Excellent treatment, an apartment entirely at our disposal with a double bedroom, large living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and kitchenette with every type of service available. Including the breakfast that we prepared with what was available (coffee, tea, packaged brioches, etc.), we spent 80 euros. There is an internal unattended car park. The place is very close to a railway yard, but we didn't have any noise that bothered us. Excellent and very friendly welcome. They accept credit cards.

Nothing to complain about, excellent welcome and perfect accommodation in a quiet environment despite the proximity of a railway station. The only flaw, now mandatory, is the lack of wifi or its failure to function. Online price.

Beautiful place, a few minutes walk from the center of Casalecchio, a very quiet area both in winter and summer. Large, spacious and well-furnished rooms; same thing for the apartments, well heated, very clean, and with the necessary things left by the lady, very helpful, certainly to the extent possible to meet the needs of those staying in the structure. I give 5 well-deserved stars.

Excellent B&B, clean and cheap, big plus for Mrs. Nara who is very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and the heating efficient, contrary to some reviews which state the opposite. The same thing can be said for water. I recommend this place in particular to those who would like to spend a night or two perhaps for some concerts at the Unipol, as in my case. The lady and her husband can accompany you and pick you up on site. The place is quiet as it is a dead-end street. All in all, excellent.

We went to this B&B on New years eve. It was lovely, situated in a villa, in a quiet location. Outside the city of Bologna but well connected by bus and train, it was very easy to go to Bologna city center. The hosts were excellent, very helpful and very nice, we had no problems with them. The apartment was big, clean and we had everything we needed. Overall it was a very good experience.

Experience NOT to be repeated. We stayed 4 nights at a high price due to the concert. The apartment was cold and dirty and when we asked if it was possible to raise the temperature a little for the children (without exceeding the limit allowed by law) we were told that customers are never happy, that in summer they ask for 17 degrees why isn't it good in winter too? Conclusion we go home sick because it felt like we were sleeping outdoors. Plus we were left to our own devices. Without any help. We only saw the owner once when she barged into our house without warning to check every room because the children were making a bit of noise. I didn't know there was a requirement for straightjackets and muzzles for children.
