Quite nice and peaceful place in Imsil. Origin of Imsil cheese is Belgium priest. He kept 2 goats and made cheese. In this cheese theme park, they have restaurant, swimming pool and shops.

Nice place to bring young kids. Outdoor gardens and playground, restaurants, a cheese store and experience events are waiting for both kids and parents to enjoy time together.

We went to this place with my 7yo daughter. Nice theme park for picnic and some games for kids. Lots of beautiful flowers for selfies. Highly recommended especially for tourists!

Our visit in early october coincide with a chrysanthemum flowers festival, so the park territory was very beautifully decorated. Love the place.

First: Avoid this if you have a wheelchair or some other physical disability. It is is like some small mini alps with lots of steep pathways and stairs. Otherwise, I had a nice time out, visting together with the October festival, so I can't say how it is during other times. Cheese ice cream, cheese chocolate and a very fitting cheese feel to it all. Even with a small reproduction from Sounds of Music. It was beautiful with lots of flowers and a nice playground. There was a small zoo with cows, hens and two ostriches (!), but the closures were small and they didn't look very happy. I would have no problem recommending this as an outing if you have kids, but otherwise I'd skip it unless there's a festival.

Can confirm that despite hours posted, I arrived and most of the buildings were closed. I pretty only came to get pictures of a few things because of that. 😒

Visited the Imsil Cheese Park and it was quite an experience. They were having a festival over the weekend which was fun and there were dozens of vendors selling everything from fried cheese to fresh yogurt to pizza. Overall I had fun. It was a kind of long walk from the bus terminal but on the way back I was able to get a free bus ride back. If you like cheese, or just want to try something different to do, it's a fun way to spend an afternoon.

Imsil Cheese Festival amongst one of the most awaited festivals in Korea.. the colourful flower decorations are one of the main attractions during this time. Various cultural performances by youngsters during the events make it still more colourful and enjoyable.. you can have nice time with kids and enjoy different foods as well during Festival.. 😊

Nice facility for tourists, no cheese production, variety on offer and not cheap, only the bakery was very interesting for me, good sourdough bread!

Couldn't find a spot for having food due to crowdedness. Pricey just for pizza

It was nice for a walk around and the view was lovely. The kids loved the slide. However, many of the attractions were closed because of Covid. There is a gift shop to pick up the Imsil cheese products and other local makers.

Beautiful scenery, nice open space. I enjoyed the cheese tonkatsu. I went when the roses were blooming so the rose garden was very beautiful.

Sign up for the tours, it will make the experience worth your time. It is a nice park to walk around, and in the summer they have a pool area. Parking is free.
