Likla Bakery products are delicious and tasty. Last time on two consecutive occasion they delivered me a 4/5 days old cake, actually I ordered it for my friend's birthday .It may be mistake but really disappointed however I am a regular customer of Likla Bakery.

Got tiramisu pastry from Likla at Babina Diagnostic Centre..I even asked at the counter if the pastry was fresh and he replied "yes". I didn't know a cake can be so hard to chew if itz been spoilt until i had this pastry today. I had many incidents like this before in MU Likla where they mix patties from the day before and they were hard to chew and i had to throw them away. Please don't degrade your quality.

I never had any food allergy in my life but after having a chicken patties & a brownie from likla bakery (g(overnor road i suffered a severe allergy and had to get injection from an urban health centre. People who are allergy to food, please be careful. But staff are polite and good. Table chair are clean and A/C work well.Good to place to take a break if you are passing by.

The texture is very rough but expensive not worth the price. The vanilla bun and donuts became more worse, it has the lowest bread quality

My experience with Likla has been a very unfortunate one. They once gave me a stale egg puff with rotten egg inside, that too in the morning.

I was a great supporter of Likla but from today's experience at this shop. I am not using any of their products from here.

Bakery is good. They have a place with tables on the floor above. Seems to be a good chain of bakeries in the region.

Good Customer service, ambience is fine.. best time to visit 1 to 4 PM. we had order Coffee and lemon tea.. but beverages is upto the mark. Donut is good

Good for biscuits, tea cakes and veg and non-veg puffs. Their white bread is a little too sweet even if it is not milk bread. But that's the case with all the 'normal' breads available in Imphal. They are a little on the sweeter side.

Good cakes with good service but cakes are little expensive comparing to the taste which provided...

Had donut today ...and it was the worst donut I ever had ...only the outer part has the taste...but the inside tastes like stale bread...no flavour n dry ...likla needs to improve their kitchens...only the brand name won't do the job ...even a small local donut tastes far better than this

First of all, Likla being the well branded chain bakery with famous film Actor Bala Hijam as brand ambassador, I was excited to visit the bakery for the first time to this store. I wad very disappointed with the staff interesting with customer and they have no idea what is customer satisfaction. I have a bulk order for heijingpot for one of my friend. Being a well professional chain outlet, we expect the good quality customer service. They are not willing to share the contact number. When asked about the contact number, we were told that they don’t have it and their manager number can’t be shared. Worst experience the way they responded. You need to focus on customer satisfaction if you are looking for a successful brand chain.🙏🏻
