Game Time on a Tuesday night, minimum staffing. Beer specials are great, bar was not staffed enough. When games were malfunctioning no staff to be found. A great place which I hope finds a way to keep a good staff.

Brought my daughter here on a Thursday afternoon to try the mini bowling, bought 3 2 hour passes and none of the bowling lanes were operating correctly almost of them out of order, the game floor was just awful, can’t play half of the games with the hourly game play and then half of the ones we could play were out of order. Total waste of $120 and will not go back, was planning lunch here but between the way the place looked and everything so out of order we chose against it.

We used to really love this place when it first opened. It had great games that worked and were fair. Lately, the games don’t work half the time and you never know if it takes your credits or not. The claw games are now impossible for the little kids to win prizes. We recently did the wheel spin to win tickets. We landed on the purple which is supposed to be a prize of 100 tickets but it only gave us 4 (for the green section). When I told a worker he said it had to be dead center to win 100. Well what’s the point of the colors then? We won’t be going back anymore because too many thing don’t work right.

Decent arcade, very clean and seems kept up well. Most but not all of the games were working. My husband has a game break on him and they weren't able to fix it and didn't refund the tokens. We mostly had a good time though. Like that you touch the cards to the front to play and that everything is kept track of on the cards. In general this was a fun area with a lot to walk around and do.

We had a great time. There was a good variety of games for adults and the kids and we ended up playing for about 2 hours. The mini bowling was fun too. The restaurant was closed when we visited but it looked nice and the staff were all friendly. Would go back for another visit next time we're in town.

Last Sunday we did my son's birthday at Game Time and it was a wonderful experience. I felt very pleased, everyone was super friendly. Vicky was wonderful helping me with every detail. The waitress who served us was super nice and was attentive to every detail all the time. Everything very clean and organized. It is definitely the best option if you want to make a birthday. Thank you all

Be very careful! When you walk in you are met by a large bank of kiosks to buy and load cards. We already had cards from the previous trip so we walked up to reload them. I made an error and put $50 on the same card twice. They were unable to separate the money onto two cards, nor would they give me the bonus credits you get at the hundred dollar level because I didn’t do it all in one charge. Ridiculous. Why doesn’t staff have access to adjust credits or values on cards? No even the manager? No problem we will just go to Dave and Buster's from now on. I refused to buy food or drinks there either. You are not getting any more of money. Ever.

Terrible. Restaurant sign says wait to be seated. We stood for 15 minutes and no one greeted us. Some customers told us to just walk in and let someone come talk to us instead of flowing the posted sign. Big issue with the food and play card. They tried to give us less than advertised. Terrible customer service when it came to broken machines taking out points and not letting us play. Toilets with menstrual blood all over them and no one cleaned it for 2 hours. Toilets with no toilet paper. Down right awful!

Pretty dope place to go for 26.99 you can get specific meals and a game card to play. The bartender was super personalable and great at explaining everything thoroughly. The games and food area were both being serviced by technicians so certain games and food weren’t available. That didn’t stop our fun though. If need a quick game time I highly recommend this place. It was relaxing and fun.

I’ve been coming to game time since I was 20 years old. They were the only place I had ever seen allow you to purchase a time play card, good for most games, and you wouldn’t get tickets. This was great, you could practice all of the games and get so good at them. We (me and my friends) used to play the ring toss, and little trick for ya…. if you keep playing and hoarding the rings, after 10 or so gameplays you will have all of the rings and then you can get the new high score. Also this was my first ever little little mini bowling experience, one I will never forget. Anyways, went in tonight and they only offer timed play on Thursdays so I am sad.

So much fun! There are so many games and the staff are very helpful. It's plenty fun for both kids and adults in the arcade, but there's also a bar if you'd rather drink and dine while the kids go nuts :)

Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional staff received constant attitude from employees. Cashier was to slow to do simple math. Charged for a face mask instead of giving one to you like every other company Overall will never return

My wife and I went for a night out and dinner. It was horrible. The fried mac n cheese balls were barley room temperature. Flavor was good but the food temperature was not. The Monterey chicken was dry and burnt. The beer my wife ordered tasted off as if the keg was bad. There were two managers walking around when they should have been helping get the food out of the kitchen so it wa wasn't cold when arriving to the table. We will NEVER go back to this establishment. They really need to step it up and improve their customer service and staff.

Terrible service, they gave us the complete wrong food. The beverages were watered down. The cheese looked like it had been sitting out for 2 days. Overall terrible experience. I will NEVER go back here and I'm a layed back guy but the health department would not be ok with how it's ran.

This is a fun place to take the kids, especially on a rainy day. The bar area provides a spot for parents to relax while the kids play games. Not the biggest selection of games but it's enough to keep the kids occupied. Being in Gulf Coast Town Center provides good restaurant options outside of this place, like Kilwins Ice Cream just across the parking lot.

