By far the nicest mini-golf place i have been to. Beautiful layout, gorgeous plants, challenging multi level holes, super clean, small party room and arcade. There are a few closer to us but we won't go anywhere else.

Great course, but if you have mobility issues. You may want to pass. There are a lot of ups and downs. The lookout tower has great views. Yhe spinners at some holes make the game more challenging

Carlos and Sage were amazing with customer service tonight. We come every year to FL and this is always a family favorite. Since they are open til 11pm highly recommend this as an evening activity to avoid the heat. They’ve got fans on certain homes and when there’s a nice breeze going off the water it’s perfect! Clean course. Not stroller friendly though. There’s a small arcade, gemstone mining, and you can feed the caymans in the front. It’s a fun experience and again the staff is amazing!! Shout to to Sage and Carlos!!

This was an excellent example of a mini golf course. We had an absolute blast here and at the end the owner gave the kids free souvenirs. They were small but still the gesture was very nice. The course consisted of a number of par 2 holes that weren't too challenging but didn't lack in fun. The course also offered many photo opportunities. I'm glad we came here for sure. I can't forget to mention we also fed live alligators. It was fun all around.

Best. Minigolf. Course. Period. Had an absolute blast with my family, played all 18 holes in the evening, the lighting was totally sufficient to see everything. Great variety of holes and tons of fun scenic elements. A must visit imo

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time here! The details of the course were spectacular, the scenery was beautiful, and the staff was amazing! We’ve been to probably 50 mini golf courses and this made the top 2 of our list! If you’re looking for a mini golf course that won’t disappoint, this is the one. Plus they have turtles and caimans to look at/feed which was really cool!

What a fun mini golf experience! Lots of other side quests to do while golfing. Would definitely return again!

Awesome mini golf location! There’s four different courses to choose from here. Freshly installed green in the Congo course - they even blow off the leaves & sticks with a leaf blower. You can also pay to feed some caiman with little pieces of freeze dried chicken.

This was our second time here, and we really enjoyed ourselves! The course is pleasantly challenging and clean, and the scavenger hunt is a fun touch! I love that they are open late into the evening and the staff is warm, friendly, and fun to interact with!

Extremely friendly staff, fun environment, interesting holes, animals, free mints, and coupons for future play at the end! The best! Not crowded either

I’m a local and enjoy bringing my daughter here. It’s a fun course, well kept. Great theme and the foliage is awesome. You don’t feel like you are at a roadside minigolf. One note is there is only one course, so you get the inevitable backlog when a certain group is large or goofing off.

What a fun course, we absolutely loved everything about it, including the employees! We were treated so well, customer service was great! I honestly felt the employees were just as happy to be there as we were, it was nice to see! Thank you and next time we're visiting FL from snowy Minnesota, we'll stop in for a round or two!

Awesome putt-putt golf experience, one of the best we've ever played! This place is very well maintained and the course is fun. The gentlemrn at the counter were super nice and informative. Definitely will return next time we vacation here.

Super nice place, we did the mini golf, the alligator feeding and the mining. Everything was great, specifically the staff. Only downside, NO STROLLER FRIENDLY, just wish there were a sign saying so 🤣🤣🤣, we had to carry the stroller up and down for every stairs. But super nice, family of 5.

This place is one of the better miniature golf courses. Very interesting terrain, with various trees, plants, elevations, stairs, bridges, caverns, rivers, and waterfalls. The water is real water, not that blue colored stuff of other mini golf places. Also, various props around the course, such as the airplane wreck and safari jeep, appear to be real machines salvaged from junk. Courses are of moderate difficulty. They also have an alligator feeding area and air conditioned arcade room. Vending machines on the course are a little expensive. Prepare to pay $3 for a bottle of water (June 2023). I brought my family with 5 kids, and they all had a great time, though it does get very hot in the summer. Bring water and sunscreen. We also had an umbrella stroller on the course, though had to lift it around the portions where the only way to proceed was up or down stairs. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for mini golf courses.

