    This hospital should be rated 0. My mom was hospitalized here last year due to covid. She has Philhealth and Maxicare. Their hospital kept on sending us bills total amounting to 400k. They asked us for more money everyday, and they wont give my mom meds until we pay... and in the end we paid too much and we are expecting a refund of 24k. We've been calling since last year to get the refund. They said they are still waiting for Philhealth. Then last week they said refund is already available. They needed my mom living in Bulacan to come to Cavite to get the refund. She's a PWD. My sister asked if she can come and will bring an authrozation letter. And the accounting said that it is not allowed and my mother should come. How come Banks allow authorization letter, but this hospital does not? After hours of debate (calling from a long distance phone) the accounting finally agreed to have an authorization letter and to bring my mom's PWD ID. My sister travelled 4 hours commute from Bulacan to Cavite and when she was there, the accounting said the refund check already expired. The check was actually ready for pick up since last year!!! And nobody told us even with the constant calls that we did for them. Imagine the horrible commute then when you got there you got 0. OMG. THIS HOSPITAL IS SUCH A BS. They said my sister should come next week again. Hays. Grabe Where can we report this? This is such a very concerning experience. Are hospitals allowed to bill and ask you to pay before they can give your medicine? Kung sana ay tama ang billing nila at hindi sila nagoverbill at nagpaforce payment hindi aabot sa ganito. I hope someone can give us advice on this.

    My wife was rushed to the ER for chest pains and difficulty of breathing. Attending doctors at the ER ran the basic workups which were found to be mostly within normal range. However, the attending doctor exclaimed that TROPONIN I Quantitative Test is within the border and therefore may indicate a heart attack. The doctor advised patient to be admitted or another attack may be inevitable. The Patient informed the attending doctor at ER re the doctor of choice of the patient. Eto na... patient is admitted and stayed for the night. No additional lab workups were done. Come noontime, still just staying in the hospital room with just vital signs taken paminsanminsan with the IV on KVO. Nothing heard from any nurse or staff except for the rep from the billing section asking us to pay the 12k plus bill while still being admitted. I asked the nurses station about the supposed attending physicianโ€™s advise. The response was that: โ€œ e sinabihan na man po kau na nasa convention si docโ€! to my surprise, I asked the patient if she was informed that there is no doctor. Nurses explained that it was the case since patient was still at the ER. Patient confronted the nurses (went out of the room) since she was never informed despite nurses saying that the ER doc had talked to the supposed attending doc and was informed that heโ€™s in convention. This ER doc insisted for the patient to be admitted yet never thought about the importance of informing the patient that her doctor of choice is not available. So, the patient stayed overnight and asked to go for a follow up check up a week later. No meds given. And a request for 2D-echo as OPD; one that could have been done while patient was still idly confined. Patient opted to talk to the supervisor to raise the issue but the nurses station said that everyone is โ€œBUSYโ€. So at least I rate this 1 star. it is very important to keep the patient well-informed. Hospitals and its staff should have the heart and personal touch - human touch.

    An honest feedback - welcome to hell! Before you go to this hospital, you should read the negative reviews here and take them seriously. Because they are likely all 100% true. Our own experience: - the hospital is run down and dirty and only maintained from the outside and in the corridors - what you are offered as a premium deluxe room is a hygienic insult and has the standard of a condemned house - you are not informed about your treatment - it is treated to charge you for it - what you get is tests, tests, tests and tests for a lot of money - also you are not informed here why these tests are necessary - some are done twice at your expense Whoever is responsible for hospitals should close this clinic! This hospital will bleed you to death money-wise!

    IF YOU WANT TO LIVE AND LOVE YOUR LIFE, DO NOT GO TO THIS HELL HOLE OF A PLACE. MCI, YOU ARE DISGUSTING! I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW UNPROFESSIONAL YOU ARE. IF YOUR DOCTORS CANNOT MAKE IT ON TIME AND PATIENTS ARE WAITING AT THE EMERGENCY ROOM, PLEASE HAVE THE DECENCY TO BE HONEST AND NOT HAVE THEM WAIT FOR 7 HOURS LONG. MIND YOU, THE PATIENT IS A SENIOR WHO HAS DIFFICULTY WALKING. AND YOU MADE HER WAIT TWICE FROM 3PM UNTIL 10PM WITHOUT ANY PHYSICIAN ATTENDING TO HER NEEDS. DR CHUA, I HAVE NO RESPECT TO YOU NOR YOUR SECRETARY. I CANNOT WAIT TO COMPLAIN TO THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT FOR WHAT YOU'VE DONE!

    Poor service and high billing prices. Just like the other reviews, they will charge how much money they like. In our case, they didn't want to discharge the patient even though we're settled to transfer her in another hospital. And the attending nurse was just the worst as he demanded to pay first even though the patient is in the ER. All they care about is how much money they could get off from their patients.