This placed reminded me of Dave & Busters. They had an eat and play deal we took advantage of. Food was good and the mango mojito was amazing. We had an hour of play which was just enough. Only complaint was that the prizes were on the high end.

TVs TVs and more TVs in the restaurant/lounge. $25 for an hour of unlimited play is a good deal. I went with a group of friends and it was a good time. The tall beers are HUGE, I don't know how much they cost because I didn't buy it. Bartender was fantastic, I don't remember her name but she had tattoos and was super friendly. Much better than another well know chain.

Horrible experience. I will stick to Dave and Busters you get what you pay for here honestly. Hats off to the cook for the burger and the curly fries. Told the manager on duty on this date/time (2/18/23 around 9:25PM) and he gets defensive when we told him the mozzarella sticks were burnt. They were borderline black and not golden brown you would think an easy fix to remove from bill or replace. First thing out of managers mouth, “that’s the way the mozzarella sticks are”. After he sees we aren’t going to go with that answer than says “ok, we will remove from bill. Sister ordered a basic margarita with flavor. Bartender made it beyond sour drinkable. My sister simply asked for it to be sweetened. Bartender rolls her eye and dumps the drink and begins talking smack to another employee loud enough we could hear her from our table. If employees don’t want to work especially on a slow night (easy money for them), send them home and save on the labor costs. Lastly, I wasted $50 for credits for my kids to play games and they left sorely disappointed. Many of the “circus style” games were missing items and you couldn’t finish with out it eventually timing out. Had 3 games double charge me. The bowling game was missing the bowling ball. About 1/4 of the games were “out of order”. If the manager was the way he was about the food it shows in the overall quality of the leadership on how your business is being run. As a business enthusiast. I would highly advise on the owner rehiring or retraining employees to focus on customer service soft skills and whoever is in charge of inventorying or working on the game components needs to be replaced. Gulf Coast Town Center does not lease this size of a place for cheap. If it keeps at its current trend it will continue to stay empty on crucial nights instead of at capacity and will eventually shutter. As a consumer, I would say your hard earned money is better spent elsewhere. For credits Bill No. 56-305383, food Bill No. 117158 If you want to make it right.

When we walked in to the restaurant - we weren’t sure if the food would be any good. Only a few people in there and it’s inside the arcade- game place. Our food was totally yummy! Pizza, yet greasy, was scrumptious! Also had burgers and onion rings- all raves about the food! drinks were great! Sav blanc & cab wines- nice pours- cocktail with Jameson was yumm! Server Chris was fast, attentive & friendly! Great deal was where you could pick something off the menu with an icon and you got a $20 game card! The only reason for not giving 5 stars were that so many games broke or were out of order;(

Fun time out with my grandchild. Menu could offer more choices but food was okay for price. Enjoyed games had alot of fun we purchased all access and found some games took our credits and didn't start so we had to swipe again costing additional credits.

It was definitely very fun for the family The faculty was very friendly as well!! Outside of that the price was outrageous I paid $40 for two drinks I spent over $200 on game cars for my kids and it didn't even last over an 30 minutes..They do give you the option to do a Time play but you do not get tickets with the time play they just give you a game card you can play for an hour or two depending on what card you choose but you can only play certain games.

A nice place for friends and family to bowl, eat, have various beverages, and watch as a robot delivers your shoes and pizza! (NOT at the same time!!) Plenty of shoe sizes available, and different ball weights if you don't bring your own. Typical animated scoring system that's simple to use and navigate. We sampled a couple draft beer choices, all good. One great feature here is the fully automated bumpers for young bowlers. They pop up and retract like magic at the start and end of that bowler's turn! The music choices were mostly still Christmas (a few days later) so I can't comment on any typical music fare. This was really a 4.5 stars for me, so I'm rounding up. Cheers!

We took a group here specifically for the meal deal ( buy a special meal get the game card) Our waitress was totally wrong she told us it wasn't a thing. She continued to argue until I got sick of her and went to the manager. Who explained the deal. Then she argued with the manager! Not sure I would recommend going there We had a party of 25 and 1 waitress who wasn't very good

Not giving less than 3 stars because it used to be great, but the last couple of times I went there a lot of the machines were either broken or malfunctioning. A lot of the games that require balls to play were missing the balls. Even the machine to buy play cards was malfunctioning both times I went in the past 2 months. From my experience all of these problems could be easily fixed with better management, better employees and a better maintenance program.

Greeted with a very unsocial, I think identifies as a cat bartender (she was warring ears). Very mad we disrupted her empty bar. Got a drink and quickly closed out (not originally planning to) to play some games. Came back for a beer and she was the same “fun” cat. She kept my card to keep my tab open, which is fine. But when I tried to close out I couldn’t get her attention (10 min.) so my husband went to track her down… waited another 10 minutes for my card. He apologized as we left for bothering her .. she said, it’s been a long week.. what? 20 hours make you not want to make money!? Typical.