Really a fun place to go. I think the best part was the "add on" for feeding the Caiman (mini alligators). I would come back just for that. You get a stick and a bag of freeze-dried meat to feed these little guys, and it's super fun. The course itself is fun. Most holes are very basic with a few obstacles. Some holes don't play out as perfectly as I think they wish they would. One hole even got the ball stuck where we literally couldn't get to, spent quite some time trying to get it back. Visually the place is very fun. It really feels like going on an safari adventure. They have made a very good use of their space, which is relatively small if you think about it. But feels large and like you've gone out to a different world for a moment. If you have ever been to "Indiana Jones" at DisneyLand in CA, it has a similar vibe/atmosphere. Fun, safari adventure that keeps it entertaining. Overall a great place for the family. Definitely will come again.

Was way beyond our expectations in terms of a mini golf place. Very elaborate and lots of attention to details. Great fun for sure!

It’s a fun activity but like most mini golf it requires patience as there was a backup of people. Other than that it’s an interactive course that is fun for all ages.

This was such a cool mini golf experience. The little extra things they have you can do to add to the mini golf is crazy cool. The search n find items throughout the course, the app you can use for the course, and the spinning wheels of options that you can do to add to the goofiness of mini golfing is perfect!

  • 4/5 Anastasia 8 months ago on Google • 48 reviews
Great mini golf course! Fun and well designed! They have challenge spinning wheels at some holes for an extra twist and a couple misting stations to cool off (although they don’t smell super fresh, but it’s still nice). Caiman and turtle feeding was a nice addition for us. Caiman feeding can be added as an extra $6 for a bag of feeding snacks and turtle food is $1 from a little quarter machine. We struggled with it for a bit because you have to put 2 quarters together on one side and 2 quarters on the other side and only then turn. One thing I wasn’t a fan of was a break in the walls of different holes, I’m assuming it was made as an extra challenge, but on practice it was just annoying. Every other aspect of the design was very well done! Overall great experience, just a bit overpriced.

Great place! Too many kids the day we went but the holes were fun and we had a great time. Hard recommend!

My wife and I had one of our first dates here many years ago. It was great to return with our kids and share the fun. Mini can get a little hot but there are water misting fans and shady spots every few holes. Benches on every hole as well. We did everything they had to offer and it was an awesome time. Staff were top notch as well. Highly reccomend.

Absolutely beautiful golf course!! Amazing price for the experience. The holes are creative and interactive. The decor is next level and the staff is very nice. They have adorable baby cayman crocodiles you can hand feed, gem mining, and arcade games! A well thought out place with plenty of shade and misting fans so you can golf even on the hottest days. 1000% recommend this place!

BEST MINI GOLF COURSE EVER! Every hole is unique and you never get bored. Not to mention the upkeep of the place is amazing. It’s clean and well kept. Lastly, Charles got us set up and he was unbelievable - we could’ve chatted all night! Thanks Congo River golf for an awesome night!!!!

Overall the course was great, but the price was pretty steep and it didn't include "feeding the gators." Or any other liberty. We had a good time overall but you better bring your pocketbook 💯

The mini golf was great. The kids really enjoyed the course and the treasure hunt. After we got done golfing, the kids feed the caiman alligators. They loved that. The staff was friendly. The course was clean and fun. There are stairs and a small tunnel.

This is the coolest mini golf I have ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot). Every single hole is interesting, challenging, and unique. No detail is overlooked. The gardens, the waterfalls and rivers and ponds, the themed decor, is all so well done. We felt like we were at a high end theme park like Disney or Universal but at a fraction of the price. The real live caymans you could feed were really cool too! And above all else, the customer service (Denny) was top notch. We’ll be back for sure.

Been coming here for years with our kids. Great miniature golf course in a Congo/safari theme. It’s a climbing and descending course with tunnels and different elevations. They have fans set up at many holes to keep you cool. They also have a pond where you can feet turtles or caimans. Pristine course and friendly staff! Highly recommend.

  • 5/5 Brandon Z. 2 years ago on Google
A fantastic experience for all ages! Not only was the putt putt fun and aesthetically pleasing, we also had the chance to feed the caimans. The staff were also very friendly. Would highly recommend Congo River Golf if you're in the area.
