I
took
my
mum
to
shop
some
ear
studs
for
myself
and
my
mum.
When
we
went
there
the
lady
at
customer
service
was
looking
at
us
like
we
cannot
afford
it
or
we
are
there
to
waste
her
time.
I
have
to
repeatedly
ask
her
to
show
me
some
good
designs
and
some
new
designs.
She
was
slow
and
was
not
that
interested
to
do
it.
Her
attitude
was
like
she
owns
the
place
and
we
should
not
be
there.
I
was
about
to
leave
but
it
was
a
special
occasion
and
I
want
to
get
some
diamond
ear
studs
for
her.
I
was
on
verge
of
leaving
and
speak
to
her
directly
about
her
behaviour
but
my
mum
did
not
wanted
any
dramas
around
so
I
have
to
hold
myself.
I
had
a
flight
in
few
days
and
I
did
not
have
much
time
to
stroll
around
the
shops.
These
kind
of
behaviour
from
sales
girls
do
affect
the
business
and
being
there
it’s
their
duties
to
satisfy
the
customer
and
stop
behaving
like
it’s
their
own
place.
I
end
up
buying
2
ear
studs
-
1
for
my
muk
and
1
for
me.
Items
are
good
and
diamonds
are
good
quality
but
the
customers
service
girls
need
to
be
more
professional
and
act
accordingly
and
also
treat
everyone
same.
Will
try
to
Avoid
buying
from
SBD
as
much
as
possible
in
future,
if
their
behaviour
continuous
the
same.
