita. Upon paying, they tried to double-dip tip, 18% automatic gratuity, with then 18-22% tip options after swiping the card. So not only did they overcharge our party $24 for assuming the wrong thing - but then tried to get our total to be $61 higher than if we would have gotten happy hour margaritas INCLUDING 18% gratuity. It just seemed like a way to make more tip on a higher bill while putting the blame on us for thinking we ordered a differently sized margarita on happy hour. They would rather have us leave feeling scammed than to just correct the mistake, and didn’t offer to remedy anything. Food, serving size and atmosphere: 4/5. Service: -1/5.

The food was good, I had the fajitas burritos, and I added an "S", because they were 2 small ones. Almost the same as one big one. The thing that made me put 2 ⭐⭐ was the plate came with rice only? I told the waitress? No beans? She said, that the burrito has the beans inside? I replied, this is the first time in 35 years, from Florida to Oregon and been in Mexico many times, a plate with just rice? How much can refried beans cost? Also you had to buy the chips and salsa as a side order. I won't be coming here again.

I had the steak fajita and it was good. I was expecting the fajita to come out in a sizzling plate but didn't. The portion was good and it tasted awesome as well. I would definitely come back and recommend anyone to try it out. Too bad I was only there for a day on work because the environment there makes you want to get a couple drinks 🇭🇳👍🏽😎👍🏽🇭🇳

We always come here and enjoy the food here but this time around it was the most terrible experience. We didn’t get all of our food till about 8:40 pm and at 9 pm I went over to pay our check. Mind you a group of men came into the place at 8:55 pm ordering alcohol. I went to go back and sit at the table (because my husband was still finishing his food) and the Manager lady comes up and says rudely “we’re closed” I said “huh?” And she goes “we’re closed you guys need to leave” and it was 9:11 pm. I thought she was going to come over and ask if we needed anything or how was ur food but she wanted us out of there and rushed us out. Their is a nicer way to say stuff but she was just rude and nasty. And she didn’t say NOTHING to those group of men (they kept ordering alcohol and was still there after she made us leave) if your going to treat us like that you need to treat everyone else the same. It was the most uncomfortable and discriminatory experience we had here.

My wife wanted Mexican and we definitely got great Mexican here. The enchiladas were magnificent as were the tacos. And we loved the atmosphere and all the talking going on. Really happy we stopped here today.

Coming from Wisconsin where Mexican food is a little more Tex-Mex, we were looking for some authentic mexican food. The resteraunt is in kind of a different spot. After getting our drinks, my fiancee ordered the smothered chicken burrito and really enjoyed it. I ordered the shrimp fajitas and honestly they were the best i have ever had!!!! I was expecting like 5 shrimp, but they gave more like a dozen, and they were pretty big shrimp too. Perfectly seasoned. It was a great meal to start our vacation. 10/10 for sure. So good!!

Lozano has been such a disappointment. I had taken my mother and grandmother to eat tacos 🌮. I order fajita tacos instead I was given the fajita that is normally served on the platter for the meal. I was super disappointed. It was over seasoned watery and to much green pepper and onions. Never going again. It used to have great food not its just disappointing.

Best Mexican Resturant in Florida so far. If you visit Florida. Gotta make a trip to Lozanos. Great staff. Breakfast was delicious.

On our way to Sanibel this restaurant is well worth the stop. The fajitas chicken burrito was delicious and the brisket taco salad was just as good with a flaky, not greasy fried shell and plenty of brisket, sour cream and guacamole. The flan is scrumptious!
