I'm local and for years I've been going with my family, enough that we know many of the dealers. They are seriously short staffed both on the floor and in the restaurants, so although the food and service is great, it does cause problems. There used to be enough incentive to come when we got points as we played, both on the table and on the slots. Gradually, we were forced to jump through more and more hoops for even a drink comp, and yesterday was the last straw as we were told we needed to hunt down a casino host to convince them for a few bucks after spending hours and hundreds of dollars on the tables. It adds insult to injury after losing, when before we could console ourselves with a dinner we are now told we have to beg for a drink. No, thank you. There's now no point having a unity card, so I tossed mine. I spoke to several other people who concur. They've raised the table minimums drastically as well, so don't expect to stay long. The only up side was the band that was playing that night. Soon the bands will be playing to an empty room unless something changes. This is one of those places that is perfectly aware you have no other alternative for gambling, so they treat you however they like.

Always a fun time. The place is quite large. Penny slots are for me. You can find many for under 88 cents per pull. Most games are colorful and offer interactive fun. They offer a large non-smoking area here are plenty of tables, but I have not played. Alcohol is served, but at a cost, in most areas of the casino.

Parking on a busy weekend physically challenging. If you get sent to the out lots you must be able to climb on a bus to be shuttled in. No complaints about the slots and restaurant. Not much wait for food service and the food was good and generous. I was there for a car and music show and there were also many good truck options and vendors outside. Traffic is heavy so give plenty of time to get in and out.

Had an absolutely horrible experience. After checking in with 3 co-workers for a 2 night business trip, we each went to our rooms and found that we had NO hot water. When we inquired at the front desk, we were informed that they were aware and have been working on it for a couple of weeks. They said that "by the time the water reaches that side of the hotel, it is not hot". We asked if we could get rooms on the side that has hot water, and were told no - they were full. We were then advised to "try to pick a time to shower when you think not many others will be showering". In desperation, I set my alarm for 3am - hoping to get a less than freezing shower. To my dismay, there was still only ice cold water. My coworkers also found the same after 5am. We inquired again the next day and were told that they were still working on it. There was no manager available to speak to. Our rooms were almost $500 each for 2 nights...and we had no hot water.

What a dreadful place ! Horribly stinky , phones outsourced to South Asia. Service in the casino by under skilled obnoxious staff. Pray that you don't need them to solve a problem because other than taking your money they will not care. The staff at Players Club lack even a basic manners.

Diane, is an unhelpful, power tripping associate that disregards humanity, nor offers assistance towards guest. Extremely unprofessional, rude. Hostile and aggressive, and must be terminated. This is our first and last time here. First impressions matter. She had the audacity to start arguing with my elderly mother, and did not even hesitate to haggle us not once, not twice, but a total of 4 times, going up and down the elevator to retrieve our things from our vehicles. As well as other guest. Power tripping at its best. The casino is bland, cocktail waitresses are quick, but also quick to take your money, slots seem outdated, and of course the house always wins. The machines are not user friendly, you must get a card to get to a balance and the cashier register which I'm writing this at 12:56am, and they seem half alive and half asleep. Probably give them some breaks? Security on the floor is very Roman guard type. As well as unprofessional by laughing at people gambling, I saw an old lady losing and one was just laughing. The rooms are large but very generic. We're in a nonsmoking room and it smells like someone smoked in here. SPECIFIC REVIEW FOR DIANE: DIANE Once again, I have to mention the black lady with the blue suite and golden tooth, Diane, she is very hostile, unprofessional, approaches you with extreme aggression, and unnecessary and uncomfortable distance, does not respect the 6 feet distance for Covid-19. DIANE. SPECIFIC REVIEW FOR DIANE. SPECIFIC REVIEW FOR JANELLE FRONT DESK AGENT: EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, WAS ABLE TO GIVE ANY AND ALL INFORMATION I HAD REQUESTED AND WAS VERY ATTENTIVE PATIENT AND RESPONSIVE. 5 STARS JUST FOR HER!

Food at the grill was good but, way over priced. Got a coke with no syrup in it. I had to tell the waiter and by the time he came back I was done eating. Music Saturday night was great. Gaming was great slots weren't to tight, Black Jack was about on par with everywhere else. Overall solid experience. Not as nice as Hard Rock Tampa, but better gaming.

First visit here. It's in a random small town. They have many of the popular games. Just as I was on my way out and cutting through high limits room. I saw one of my favorite games and gave it a try. By the third spin, I hit the orbs and hit a jackpot!!! That entire section was popping!! My only complaint is it took SO LONG (30 minutes) for them to bring my money.