Came here after dinner on a date. Had a blast, drinks were good. Lost my phone while playing games and staff found it immediately and it was returned. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star was some of the machines weren't marked out of order and we ended paying to use them. That's the only complaint I have.

Amazing place. Great games. There are so many prizes a little expensive. It Is a family friendly place. I have not tried their food. This place is so relaxing and fun. They do a great job with Covid restrictions. I would highly recommend it for a date or a family night or just alone.

  • 2/5 Deanna B. 9 months ago on Google
Several games eat credits and consistently had to visit ticket counter. Prizes are over valued with disappointing selections. Bathrooms stink and require repairs.

  • 3/5 Daniel H. 7 months ago on Google
Well they do have a great selection of games but a lot of them are broken and or do not work correctly. Nice atmosphere with a close by bar. Need a few more hand sanitizer machines. Little pricey for each game.

My wife and I went for the first time tonight, on Monday 7/17. The manager on duty and staff were amazing! A few games were not cooperative, and they were on it. The bartender, D, went above and beyond the whole time we were there. We had no expectations, but she succeeded in service. We will definitely be back!

The games in this arcade are more like demos than games. You get the taste of fun but its over in as much time as it took you to figure out how to use their card to pay for the game. A few of the machines robbed my credits without letting us play. My wife enjoyed the experience being in an American arcade, so I will say the experience was okay. The restaurant was convenient, service was slow, food was not very good. I had pizza which was not very good. My brother and his girlfriend got nachos and they did not finish them because they were soggy and unappetizing. It is what you would expect from a stripmall Arcade these days. All in all a good distraction when there's nothing else to do, not a terrible experience, but definitely not the best you can get for your money.

  • 5/5 Katja L. 3 years ago on Google
After playing games with our girls, we decided to try out their restaurant. All I can say is WOW! We were all very pleased with our food. I had the quesadilla, and it was phenomenal. My husband had their burger, and liked it so much he asked to speak to the chef! The gaming is always great at Game Time, but the hidden gem is the restaurant... we will definitely be back!

  • 5/5 Frank N. 3 years ago on Google
The food is good. Really, you have to try some of it. Is impressing. The arcade area is for kids of all ages which me and my family like. Only downside is you can only claim prizes with the points earned. But this is not something that makes the experience of spending time here nothing but great. Highly recommended.

Great place for kids and adults. My only concern is that my family and the employees were probably the only ones wearing a mask inside the facility. Everyone else was walking around without a mask, coughing, touching everything and it seemed normal. No one was enforcing it even though there are signs that said mask are required. I was on vacation so I am not sure if that is the norm in Fort Meyers.

  • 5/5 Ryleigh T. 3 years ago on Google
Had a great time, prices to play games won't break the bank and I don't think I saw a game that didn't work. Only down side is that masks aren't enforced, so I don't recommend if you are concerned about covid.

  • 5/5 William L. 3 years ago on Google
So let me preface this by saying that I would never think to write a review about an arcade experience. Of course we had a good time blah blah blah. Then we went to the ticket counter and Zach... I actually asked his name because he was so awesome... anyway, he treated both of my daughters like princesses. Inevitably when you only have a certain amount of tickets that you have to split with your sister, any kid would get confused about the math and what they’re actually entitled to. Seriously Zach was awesome. He came up with a win/win mix match bag for both of them. I was just very impressed. People skills can’t be taught. He is good.

Good place to have fun, food is good but I waited 30 minutes for 2 waters and 1 lemonade, they sat for so long before reaching my table that all the ice melted, 2 waitresses for 7 tables and a party, sorry but you can't run a restaurant on a Saturday night with 2 waitresses. Management better get it together or you won't survive like this and the other tables have also been having issues with waiting.

No stars. No help for first time guests. Management staff was very unprofessional in regards to resolving a matter. Many random empty glass beer bottles sitting around.

  • 5/5 Staci B. 3 years ago on Google
My 11 year old loved this place. He had such a ball that we kept going back again and again...The manager Terry was so accommodating and even helped me retrieve our bonus points. The young gentleman that was working the counter was extremely helpful. He was working everyday that we were there and his name is Juan. What an awesome kid.... my son and I had such a wonderful time!!! Can’t wait to go back. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Food and drink menu is decent. And the sports options on tv is good. The gaming area needs more attention. A lot of the games we tried playing didn’t even work and still took our gaming card. I’d say they need work to compete with Dave and Busters which is only 15 minutes from them.

  • 1/5 Marta S. 3 years ago on Google
Swiping the card takes more time then the time you pay to play. They don't care either cause if they did they would've been fixed the problem.
