The private Pelican Sound Golf and River Club is the Premier bundled golf community in Southwest Florida. 27 holes of golf. Access to beaches. Boat storage. River Club and Golf Club dinning. Wonderful place to live. UPDATE: However, Pelican Sound has become one of the most expensive places for retired people to live. Basic fees exceed $23,000/yr. without playing one round of golf or buying one Coka Cola. 💲💲💲💲

An amazing neighborhood of friendly folks. Come live where In Florida you actually know the people next door, lol. The HOA and the management group continuously work at keeping the entire development clean and well maintained.

What I like most about this community is that it is active. People are outside walking or riding bikes all the time. There are many amenities but the 27 holes of golf is the main attraction. Being able to keep a boat here and put it in the Estero river is also a feature you can’t find almost any place else

Stopped in and grabbed lunch with family, Abby was our server. She was very attentive and friendly! Made sure we had everything we needed. Great experience, will definitely be coming back!

Visited for an ACF/American Culinary Federation Golf Tournament. The course was in great shape. Greens are very high quality. Range is a very nice aqua range. Balls provided obviously its a private course. They take the PGA Golf Pass this year. I will visit & play individual stroke play soon after their maintenance. The clubhouse is beautiful. The Chefs are amazing. The dining room was beautiful. Everything is perfectly clean & inviting. Luxurious & comfortable.

A much wider fairways with rolling changes providing enough challenges for players to have fun. Green speeds are acceptable although I would prefer faster greens. Overall, a very good private course in the area.

Very well maintained course. The course is relatively forgiven, but there is a lot of water if you stray too far. Pace is quick, we played in 4:15

We spend winters here now.we get to enjoy the beautiful grounds and amenities for an entire season.