    If you're a foreigner and you end up here... God help you. My dad was admitted with final stages of cancer. I wanted to help ease his pain as I knew his time was up shortly. Just was unfortunate as we couldn't get him home overseas in time. Their billing system sucks. Noone has any idea of what future costs per day will be so one day might be 15,000 PHP, the next might be 30,000PHP or more. Unless you investigate and make sure you want to know exactly what you're paying, they will charge whatever they like. Operations are just put forward and they send you back and forth from the nurse to billing to find out the true cost of the procedure. They have no qualms coming twice a day to remind you of your hospital bill due and ask you for a "part payment". Everyone looks like they're busy, yet whilst sitting in ER, many staff members were on their phones watching videos. Great look in a hospital. They will want you to do random operations and not let you know the exact status of exactly why he's sick. Instead they don't have the heart to let you know he is not far from passing and will try and eek every cent out of you. Luckily my mum's relatives are doctors and nurses. Shame on you with your iPhone X's, designer shoes and belts. Lastly, the hospital is a depressing place. Everything has a price, from one paper cup to some toilet paper. The food is rank with no healthy options. It all seems like it's in a shambles and you have ONE lift in the entire building. So if you're with your loved one on their death bed you'll be sharing a lift with someone gawking at them. It you're a foreigner, make sure you have travel insurance. Believe me you'll need it.

    Tried calling to make an OBGYN appointment for my Mom. The secretary who answered was so rude and unprofessional! I am working in a Hospital in the UAE and I know how appointment system works and how one is ought to communicate with the patients/customers. Worst customer service. unfriendly, uncaring, unprofessional. People with such attitude are the main reason why this hospital never prospers!!!! Will never recommend nor ever allow any of my relatives nor friends to go to this facility. The Human Resources Dept. better check the work ethics of the people they hire! it does not deserve even a single star at all.

    Should have rated 0 star instead of 1. Poor service from ER to ward room, everything was filthy. Equipments were rusty and dusty, everything was breaking down. There was no handsoap in the toilets, had to ask one of the nurses to provided me a soap while waiting in the ER to think that the presentation of my grandpa was covid. Poor communication between staff, very slow to action. Had to wait for more than 24 hours for each test result. The ward room was disgusting, felt like equipments was from handme down store. How would you expect the patient to get well if doctors and nurses hardly visit the patient? They ask for covid payment but service was extremely poor, healthcare workers hardly visit the patient. This private hospital should be leveled to poorly managed public hospitals. They are just after your money and nothing else.

    I came here for a scheduled TVS, waiting for the Sonologist for 3 long hours outside the hospital while raining so hard was tolerable, but to be treated with rudeness from the Sonologist's assistant nurse, I don't think I deserve that. As a patient, I assumed it is protocol for the nurse to make the patient comfortable. It is not a very nice thing to treat the patient with a bad attitude. Tone of her voice made me uncomfortable, and made me think not to go to this hospital ever again for consultation and for labs.

    The worst hospital that i've ever seen. They do not have the equipment to facilitate emergency needs, the nurses are smoking here and there. They are only good at asking for test, test even if its uncessarry and high amount of billing without proper explanation what it is for. The ER nurses that was assigned to us (JR) was incompetent. They do nothing at all, no assistance when giving medicines, no proper treatment to their patient. They would rather wear their fancy jewelries than gloves when attemding to your patient. Based on my experience we felt like robbed by this hospital. Do not bring your loved ones to this hospital, they will not be treated with care. If you want "palengke" level of experience hospital. This is the hospital for you

    My wife has an appointment for an ultrasound at 5:00 PM it is 7:00 PM and still, there is no sign of a doctor and she choose to get back home and decided to go to Asian hospital tomorrow. CR at this hospital is gross, You might get a skin disease or respiratory issues. Staffs working there are horrible and rude. I suggest everyone avoid this hospital at all-cause unless you are in an emergency. I don't know how this government even allows such a potentially deadly, health risk and ripoff hospitals to even operate. I would rate 0 If that was possible. Update on this: 10/Jan/2022 my wife got admitted in Asian hospital due to the ruptured appendacitis. She went thru appendectomy operation and getting better now. This situation would have been worse if I was waiting for MCI to handle. Save yourself and avoid this hospital like a plague.

    They gave me phone numbers that were not working. I went to the hospital to have an advanced appointment, but they refused and said can only do it on the same day of procedure and told me need to call as early as 6am. Pls note I've explained to the staff the phone numbers were not working, but he said just try again. So Monday came, I had my leave approved by my employer, bcos this was the day I was planning to have my scan, I've tried to call them from 6am until around 12pm I guess, but cant get any person on the phone as it only said, "All circuits are busy." Please note there was no issue with my landline connection bcos I tried to call other hospitals and it's working fine. So, I had no choice but to go to the hospital, since I already had my leave approved. When I went there, Ive explained to the staff I tried calling them, but to no avail. They said they have no room for me and OB said they can no longer accept new patients. That's so disappoiting! Imagine you are pregnant, and the weather was not good, but since you wanted to have your scan to check your baby is okay, u decided to have the check up, but they refused to give their service! The sad thing is I can only do Mondays which not really fit my schedule. I went home disappointed + caught a cold from the hospital. Now, I am sick and it's been 4 days now. MCI needs to address the issues with their phones + be more accomodating with their patients.

