One of the best practice/jam studios in the Lalitpur area. This place is located right opposite the grand academy college. You may not find it easily. It's on the 4th floor of the green colored house opposite the grand academy. This place offers you a large practice room with a quality instrument and gadgets. You can carry your own instrument and have a fun/quality time with your band members. They charge you 500 per hour and you can also find a cafe at the roof top. There's only a road side parking. You'll have to cross the road and climb to the 4th floor of the building. You'll have to pre book this place as it's usually occupied.

The best jamming station in town equipped with modern equipments. The cafe is an additional perk that serves a range of drinks and food which means hunger and thirst won't be an issue in the jamming session.