It was my first time going to a casino. It was amazing. I loved it, and the food was excellent. I was there all day, great games. I had so much fun. Everyone who worked there was just perfect. My son took me for a mini vacation. I'm handicapped and there is excellent access for all who go there I will go again. Perfect day, the food πŸ˜‹ πŸ₯³ πŸ˜‹

The casino was very nice, courteous staff and wide variety of slot machines, gaming tables, etc. I will add that drinks in Casino were not free. While I only drink sodas it was the very first time I've been charged for drinks. Both sodas and alcohol or beer are not free. Caught me by surprise. I would still highly recommend.

If you don’t mind consistently losing(& Never β€˜winning’, you know, coming out ahead-$..!), this is a not a bad place. Fairly clean, big selection of slots, added fans help with the nasty cigarette smoke(unlike horribly smoky Tampa HardRock), sexy &/or beautiful servers/dealers, hotel, & restaurants. Despite their doubtful claims of millions in jackpots given each month, this has got to be the tightest casino ever. I’ve visited about 5 times. I’m 100x luckier at the local arcades I visit. I consider myself an experienced player. Despite all my efforts, strategies, & skills, this place absolutely crushed me. No thanks.

If you smoke, you're in luck! If not, you'll be hard pressed to find any table games that aren't cloudy, and even the non-smoking areas are getting some second hand exposure, even at 1030 am when I was there. I played at a 3-card table for about an hour, all my sinuses could bear. Switched to a slot and actually made the experience better by winning more than I'd spent! Easy, close parking during my morning hours visit. I stopped by the Player's Club, friendly staff! The husband of a table player sitting next to me hit a $40K+ progressive slots jackpot as we were playing poker! I'm betting they had a very nice lunch that day! Remember, only gamble with "front pocket" spare money, never your wallet!

This place is literally in the middle of nowhere. I was surprised they didn't have a hotel. The closest is 30 minutes away. I didn't have much luck but I did witness a lady hit 10k on a machine. She was in shock! It was football time but they wasn't showing most of the games. I asked and was told that folks didn't care about it. I ate at Josiah's the first night. I stood at the beginning waiting to be seated as 3 folks stood at the desk talking. Well the Black lady was counting money but the lady and man was just talking to each other. I finally raised my arms in frustration and without saying a greeting, the lady grabbed a menu and flagged for me to follow her. (I WAS STEAMING). While looking at the menu I heard a kind voice say, "we meet again". I looked up and it was the first face I saw walking in the door. This gentleman was walking past me and very cheerfully greeted me, said hello as I was passing him. After the encounter I just had it was nice to see he was my waiter. I had a burger and it was sufficient - nothing to write home about but filling. I asked the waiter his name : KELLY. Read all the reviews about this place and you will see all the wonderful compliments given to him They're true! I was visiting and never been to this casino before. Because of his treatment I stayed and returned the next day. Because of him I will return. THANKS KELLY for your professional and kindness!!!

"No smoking" signs everywhere but people selling cigarettes and cigars and people smoking all over so I'm not sure what the signs are there for. Might have stayed longer if the place was non smoking. Can't understand how smoking is being allowed when Florida passed a law banning smoking inside workplaces. Wish that, at the very least, the casino had been built with the restaurants separate from the casino. Then at least you wouldn't have to be smelling cigarette smoke when you're trying to enjoy your food.

When I go to a Casino is because I want to have fun, no matter if I win or not. I spend a few hours just watching people, playing fun machines, and trying their bars and restaurants. In Immokalee Casino, just as many have experienced, you will rarely, more than rarely be a winner. They advise me before going. Payouts are very low as compared to, for example Tampa or Vegas. Playing 6 dollars bet in Tampa can give you most of the times lower prizes of 500. Here may be 100 and takes longer. Even if they say they are paying millions per years, they may be in many low payouts. On the other hand, and this is why I am giving a 4, it’s a fun place with nice and friendly people around. Service is excellent, and food portions are tasty and very big. There are options for food. Prices are on the cheap side. It’s a non smelly non smoky place even when it was full when we went. After 4 hrs there my clothes did not have a smoke smell, as in Tampa. Overall a fun place to get out of the routine, but don’t be sad if you don’t win. We will be back as we like the fun and clean experience. But they have to be aware that others are not going there anymore due to the non winning reason.

Only one Spanish 21 blackjack table. (Usually the more popular Blackjack game) Do not pay for your drinks up front with the servers that service table games. I always paid upfront. (Don't want to lose it at the table before they get back! πŸ˜‚) I did this and the server "went on break" and never returned with my drink. Player clubs rewards system is lacking in benefits from what I've seen in other places this size. Web app gaming system frequently glitches and is poorly designed. They have a few blackjack tables with 5-6 payout for blackjack. (All professionals/YouTube videos will tell you to avoid those.) Increases house odds. Probably why they always have the most scantily clad girls dealing at them. πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ Otherwise, It's a decent source of fun if you gamble for fun. If you gamble to make money, I'm not so sure.

