I am a professional dog park reviewer, and this was my first visit to this dog park (which has the official name of "Bark N Play Dog Park") since it opened about a year and a half ago in Bonita Springs. It is pretty good. It has three sections, based on the size of the dog (which I don't agree with, I prefer to see the sections based on the dog's demeanor and play style) -- small, medium and large. All sections were spacious. I was glad to see that the city had not wasted money on traditional dog agility equipment. All three sections had small rock outcroppings added which dogs naturally like to jump on plus they served as casual seating for the humans. Another negative was that each section was equipped with picnic tables, a big no-no inside dog parks. There were some benches. There were trees that were not yet mature, so there is not yet enough natural shade -- I would have liked to see each section have one manmade shade structure until the time years down the road that they new trees mature. There was a dual species (dog and human) water fountain in each section and a spray area outside the dog parks for rinsing off dirty dogs before they get in their owner's cars. Each section had two poop bag dispensers -- I would have liked to see a third in the back of each section, and an additional waste container in the back of each section if you want dog owners to comply with scooping the poop. The ground cover was a mix of grass and mulch, which worked out nicely. No restrooms for the humans, which is why I only rated it four stars. There was a fair sized off-street parking lot, which they will probably want to enlarge later to handle cars during the busy dog park times. Overall, it is a nice complex. Very cool dog themed art at the entrance to the park, too.

Very clean dog park. Always busy in the afternoon, especially on Friday and Saturdays. I definitely recommended it. My dog loves coming here every weekend.

I took my 30 lb golden retriever to this park on a Saturday around 11 AM. Surprisingly, it was not crowded-- about 3-4 other dogs in the "large dog" section, which is where my dog played. The "medium dog" section was having new sod put down, so it was closed for the week. There is also a "small dog section." The park was very clean, there was water available, and lots of shaded area with tables or benches to sit. I plan to take my dog back to this park, and hopefully there will be more pups for him to run and play with next time.

We frequent this dog park as we LOVE that they have the different areas for different sized dogs. But unfortunately, this is the second time my dog has been attacked by other dogs at the park. The first offense was minor - but after the attack yesterday, we’ll never be back. Two dogs pinned my boxer down (owners did NOTHING) and my husband luckily reacted fast and pulled the two off of our boy. He has lacerations to his neck, ears, and front left leg. I know this isn’t the parks fault - but there needs to be some kind of security put into place. Possibly cameras? These people should not be allowed back to the park due to the safety of other dogs.

Amazing park. Actually three large parks. One for small, medium and large dogs. Divided by weight. Lots of shade and water fountains for humans and dogs.

I love that there are three separate parks for a small, medium and large dogs. Every time we go, there are always a bunch of dogs for my puppies to play with, and the people that bring their pets there are always so nice and friendly

We love the Bonita Springs dog park. We specifically drive a little further just to come here. We love the large runs and the separate spaces for small, medium, and large dogs. The large trees help provide shade and cover during the hot summer months. Owners are always friendly locals and I have never encountered anyone bringing in an unfriendly dog. Our dogs always have such a good time here.

We visit this dog park almost daily. They have 3 fenced areas. One for small, medium and large. The medium and large are kind of mixed up and my dogs enjoy both sides. I actually have to let them check out both areas when we come. The dogs are all nice here and so are the people. My favorite dog park of all time.

Good visit to Bonita Springs dog park interestingly enough on Thursdays the park closes from 11:00 to 3:00 p.m. for maintenance so if you're going on Thursday go early or later have fun the pups will

We took our dog Sunshine to the park and it was great! Lots of other dogs around and in the water. The water doesn’t get deep too quick so it’s lovely to walk around through and make the dog nice and tired. There is a wash off area in the parking lot and a few port-a-potties too.

This is a great dog park very well maintained. It has everything you need to clean up after your pet and clean your pet after a fun filled great playdate at the park. We have found some times busier than others. If you're dog is overwhelmed by lots of dogs at one time you might want to show up later in the morning or early afternoon. We have met some great pet owners there and some simply wonderful pets of all types and sizes. 5 barks!

I loved going there because I just moved here and it gave me something to do with my dog. We always go to the small dog park but now since he has grown we tried the medium sized dog park and the first time my dog was attacked. It was minor but the scariest thing I have ever witnessed. I was talking to his owner after and he said this has happened before and he was very sorry. I have seen and heard a lot of people still take their dog to the park even if they are aggressive and that is not ok. I think it’s very unsafe there.

This place was amazing. I’m a pet transporter and had some time before I could start deliveries and the 3 I had enjoyed themselves so much. Was a entire yard open as well since I wouldn’t know how they did with other pets didn’t risk it. So nice to see they had so many options for them to run and play after a couple days on the road 🫶

One of the best dog parks in the area. Very clean. Pet waste bags always available. Water fountains for 2 and 4 legs. Always a great time!

The small dogs part of the park is adequate. There’s a dog water fountain, seating, and shade, which are the three requirements of a good dog park, beyond just having space for the dogs to run and play and sniff. Most everybody is good about picking up their dog’s poo. It’s conveniently located, especially if you live in Bonita. But it’s nothing to write home about. Not in a bad way! It’s perfectly adequate for the task! My dog is always happy to come. Just, I don’t know, nothing special i guess 🙃

The signs say on each pen indicates the weight of the dogs. If it says 20 and below then a 35 to 40 pound dog belongs in the med pen. Little dogs belong with little dogs. Rules are always broken. The park is beautiful! Very well designed.

Large, well cared for dog park. Lots of grass, some sand, good shade on perimeter. Many even tempered dogs and pleasant owners.

Lots of room and very clean. Our trip was cut short, though, as Thursdays are grounds and maintenance cleanups, so they close at noon but then reopen afterwards.

20lbs and under however people have dogs that are more than 20 lbs in the little dogs area and they run over by these big dogs, there's have been complaints about it and the city have not done anything about.

Fun simulcast betting in the bar. Service was terrible. Not very busy. I asked for a menu. A half hour later no one came to ask if I'd like to order. I went to the restroom and found 3 of them standing against the wall by the kitchen talking. When I came out of the restroom they were still here. I asked if someone could please take my order. 5 minutes later someone came. Food was not that good and pricey. From now on will just go to play and eat before I get there. Saw several other people with half their food untouched

This is the best kept dog park in Naples, Bonita, and Estero. The dog owners are also low key and friendly. Great environment.
