This is one of the largest most well stocked Super centers I have ever been in. Also super busy but every checkout was staffed so no delays. I have learned that all Walmarts are not the same and this one is exceptional. Well Done!

I am a little confused. Are the cash systems, job applications and paperwork in English or Spanish? I spoke with an employee that did not know English. I am not that person to start the conversation complain that people speak only Spanish, I myself am Hispanic. But if you take on a job, you must know some English. Not only did she turn me away on the phone but she could not help my friend who didnt speak Spanish, but gave wrong information upon calling the operator at 9pm.this is not the forst time this has happened. I suggest, the hiring manager do a better job on hiring people who can speak BOTH English and Spanish so all can be helped. I will not be coming back here, and I will tell the people i know not too either.

Big lines, I wanted to pay at the self register but the cashier didn't let because she said I had too many items. I try to complaint but they told me there was no manager around. I went to the other self register and the lady even charge the beer.

There is a lady on the exit doors that is always rude and harrases me and my family accusing us of steeling and wanting to cheek our recipe and touch all the items we purchase. It should be enough that we show that we have a receipt she don’t need to touch our stuff or hold up the exit hostage.Her name is Amelia or Maria and she was working today in the exit where the deli is at around 9 or 10 a.m in the Calexico location, and in all honesty we don’t pay membership to wall mart for her to grab our receipt and check every item especially if we are not taking anything electric. And if we payed with a live cashier … I tried calling the store but the lady that answers was no help ether and could not transfer me to a supervisor or manger… why even answer the phone if she can’t help. Very unprofessional and rude. Super disappointed in there customer service.

Customer service here is subpar.... Many items won't scan... The employees know and would rather have the customer not purchase the item then remove it off the shelf.... They have 30 cashier but keep them closed and insist on you scanning your own items... During a routine shopping I will have to have a sale associate over ride 3 or 4 items ... How is this saving time and or money? The staff is often rude... Saying to download the scanner .... Often you scan an item and it will read out of stock... Which makes no sense... If the item is on the shelf how can it be out of stock?.... In San Diego the Walmart there was sued for the same reason.... The item on the shelf is one price and at the register it is marked higher.... DO NOT SHOP the Walmart in Calexico.... The majority of staff is rude and management is well aware and prefer them stocking shelves then helping the customers... If Walmart is saving a ton of money by not hiring cashier's the savings are not be passed onto the customer.... You are better off shopping else or just buying off Amazon There is always an exception to the rule.... But if you shop Walmart buy in El Centro or Brawley... Or buy online Good customer service matters

Had a very horrible experience with the tire center and the assistant manager. Had purchased a battery in Montana about a year and the battery was clearly bad. It had a voltage reading going from the negative post and touching the plastic on top of the battery. They were absolutely refusing to do a warranty exchange. After arguing over and over with them they finally agreed to give me a lesser cheaper battery for the exchange. They would not even let me get a bigger better battery and just deduct the price of that battery off of the AGM. Any other good corporation would have worked a deal out to where you were not taking a loss. They kept trying to tell me the battery was good and there was nothing wrong with it Proof in the picture proves otherwise. In the long run I got a smaller battery than what was purchased. The anxiety that I endured with having to argue with them about doing the right thing and what they guaranteed. I would never go back to that location nor would I ever buy a Walmart battery again. They are also change the warranty on that battery from 5 years down to 3. As a customer that is something I should never have had go through. Very poor customer service and horrible attitudes!!!!!!

Customer service is ok but automative department is horrible had a bad experience with installing tires here don’t recommend. The auto coach does not care for customer service at all spent my entire morning there just to tell me my tire is missing.

Today's visit was a Saturday first week of the month. Lots of workers and helpful people. Nice change. Fully stocked store and clean.

Nobody at the customer service desk (operator) knows how to answer the phone. I had two phones calling for 15 minutes straight before I ended up having to call the automotive care to get an answer. #TRASH.

Nice, clean, well stocked, taco bell inside, not truck friendly like it says. Maybe 3 trucks at a time is all. I had to shop so had to park across the highway and tote my bags a couple trips

Get Walmart plus and pick up your orders and avoid the lines. Speaking Spanish is a MUST to get any help otherwise they won't understand you or they won't be able to communicate. Have your receipt ready if you look brown. Other than that, great place to find cheap stuff.

The worst Walmart that I’ve ever been to. Lots of long expired foods on the shelves. Isles blocked by employees. Good chance there won’t be any carts because they’re scattered around the parking lot. And the self checkouts are constantly broken. And if you decide to curbside pickup instead, the service is even worse than going inside the store. If you have to go to a Walmart, make the trip to the Brawley location it’s so much cleaner and nicer.

The staff who oversee curbside delivery are the best! They have helped us expedite our pickup times, handled multiple orders, provided really good substitutions when supply chain issues make it impossible to get a specific brand.

Place an online order 3 days ago, still says pending. Ended up picking up and item was not in stock.

Great online ordering then pickup. No going inside unless you need to get your own produce which I do, but standard items I do pickup.

Got charged an item that I was not carrying and thought I was stealing. Employees checked security cameras and finally they believed me. Took over an hour to resolve. Only do self check out employees might be stealing from the store and will waste your time if you try to argue your charge.

Clean neat and organized. Staff is helpful if you can find one that speaks English. When asking a non English speaker they typically say they don't speak English and ignore you. I have only found a handful that will ask another associate for assistance. If you speak English I have found it most effective if you use Google translate. It gets the point across just enough for them to not continue to ignore you and actually help. Be cautious when you are rung up by an associate they have a tendency to scan items twice so if your total seems like a lot check before you leave. I have had an associate overcharge me on numerous occasions. It is not just one associate it is multiple associates that do this so be careful!!!

Store was clean and stocked but temperature inside was very hot. In and out shopping to hot to look around. You would think a company like Walmart would have a/c functional.

Like all Supercenter stores they pretty much have everything you need. The returns department was a bit slow there was a long line and only one person helping the line of customers. I was in no hurry but others waiting in line were not that patient. Otherwise I recommend if you are looking for something you will find it in this store.

They had a wider range of merchandise than most of the other walmarts I have seen. The employees were cordial and helpful.

The best place for cost effective American products. The line in the garden center is the shortest. It’s a perfect location to pick up pool supplies or groceries or a nice new bathing suit for the summer.
