I
called
up
a
popular
franchise
salon
before
making
an
appointment,
but
the
person
I
spoke
to
wasn't
very
helpful
in
answering
my
questions
about
my
hair
problem
and
coloring.
However,
when
I
called
Bliss
Salon,
the
receptionist
was
incredibly
sweet
and
helpful.
She
contacted
their
hair
expert
to
address
all
of
my
concerns
and
suggested
that
I
visit
the
salon,
as
they
could
not
recommend
the
treatment
and
color
I
desired
just
by
looking
at
a
picture
over
the
phone.
I
went
to
Bliss
Salon
located
in
Durbar
Marg,
where
Deepkaji
analyzed
my
hair,
asked
me
a
few
questions,
and
examined
the
aftermath
of
my
previous
hair
treatment.
Based
on
his
assessment,
he
honestly
advised
me
not
to
undergo
any
coloring
for
at
least
6-8
months.
He
explained
the
potential
consequences
and
the
harm
it
could
do
to
my
hair.
It
was
refreshing
to
encounter
such
honesty,
as
it
is
unfortunately
quite
rare.
Deepkaji
proceeded
to
perform
a
touch-up
on
my
roots,
as
I
had
developed
a
significant
amount
of
grey
hair.
Importantly,
he
didn't
try
to
pressure
me
into
buying
any
products,
although
he
did
offer
recommendations
which
I
chose
to
purchase.
He
also
provided
me
with
helpful
tips
to
protect
my
hair
and
manage
frizz.
