This Place said they would deliver to AVE Maria then refused without a $30.00 delivery? nine miles! $12.00 pizza for $32.00! Please take delivery out of your description... I am through with Papa Johns forever!

Bad service coming from Ashley the person answering the phone. I was speaking to her in English and she’s like “yo no habló español “ I told I am speaking in English not Spanish. Then she pretended that the line was getting cut off. Lacking on customer service.

Worst pizza I have had, burned with nice black edges, so burned cheese was dried and pepperoni where crispy. Took over 1 hour 30mins to get my pizza, once arrived it was not cut into slices, it’s was cold and the drink was warm. How hard is it to make pizza? You are in the pizza business if you can’t make a decent not burnt pizza please shut down. Why stay open and sell garbage.

They did not answer the phone for over 30 minutes with repeated calls and despite waiting on hold forever. Also their hold music is some guy yelling at you the whole time asking you if you want stuffed crust pizza or a job. The most ridiculous and obnoxious waste of time ever.

Night time manager is rude and messes up orderswitches put stuff and charges for soda then doesnt bring.then when told about is very rude.next night takes order then calls says cant deliver sorry.not professional at all.would give 0 stars.we were regular customers no longer gonna do business with you guys

Called to check if delivery was available to a local campsite and was told yes they do. Ordered food and it never showed, credit card was credited back. Appreciate the courtesy of not calling to say they wouldn’t be coming.

Manager yells at DoorDashers for reporting to DoorDash that orders aren’t completed on time. Threatens to block them from being able to deliver from them.

I placed an order online. The delivery driver left my order on the chair outside. Where animals walk across when I called the store to speak to the so-called manager she never wanted to identify herself. She was very rude and disrespectful me personally, I’d never have someone working for my business that’s as nasty as her. I had to call corporate and place a complaint … the driver also drove back-and-forth by my house three times and then sputed me down about which door was mine, when it was a duplex. Sorry excuse of a manager. Whoever was the manager June 5, 2023 Monday at 7 PM.

Pre ordered my pizzas and wings the day before and I showed up at 12pm when they were supposed to be ready for pick up was told that she was the only person working and my order was not even started. Told it will be 20 min wait.. so much for pre ordering