    Medical services are ok. Fees are too much. They are constructing a new building which would prolly mean that prices will increase again. Hospital is understaffed. Canteen does not offer any healthy choices and the place needs improvements.

    This hospital saved my sister's life and I couldn't be more grateful to Dr. Ronald Miranda, his staff and his fellow doctors.Their professionalism, dedication to their call of saving life and truly fulfilling to the best of their ability their covenant.     Went there for a check up. Advice by the doctor to rest for a week and a half cause i have measles and was advice to come back 2 days after same time to check on my blood. so i went back, staff is saying different things go to this room hmo benefits room cause i got a hmo card. Went to that room, advice again to go down stairs to get a doctor cause previous doctor doesn't accept or do patients with hmo. Went down stairs to help desk or something, told me no doctors available. I went back a day after, still no doctors available. Then i went to another hospital to get my med cert and fit to work. Went back to mci cause i need the information that the doctor wants me to take a rest for a week and a half. Got my med cert and it is only showing that i got viral infection, no information regarding the dates that doctor advised me! Just that! And i was here thinking that it was put on my record so i can get it when ever i need to. I asked one nurse that was so rude. I recommend not go to that hospital

    Jeanette Gueco is very unprofessional, no respect to elders. Patients go to doctors to seek professional help, not ask for unnecessary lectures. She gives prescription without instructions on how to take it. Sheโ€™s not even a specialist. Not recommended, there are a lot more IM that are more capable and knowledgeable on handling patients.

    My brother was hospitalized for 3 days, 2 days in ICU and 1 day in Covid ward but passed away after...they charged exorbitant rate and seems like they are not after the patient's welfare but how.much money they can get from.the patient..in that 3 days, we were billed almost 800K..was so shocked because 2nd day of hospitalization, it was 150K and the final bill.rocketed to.800K. They make.covid patients a source of momey making from Philhealth

    First of all, a very special thank you to the entire clinic staff who stood by me from the first supply + transport and took care of me. As for further initial investigations. As a precaution, I stayed in the clinic for 3 days in a single room, my partner was allowed to stay there. The station staff was incredibly careful, polite and conscientious with daily checks / visits and allocation. There was always a contact person for wishes and needs. The doctor explained to me what the cause was in order to discuss further steps communicatively, taking into account the free decision on my part. The clinic is functional, practical and simply equipped with important functions to ensure basic flexibility and care + meal You automatically get a small basic set of hygiene items in your room! Only negative thing I felt: After my improvement and my health, I contacted my health insurance company in my country of origin. Who also stood by my side communicatively and supportively. However, there is no real e-mail address in the clinic that deals with such international cases or provides information. The insurance company cannot guarantee financial leeway. You should set up an e-mail to be constructively open to such questions, queries and advice. This means that payment methods are freer and easier to handle. Here it is still common to do a lot of things yourself in cash, which in my opinion is no longer up-to-date and also involves risks. Despite everything, everything has been done and I am very grateful to everyone for the help and great support in my battery case.

    Wag kayo sa MCI. Very frustrating ang service. Nurses are not courteous. (At least at ER) Very slow. They eat spaghetty in front of all waiting customers.

    There must be a ZERO over 5 stars for this right? ๐Ÿคฃ Worst outpatient process. EVER. You have to get soooo many slips a yellow one in front, and gray one from the triage area they call when all you need is just to drop by HMO unit to get your LOA. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚Your doctorโ€™s schedule must be over by the time you get your freakin slip.     MCI Ultrasound Hotline Number is busy, we were supposed to reschedule the ultrasound since it is โ€œBy Appointmentโ€ and the doctor wasnโ€™t able to attend. We were notified an hour before and waited almost half and still the number is busy. Unreachable! How can we reschedule? This is a hassle!

    hi..may I know where to pick-up my east west medical card? i did a follow-up at your emergency ,they advise me to visit hmo office,when I reach hmo office I was advise to find your card at 2 boxes of different medical cards,I never found it.Hmo advise me to go back to emergency but still emergency dept advise me to go back to hmo.My east west medical card was 2 weeks already at your hospital premises.please advise me where to pick-up. Thank you..

    March 11,2019. Re constructed buildings , more parking at the right side. Separate building In front are convenience store, restaurant, & food court at the 2nd floor. OPD located at the 2nd floor. Rehabilitation medicine located at the back. You can drop your patient right at the doorstep. Friendly staff are waiting for you.

    Waiting 7 hours for a doctor? The appointment was at 8.00 AM but without explanation, waiting hours and hours in the hot, sweaty and stinky waiting room (with no aircon) there was an old sick lady next to me she had been there since 04.00 AM and at noon still no doctor. And this is a private hospital where people spend a premium amount of money for treatment? In the end, the doctor, an urologist was rude and dismissive and did not help me. Waste of money and time. My girlfriend works here as a nurse at this godforsaken place and her salary is SO LOW!!! Her salary is just less than 20K pesos a month... While the prices are so high for treatment. And she was doing 12-hour nightshifts WHILE PREGNANT. They rotated her despite her insistence on only doing day shifts because she got no sleep. The head nurse did not care. The headnurse quit herself recently out of frustration with management.
