While visiting Immokalee, we noticed that Rib City had a lot of business. Atmosphere was comfortable and it seemed like everyone knew each other especially since the town is small. Service was good. Food was okay. Ordered a pick 3 platter with barbecue chicken, pulled pork, and ribs with a loaded baked potato and baked beans. Mild buffalo chicken tenders as an appetizer. 3 barbecue sauces are on every table. The one with the yellow cap seems like a favorite but was horrible to us. Bill was $28.

The food is good, the coleslaw is yummy, so we’re the green beans.

We feel for ourselves that this is 1 of BEST Rib joint there is, the service was outstanding and you cant go wrong with the size of the soda pop cups. Gaint U should need a refill. We will be going back soon. We love Tonys special looking forward to it soon.

We really enjoyed our lunch today at Rib City in Immokalee, FL. Our waitress, who's been there 10 years, was excellent & so friendly. All 4 of us got the lunch half slab ribs with 2 great sides & toast. All employees were very friendly & kept checking on us.

My boyfriend and I went to rib city and was given amazing service by Brianna. She was great and made sure our food was on point every few minutes. The food came out quickly and hot! The facility is very clean with good music and tasty menu options. If you are looking for good barbecued food come to Rib City!

July 23rd, 2022. Place was empty, came in with a party of 14 for my brother in law’s birthday. The woman who greeted us at the door (I think her name was Jennifer) very clearly was not happy so she stated she’d give us to a different server. She went to the back, came back out front and said “never mind I guess you’ll be in my section” in a very rude tone. I said “oh don’t worry, we’re nice,” to which she replied, “I don’t care, do you guys tip?” I assured her she’d be taken care of since my sister and I are servers and we all tip well because we know the industry. I was already annoyed, but this was our second restaurant we had been to. Throughout the whole meal she gave everyone at the table attitude or an eye roll at one point. When I asked for a refill on my Pibb (it would have been my 3rd) she opened up her eyes wide as if 3 is a ridiculous number of drinks. When it came time for the checks, everything was split incorrectly, which took about 10-15 minutes to adjust. We waited a very long time for our food (about an hour) but since we were a big party we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Only good part was everyone seemed to enjoy their food. As I said, I am a server. In the beginning of our meal, our server complained about their restaurant being slow and implied she needed a job elsewhere. I can’t understand how someone who is apparently struggling for money would complain about getting a big party & then continue to give us bad service. Take advantage of the opportunity to make your money!!! I let my nephew choose her tip amount, and let me say she is lucky he is a generous tipper at the age of 6. Her attitude needs a HUGE adjustment. I love Rib City, and this was my first time at this location, but I can guarantee I will not be back.

I went to eat at the Rib City in Immokalee Florida on Friday 12/09/2020. Our whole service was VERY BAD & we honestly will not be eating there never again! The waitress took forever to sit us, then took 30 more mins to get our drinks & order. Then our food was awful. I ask for a regular turkey sandwich with plain toast, cheese & lettuce & the waitress still brought me a sandwich that the toast was so greasey in butter that it was dripping. l couldn't eat it. So l asked again for another plain piece of toast & l got the same thing. Then my lettuce was very old & brown. Then my friends fish was also very greasey & not fully cooked & for his side item he asked for fries, but got apple sauce. When he told the waitres. She told him that if he wanted the fries it be an extra fee, but he never asked her for apple sauce PERIOD. Then another friend asked for shrimp & that was also greasey & cold. Also the waitress never came & offered us any refills on our drinks despite us flagging her down & asking her too. Now we can see if the resturant was very busy, but it wasn't. So over all. The service was really bad.

If I could give negative on the food I would. My husband and I went there today for a late lunch & we both got sick not even 5 minutes down the road. We have been sick ever since. We both ate the same thing. Needless to say we spent $40 for food poisoning. We won't be going here again.

We took our order to go...pulled pork and green beans. Delicious. Great choice.

