We went for a concert. Bring your lawn chairs; there are plenty of places to set up and get comfortable. Very enjoyable entertainment. Then walk 1/5 mile to For Heaven's Shakes for ice cream.

Large park, yet intimate. I participated in a benefit festival for local victims of hurricane Ian. The crow was having fun. The stage and crew accommodations were stellar. Adequate parking around the area, with plenty of cross walks. A family- friendly area, with accessibility all around. Nov. 2022

Great place for a picnic! Stan's Subs was just up the road. They were fantastic subs and cookies!! For Heaven Shakes was a hit afterwards too. Calories don't count on vacation.

Went to the Bonita Springs Festival and the park has a nice space for walking, exercising, having a picnic, etc. There were lots of tarps with food, drinks and information for residents. Attaching a video showing a little part of the festival. A railroad passes through the park and there’s also a place for the kids to play as well as a place for dogs to run and play. You may take your dog around the park with a leash - and obviously clean up after it!

Attended Bonita Springs Brewfest 2x here! Also a few art shows. Lovely, smallish park with a stage for entertainment!

There are really three parks in a row, Riverside Park, Depot Park and Island Park. Just depending on which side of the railroad tracks (no longer operational) and which side of the bridge you are on. I walk my dogs here every week when in town. It’s really “Old Florida” at its best.

If you are in the neighborhood, stop at Riverside Park, and you will see a giant Banyan tree. This is not a busy tourist area, and there are parking spaces just close to the tree. Relax, and walk around it, and take a look at those long heavy branches!! Jack 🌲 December 16, 2023

I don’t mind the price of the food trucks but umm, the math wasn’t matching for what I received from that seafood truck. We ordered the grouper bites and the lobster roll with the butter accompanied by chips. Tasty but the sammie lasts 3 adult bites. Tasty drinks downstairs but I can throw ‘em’ back. Don’t judge😆 Between the price of food and drink, myself and my pockets agree a future visit to Riverside will see myself pregaming a wee bit. Overall a good time, fun was had! Will be back!

Handcrafted guitars and basses in artist cottage number 3. Sean Connery filmed part of 'Just Cause' here. Across the street from the new Rooftop restaurant. Old Bonita is coming alive!

I went to Holiday In The Park! It was a great time, lots of food booths set up, free cookies & apple juice, dancers performed, schools provided music, and kids sang Christmas Carol's. The Bonita Springs Mayor and Council Men were present for the festivities! The Heads of the Police, and Fire Department were there as well! It was an enjoyable evening, with snow flakes falling and Santa Claus and Mrs. Santa Claus making an appearance and picture taking was part of the fun. A great time was had by all!

This is the outside entertainment Hub of Bonita Springs local festivals art shows concerts and even Sunday morning non-denominational service occurs here. There are great restaurants and ice cream walking distance and I hear it's great Pokémon stop. Beautifully decorated for the holidays, too.

Park is beautiful and easy to get to and clean. There is plenty of places to eat and see walking around the area where the park is located as well.

We go to the park every Sunday. They have a number of events held here for example the art fair, church. From time to time we go out for evening stroll, the park has a water view on the north side. We fill safe with all the lights and the occasional Deputy that goes by on his or her patrol route. Theirs a ice cream shop and lunch hang out a Hop & a jump skip away, no more than a few minutes walk.

Easy to love this very open and beautiful park. Highly accessible with copious nearby overflow parking for events. If you're reading my review wondering if you should attend Art Fest here, my recommendation is to absolutely do so. We truly enjoyed our visit this weekend. I am firmly of the opinion that similar events in Fort Myers and Cape Coral pale in comparison to this one. The park is a much better venue than what is used for hosting in those sister cities. Fort Myers and Cape Coral events are a parking nightmare and feel totally claustrophobic versus the lovely open space here.

This park is great when they hold events in the open space and amphitheater. When there is not an event going on, this park is quiet with and open grassy area where you can may lay out a blanket to read. There are several sitting & picnic benches surrounding the perimeter. These are both shaded and non-shaded. The parking lots are small with limited spaces. Across the tracks on the other side, there is a small playground.

My city park. It's mids, amphitheater is decent though. I wish we had more spots to walk n eat, sip n sit. We need street performers and food trucks. As I am getting older I'm getting sleepy of waiting for this "bright future" that this alleged "small town" spoke of. But heeey, at least snow bird seasons is almost ova 🙃

Me and my kids have been going to the 4th of July celebration since my kids were really young. They entered the ice cream, watermelon, and hot dog eating contests year after year. The kids looked forward to all the kids activities the water slide and bounce houses the train that went around. This year no bounce houses no activities for kids no train nothing. Last year in 2021 two of my kids had kids and they were looking forward to bring their kids to the 4th of July celebrations for years. This year I brought my daughter and her eighth months old granddaughter not that she could have done much but we were disappointed that all the kids activities are gone. Now we will be looking for another 4th of July celebration.

Wonderful decorations for the holidays! Even better than Edison Ford, or Naples botanical gardens and it's free! So glad we stopped! Thank you to city of Bonita springs for making our day!

Bathrooms are locked during "open" hours, not well maintained. Went with family of kids for picknick. Whoever is in charge of managing should be addressed and held accountable.

Great town park that was a joy to walk around. The amphitheater is very nice. The river had fish to see as well as a crab. The huge tree across the street will be forever etched in my brain as one of the grandest trees I've ever seen.

Great place to be at. The playground seems to be a great place for kids. The restrooms seem to not be open half the time but still great. Picnic Area is really nice. Whenever I get food and the closest place is Riverside Park I go and eat around the Picnic Area.
