Found this on Alltrails while vacationing in Naples. Great for runners and walkers! Lots of bikers on the trail too. It did get congested with walking groups at times so I’m not sure if I would ride my bike for exercise here as you will get stopped often to yield to walkers and runners. Beautiful well maintained asphalt/wooden trail with some unpaved run-offs to see more foliage up close!

Had the opportunity to visit the Gordon River Greenway Park in Naples recently. It’s a peaceful little escape within the city, providing a nice blend of green spaces and tranquil river views. The park is well-maintained and offers several trails, perfect for a leisurely walk or jog. The shaded paths make it comfortable even on warmer days. Overall, a good spot to relax and take in some natural beauty. Worth a visit if you’re in Naples.

Real nice flat trail/boardwalk that connects to Baker Park. Caught this guy…Red-bellied woodpecker?

This is the best place to walk, rollerblade, skateboard, hoverboard and take your dogs on a leash. This park has paved walkways, boardwalks and a playground by the zoo entrance. There’s even a spot to put your kayak an and paddle along the Gordon River; this too is at the Zoo entrance. If you walk take a bottle of water. There isn’t any along the way. This walk connects to Baker Park and is a highlight of outdoor life in Naples.

Gordon River Greenway Park is probably the best trails and setup I've seen in Naples. The photos speak for themselves. Ride bikes, skate, or walk. Even returning after sunset, the lights come on and light up the greens. Just a beautiful place

Great trail for road biking, walking and running. Very busy at times. The connecting trail to Baker Park is a detour worth taking. Follow the Gordon River Greenway to the end and stop at the Naples Airport Observation Deck for additional excitement.

Awesome little oasis, in the center of Naples. Pro Tip: walk to the south end, and watch the jets take off from Naples Airport

Great place for a short walk or run. Trail is clean and wide. Path is either boardwalk or paved. Trail is lighted for darker walks. Restrooms at main parking lot.

Good for a walk It’s a long long boardwalk with parking , washrooms and adequate seating areas. I’ll say do avoid it during the afternoon hours of June and July when heat is at its prime. I was there in July and the temp was soaring to 107F and the walk after a bit felt tiring. Plan accordingly and ahead of time

Finally Naples has somewhat of a park to ride bicycles. It's a nice park. It's good for a couple hours of riding and getting away from the traffic and roads. It's by no means the Pinellas Trail or like the rail trails up north. But there are some nice nature views and it's peaceful and provides a little bit of sport.

Nice place to run, walk, bike, or roller blade. Can be somewhat crowded at times. Paved trail and wooden boardwalks with lots of shade in late afternoon. Connects to Baker Park paved trails. Runs right next to Naples airport so frequently see jets landing and taking off.

Great place. Wish they would expand it. There needs to be more pet clean up stations at each enclosure, viewing or rest spots. Of course saw droppings left on boardwalk by irresponsible pet owners too lazy to go back & pick up their baby's deposit. Trash cans at each spot would be helpful. Great place to let kiddies roam without worrying about rushing cars. Although some bike riders think pedestrians have eyes in the back of their head. Common courtesy of letting pedestrians know they are behind would be helpful. Getting annoyed helps no one, especially the bike rider!

Amazing Trail in nature. You can walk, you can run, you can observe nature or just sit in peace you decide. You can walk your pet or just read a book. This is a great place to be. My kids absolutely loved the place and we spent good hour hour and a half walking in observing the nature enjoying the silence and submerging into wild Florida.

A lovely park for all folks! Kids, pups, seniors, bikers. Well manicured and clean. Not a preserve though so yes, there’s lots of sidewalks and landscaping, but it’s still beautiful!

👍👍 I had planned a trip out into big cypress to finish off my 8yo daughters spring break strong. I had planned on 14 miles of amazing Florida wilderness and an incredible dad/daughter bonding trip. What I had not planned on was an incredible experience with a ranger at oasis visitor center. Athena Gonz...
