I can't say less....DON'T HAVE A HYGIENE SESSION IN THIS PLACE!!!! Disappointment...I did an excellent job filling, implanting, among other things, unfortunately 3 years have passed and the staff has changed, unfortunately.... the hygienist should change his job. It was terrible, it hurt terribly, 6 days have passed and I'm still suffering from the pain. Never before has it massacred my gums. Zero empathy, grumpy, hasty and not at all delicate. I will never go back there again!

Everyone is smart from Micol to Doctor Coletti, the dental assistant, I didn't feel bad about having two implants, I recommend everyone to go but above all to the clinic to keep this staff over time! A thousand thanks

After several inefficient dental practices, finally in 2020 I decided to try PRIMO in via Matteotti. I was wary of chains, and instead I was extremely satisfied with the entire process, from the reception through to the management of the procedures up to the doctors/assistants for the various treatments, from the filling to the implant. Professional and efficient team. Micol the receptionist was fast, attentive and kind, the doctor and his assistant were very professional. Clean environment. They know how to put you at ease. I had a very good time. Excellent prices.

Due to the tragic passing of my previous dentist, I found the Primo dental centre: from the first visit with an overview included, the work that needed to be done was clearly explained to me and after the estimate (much cheaper than others I had done) I took appointment and we started. The people I found (and with whom I established an excellent relationship) are very professional, punctual (no small feat), kind, attentive and helpful. Thanks guys and girls, keep it up!👍
