Nice place, a lot of variety of wines. The employees are super nice. The wine bar is ok, they don't really give you enough wine in the tastings and some times the cheese platter is good and other ones not enough for the price.

The store every enthusiast dreams of! Room after sprawling room absolutely stuffed with wine from floor to ceiling. From every region and for every price point. Helpful signs all over educate about regions, styles, grapes, flavors, producers. There's also a week stocked variety of liquors, and a wonderful selection of interesting amaros, aperitifs, etc. There's also a cigar room, cheeses, tasting opportunities, educational classes, and bar accessories for your browsing pleasure. I can't wait to return. A must-see!

There’s nowhere better to get unusual gifts and every kind of alcohol you could dream of. Tracy’s family has created a unique and most fabulous gourmet shop that will titillate any and all senses that you have. Just thinking about it makes me want to go there. When I run out of my Italian Maraschino cherries, I head immediately to high times. If I want the best homemade, local humus with outrageously delicious fresh herbs, I make my way to the refrigerator next to the cash register. If you just want to feel like you’re on vacation at a high end gourmet shop somewhere far, far away, there is literally nowhere better. I took my high school friend from Oceanside and she keeps telling me she must go back to get a special elderberry infused gin. Just thinking about them makes me want to go there immediately but it’s daylight savings, dark out and their doors are closed for the evening. Don’t wait another moment, you can’t miss this high end gourmet experience. If you’re a foodie, forget about it, there’s simply nowhere better. I actually would say they are one of the best stores Costa Mesa and for sure Newport Beach has! High tail yourself there, you will not be disappointed and the holidays are upon us. Maybe that spectacular high end tequila for the low end price, the salesman showed me the last time I was there. Placed in Oak and Cognac barrels!

My favorite liquor store on the face of this planet. Best prices in socal on 95% of items and you can literally find anything here. Super fun to discover new products every time I come. Thanks for all the work you do guys!

Great selection of premium sake, whiskey, cognac, tequila. The staff knows the product. They are both professional and knowledgeable. If you were to buy premium drinks, join their free membership and start collecting points! Even though the rebate is small, but at least from free money!

As far as spirits, wine and beer go, you name it they have it. I like a hard to find ice wine, they have it, I love good tequila they have from average quality to the best made, One of my favorites is almond flavored tequilla called almondrada orindaned. I had a friend I worked with who made trips to Mexico and always brought me back a bottle. When he retired he moved and no more tequila, I found a similar type but wasn't the same. But High Times has it. They also have other party helpers like mixers, ice, shot glasses, anything you need to through an adult party they have.

Amazing selection of wines with knowledgable staff. You just have to seek out additional staff, if the ones you speak with don't know much. Knowledge amongst staff member seem to vary, ranging from some with absolutely no knowledge to experts. Once we found the right people, they were excellent with recommendations. You could go broke in this place, there are just so many amazing options. Be forewarned that Allocated Bourbon are set at Museum prices. Seems to be, the rarer it is, the higher the markup, with the regular stuff being fairly priced.

One of the best whiskey stores in California. Also one of the best wine stores in California. Also one of the best cigar stores in California. So yeah, one of the best stores for everything you want. Huge selection of beer, wine, spirits, and liquors, and a wide variety of mixers, snacks, accessories, and related items, all at prices to rival any other B+M location. I go every time I'm in the area.