The service was stellar! The food was forgettable. The smoked chicken had no flavor, the "house specialty" babyback ribs were very small, 2 and under, and all I could taste was sauce and char from being grilled. The brisket was sliced correctly but as tough as rubber, and tasted like beef broth, no smoked flavor with barely any smoke ring. The pulled pork was all sauce. I couldn't taste the meat at all. I hate to say it, but the highlight was the Texas toast, the canned green beans and fried okra.

Very pleasant waitress. Food came quickly. My grandson didn't like the single fly that kept landing near his food... lol, but that wasn't so much the restaurants fault

For pick up, perhaps we had a bad experience when others encounter better. For the price they're charging here, you're getting a poor deal for your money in both service and product. It is worth recording this is a snapshot of one experience. Look at other reviews to make an informed decision. Positives on our visit: Food prepared in agreed upon timeframe Meats and veggies were hot. Plenty of ranch for chicken sandwich Very good iced tea Flavorful bbq sauces Negatives: Apathetic Staff Poor portions for high prices Staff definitely not filling out "preparation" slips, but they're on every carryout bag. Failed to place any toppings on "all the way" kickin'chicken. Chicken tenders basically amounted to expensive breaded chicken scraps - only one full tender. Lukewarm fries Strangely empty bbq cups. Veggies were bland. No apparent management engaging in quality control at distribution points, or poor company quality sensibility. There are plenty of good barbecue places in Florida. Rib City is usually a good one, but this one didn't give a good showing for my family. Honestly, you could get an equal or better product and service of better quality at a local fast food establishment for pick up. I can't comment on dine in quality, though.

The food was great, and we were very satisfied. The service is good as well. Just the place itself, needs to be cleaned up, it was dusty around the windows and there was a fly bugging us lol

Stopped for lunch. Of course, when you're at Rib City you have to order ribs so 3 of us did and one ordered the chicken & beef lunch special. All came with 2 sides and Texas toast. Everyone really enjoyed their meal. Portions were perfect!

We stopped in for dinner on 10/29/22 before a show at Hard Rock Casino. Being in the bus. for many years I notice some things the need to be addressed such as filthy floors even in the lobby: yuk, I could grow mushrooms around the tile around every edge and corner. We entered and stood there with no greet for a good 5 minutes; we noticed a girl look at us behing plexiglass cashier who never evn acknowledge us or said hello? Another girl, maybe taking a takeout order, just around the corner in front of us who kept looking at us but again never said a word?? After being seated the waitress was nice but many servers just looked sloppy: ie. cell phones hanging out their pockets and walking drinks held up under their arn\mpits on the way to the tables and such. I realize it Imokolee and there's not much competition but they need to clean up their act as it hurts the brand. We love the location in North Fort Myers! As for the food, I had the brisket which was quite tasty but you can tell it was reheated and not freshly made today and not as tender as other locations. I can understand that as its a more remote location so preslicing and bagging brisket is better than running out. I had no complaints on the food and my wife loved the chicken fingers. I would stop in again if going to Hard Rock as a Delmonico there is a $76 rip off. If you go to this Rib City just enjoy the good BBQ and don't look around too much. I'm guilty of that.

Even though they were understaffed they still managed to deliver the food quickly. As usual the food was on point. Well done staff!

Luckily we stopped for lunch here, before continuing to Clewiston, where there is nothing. We ate tasty and the service was fast

Home town BBQ. Good food with affordable lunch specials. Country atmosphere. Ribs were good...not great...but good. Grilled chicken was a bit dry...but you can always smother it with BBQ sauce if you like. It is an older building but is well maintained. It is family friendly and gets busy for lunch and dinner. Avoid the rush by coming a little early.

Went after a long hiatus. Service has went down since our last visit. Mac&cheese was not up to speed. Ribs were just okay. Our server never brought us our check. Had to do it at front check out.