Payouts on the slots are good especially for an Indian casino. The comp system is awesome. They have great shows and concerts too. We went out to see Rob Schneider and had a great time.

This is my favorite casino. My husband and I have been going there for many many years. Not too big, but not too small. We always stay at the hotel as it's quite a ride for us to commute back and forth. The food is wonderful they do only have two restaurants that are now open. The gaming, slots, and entertainment can't be beat.

Great experience. I'm not much of a gambler, but it was nice walking around and taking in the excitement of the casino. Great food too.

Don’t waste your time if you are going to gamble. The slots are very tight and don’t pay. We love playing the slots (my sister came down from Orlando) but they were not paying and as a result we only stayed about an hour or two. We had a better time after we left and had dinner on the way home at burnt store marina. As far as the food goes we didn’t eat there. Sadly there were some people smoking in the casino which added to us not wanting to stay very long. We won’t be going back to this one.

While gambling is not my thing I wanted to check this place out. I was pleasantly surprised. It was a clean uncluttered and welcoming space. The staff was friendly. Had a few drinks at the bar and the price was reasonable. Ate lunch at the deli restaurant and the matzo ball soup and corned beef were good. It was worth the 90 mile drive.

Went for a concert. Small venue with stack chairs set up. Wasn't bad, but wasn't comfortable for the 3 hr show. But we did have a good night. Parking was easy and free. Park towards back of lot because venue is on the back far side og the casino.

Too bad, my husband is on the IRS radar. He hit a jackpot and had to fill out an IRS report of income. (my way of telling people do win.) The next day, I played Black Jack and ordered a drink by the time the drink came. I was out of chips, and the waitress came but refused to give me the drink, saying, "You aren't playing." (free drinks are for those at tables and playing) Even the Pit Boss verified I had been playing. But, the waitress turned around and left. No problem, I went to check with Casino service and was given a drink from the bar. I was told a supervisor would speak to the waitress. When my husband came to find me, he was also given a courtesy drink from the bar. They were very accommodating on the casino floor

Loved the restaurant, food was very good. High limit room very nice. Played some table games and that is were it went bad. Played at one table and the dealer never said a word, played with one who talked to floors and other dealers and didn't pay attention to the game or the players.I will say Kevin and Shida were great customer service and game dealers.

Over the past decade and a half, I haven't set foot inside, but witnessing the incredible progress that has been made has been a monumental achievement. As the town's primary employer, substantial investments have been made to attract tourists, which has led to positive outcomes for both visitors and locals alike.

We went for just a few hours and had a really good time. They have smoking and non-smoking areas. Lots of slot machines and tables. I think their A/C system must have been on the fritz, because it was warm and they had big fans running.

Visited on a friday night. I'm not sure if it's the norm. However, there was a band playing. Music was good. Not too smoky! Busy but not overcrowded! Got lucky in the 1st ten minutes. Pretty much played and broke even. Nice night.

Once in a while I take a drive out to the casino to have a good dinner and lose a little money. The restaurant is excellent. The prices are not bad. On the way on and out I spend my set amount at the machines. It is a very enjoyable way to spend some time.

Had a blast. Winning some and losing some. Also the restaurant is great that sells prime rib but they really need to add a baked potato with the prime rib. Yummy πŸ˜‹

Only visited casino and it was to much smoke for me. The non-smoking area is adjacent to the smoke. Virility of games was good and plenty of machines to play. Only a short ride from Fort Myers. The one meal was acceptable and the services was friendly. High charge on cash withdrawal so bring your money with you. Good luck.

Visited on a Friday late afternoon the casino was clean and quite for a summer friday. The machines are constantly being wiped down and chairs pushed in. The gaming was fun and I was surprised to be hitting on the machines. That all stopped once the place started to fill up, it was about sunset when I noticed. So we went to have dinner. Dinner was good and then we left. It was a fun Friday evening. 4 🌟 because I'd never been to a casino were you pay for a beverage on the casino floor and in certain areas of the casino it was hot.

  • 5/5 The M. 9 months ago on Google
We stayed the night here and gambled for several hours. The machines definitely let us win, and then lose, and then win. We don't expect to leave a casino with amazing winnings and were very happy to have played for several hours on a $100 investment. The rooms were spotless, updated, and beautiful. We will definitely return.
