Very friendly hostess offering a wide choice of breakfast items. She joins her guests for breakfast which gives us the opportunity to speak Italian.

Anna is a very generous hostess who gives a warm welcome to guests and offers clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is provided and an optional evening meal for a small extra charge. The B&B is located in the centre of the old town and within walking distance of the main places of interest. Anna is happy to help guests with any information required about their stay. Highly recommended!

I have been living in Ms. Anna's place for the last 7 months. She is a perfect host and always helping you whenever you need. She is available 24Γ—7 for all your needs. Very supportive and caring for her guests and treats them like her own family. Indeed her children are also very much friendly with everybody. It is worth to stay in Anna's apartment. Mukul Jain

I love this apartment for a number of reasons. Firstly, nothing is too much trouble for the lovely host, Anna. Secondly it is in the heart of beautiful historic Perugia and thirdly it is an apartment where everything is at hand and you can just settle in and enjoy being and feeling like a 'temporary resident' of this lovely place. I have now booked and enjoyed two years in a row staying here and plan to do so again. I love it. Really recommend it as a perfect base for anyone visiting or studying or even needing to stay a long period of time. Thank you, again, Anna for making me feel at home.

I stayed in this apartment last year for 5 weeks while following an italian language course. It is located right in the historic center of Perugia, a few minutes from the Piazza IV Novembre and Piazza Matteoti. Anna is a wonderful host, who is there for you whenever you need it and makes you feel home immediately. Everything is prepared on the day of your arrival and if there is anything you need, you can always come to her. She even offers cooking amazing italian dinners for you. During my stay I often spent evenings outside on the balcony, enjoying the food and the beautiful weather, having good conversations with Anna and other people staying. I would go back there again for sure anytime, and will do so the next years. It is definitely worthwhile!

A home away from home!!! Absolutely it was!!!! There is no better way to describe my experience at Alessi B and B with Anna and her family. It was such a lovely stay!!! ❀️ I have traveled all over Italy and each time, I stay with them. Their kindness makes you feel at home and with their wonderful location it is so easy to travel to any place you want to go. Of course being right in the city center and being able to walk down the block for a drink or a nice meal in the heart of Perugia, there’s no need to travel much! The first time, I moved to Italy from NY for 5 months, I stayed with Anna and her family the entire stay. I was there to learn Italian and I practiced conversation with them, received help with my Homework, went on little trips with them and they showed me all around town! Coming from the United States was a scary experience but Anna and her family welcomed me right away. I felt so comfortable in their home as if I was a part of the family. Anna watched out for me as if I was a part of the family, she always made sure I had a nice hot meal (she is an incredible cook and baker) , tons of ideas of places to visit in Italy and help with whatever I needed. Wherever I needed to go she made sure I got there safely bringing me to any station I needed to get to each time. I was so grateful to have chosen to stay with her and her family because I not only had a fantastic and unforgettable stay, but I truly made life long friends with her and her family and memories that I will never forget!!! Below there is a picture of me Anna and her son πŸ™‚

The apartment is very large and well equipped. The location is perfect, you can reach all the sights in the beautiful city of Perugia very quickly on foot. The hostess tried very hard and prepared a very varied breakfast for us, even though we booked the accommodation very spontaneously on Saturday evening.

I enjoyed staying at Alessi Bed & Breakfast and highly recommend it! It is located in a historic building in a lovely artistic neighborhood with nice restaurants. Anna, the host, is very friendly and welcoming. She and her lovely grown up children (who are often around) make you really feel at home.

I had an honour to spend 3 months here. Anna made me feel like home and she was very friendly and helpful and gave me also a bit of my own space and time when I needed it. I highly recommend this accomodation if you want to have an original experience what it is to live like local people does! Anna became me as an ”italian mamma” for life.
