$1 for parking. Kayak launch about .05 mile from parking lot. Fishing pier. Multiple benches for resting during your hike. Partially shaded trails and to fully shaded trails. Restrooms @ parking lot.

Update 10/8/21 Went hiking today and such a beautiful place. They have widened the paths and did some trail maintenance. Saw some woodpeckers and heard tons of cicadas. Beautiful area with huge oaks and hanging spanish moss. Definitely worth a drive there and enjoy nature. Beautiful park. Love that it's close to home and county has bought this 20/20 land to preserve the beauty. Did a hike with my mom on such a beautiful February day. Saw some warblers, woodpeckers, an armadillo and a small alligator. Trails are well marked, plenty of benches and shelters. Make sure to bring water and wear sunscreen. I love nature and so happy this and other parks are around. Thank you 20/20 and Lee County, please preserve more land so we have more beautiful parks like this to enjoy.

This huge park is comanaged by the county and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. It's a big site that, according to the website, "consists of a variety of habitats including palmetto-oak scrub, pine flatwoods, and seasonal wetlands. Views of scenic Hickey Creek can be enjoyed from the trail and overlook areas. The ecosystem presently supports the threatened Florida Scrub-Jay and gopher tortoises." Good hiking trails and there is a kayak launching point though it's a good walk from the parking area. This is Florida. Keep an eye out for wildlife and definitely don't feed them. Never hike alone and always bring a friend. Stay on the trails and don't litter!

One of our favorite Sunday hiking places in Lee county. Easy to navigate trails with great nature views and birding. 3 different trails, picking, fishing and kayaking. A great florida experience, all for a couple of bucks for parking. Takes about 3 hours to hike them all. Bring water.

Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because of my own incompetence to realize how far these trails actually go and I thought I was going to die out there! The trails go for what seems forever but they are awesome. Great nature viewing along the water and they have several resting/lookout areas! Bring water and wear good shoes because most of the trails are uneven.

Awesome hiking trails, saw wild hog, armadillo, gopher tortoises, Red Headed woodpeckers to name a cpl. Took the yellow trail, the longest there, I believe it was a little over 5 miles so be prepared! Beautiful old Florida !

This is a very pretty and well maintained park. There are three trails and me and my kids enjoyed a great hike. The paths are clearly marked and we will revisit this park for our Sunday hikes.

Fantastic "hidden" park with lots of trails. The park is home to many native plants and wildlife throughout.

Three different trails, each with its own terrain. There are a couple of nice views from small bridges.

It's one of those parks that don't allow dogs, unfortunately. We had to turn around and go to a different spot with our pup.

My wife and I went here for the first time the other day. While it isn't the longest trail around, it's a beautiful trail. Out by the water on the fishing dock is absolutely gorgeous

3 different trails that are marked good. There's restrooms and parking is only a $1 an hour. When we went it was dry season so there wasn't a lot of flowers but it was still a very nice hike

Went hiking there for the first time, the first section the red section you had to keep staring down because of the large roots in the pathway. Miss out on a lot of nature. But after that the blue and the yellow hiking areas were more wide open but in the sun a lot. Also there is a firing range there you can hear the gunshots made me a little nervous.

It was great. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is due to the hours they are open. They close at 6 which makes it hard to go during the week after work. It is beautiful to walk beside the water and there are elevation changes with bridges. We only saw a turtle and a few snakes, however will be coming back to walk the other trails.

Get your hiking boots on, there are different levels of hiking trails, even for kids. Don't forget your water 💦 and sun protective gear☀ We all enjoyed the fishing area pier views. There is also a canoe launch down the trail. (No bikes & No pets) Great Bird viewing 👀🐦

This was a great kayak. Didn't see a whole lot of wildlife other than turtles, but all in all the scenery and shade was very nice.

Looks like a great place to Kayak, but it's a good walk to get to access. Lots of open walking trails - dont forget sunscreen and something to drink!

Took an early morning hike with a friend along the palmetto trails that lead down to the water. Has bathrooms at the start of the trail and picnic areas nestled in the woods at the start and also at the end of the trail. Check it out and enjoy.

Super well maintained primitive hiking trails.. however very easily flooded and may not be able to complete the entire loop during wet season. We went today and could only get about halfway through before we had to turn back. $5 for parking and no pets allowed

So, perks: Kayak launch Fishing Picnic area Scenic trails Cool flowers Opportunity to see nature The drawbacks: Not wheelchair accessible Horrible for a stroller Very narrow paths, difficult to pass others who are going the other direction Lots of roots everywhere Definitely need hiking boots Not really toddler/littler kid friendly DON’T FORGET WATER!!! Otherwise, the main trail to get to the hiking trails is gravel, and you can get a wheelchair/stroller through most of it, but I still wouldn’t recommend a trip if it’s more than a few minutes away

👍👍 I love this little park! It's so shady and there are monkey bars, rings to cross, a "zip line", two different spinning things, plus the classic playground with slides. Basically, it's fantastic.

👍👍 Ventured out on a cloudy cool morning to tackle this trail. We did the telegraph creek trail and continued to the Bob Janes trail that connects to it to add an additional mile or so. The total for both trails was 4.1 miles. Trails are well marked but the Bob Janes trail did need some trail maintenan...
