Worst dental service Dr Lochan thapa is worst doc I have ever seen he doesn't listen to his patients and the dental charge is too high comparing to any other hospital's dental ward if some is going to have braces I would suggest not to see Dr Lochan Jung Thapa.

I have only consulted Dr. Yogesh Neupane (ENT) in this hospital and he is truly a gem for this hospital. His treatment gives satisfaction and this doctor never writes medicines and X-rays if not required. Thank you Yogesh sir. Also, Dr. Ravindra Shrestha (Neuro) gives time to his patients and treats them well.

Many things should be improved like hospitality, caring towards patients, management, response to visitors, behaviours of attendants, many more... hospital has to go very long way toward the way of improvement..... HEALTH IS SERIOUS ISSUE FOR EACH PERSON.....!!!!!

Doctor’s here are very unprofesisonal and whole system is mismanaged. Patients might be dying and the doctors would still say they don’t know the reason….

Worst hospital the nurse was not trained and gave the patient three dose of injection and still told I can't find the nerve nicely the doctor are rude and it doesn't even deserve 1 star rating please don't go to this place and they gave us several medice I search about them and they were no use siddhi polyclinic is 100 time better than this himal hospital was so bad that we left between the treatment and went to siddhi polyclinic

The wait times is absolutely ridiculous. I have been waiting for and one and half hour for a doctors appointment. When I was 5th in line and people are cutting line. This is not fair I don’t know why people even bother come here this is my last time.

There were lots of cockroaches in the cabin. The service was good but the hygiene management is very very poor.

Centrally located, budget hospital but they need to level up their game pretty high. The doctors are good, the management is poor, very ill designed place the cabin doesn't have a window, the AC doesn't work the medicine desk doesn't stand up right, no dustbin and napkin in the toilet. Very very bright light no dim light for the night. Cleanliness is the key at the hospital where they need to work as well. Cosy and pre location with good and seniors doctors.

Why patients should pay lab report test and medical bill while he is bed being every unit under one roof. Should he will be not treated if he doesn't have money right now. This is so frustrating. Every other hospital's bill are paid before discharge. None of the toilet are clean and every flush are broken.Nurse lacks orientation skills. They don't know how to talk. And irritated for simple task. You need to re-engineer your service. Until then no visit form my side , my family, my friend & every know person to me.

Visited couples time for blood donation , very unmanaged for everything , though old and situated in core city ktm but facilties are not updated . Its not at all old age and disable friendly . Forget about plantation , flowers . Hospital management is not capable of putting no horn sign outside the road .

Staff aren't polite and they don't respect people time. It is better to visit clinic than this hospital

I don’t even want to give 1 star for this worst hospital I took an appointment and on the given date the receptionist called me twice and informed me to come on time…. I went there on time and right after I reached the hospital the receptionist again called and said that the doctor went somewhere and will return only after 15 days I mean what the hell is this. Is this a joke??? Never in my life I have ever experienced this kind of situation.worst!!!!!!!!

Many things must be improved, ICU ward is very noisy with Tiktok music, laughing and talking loudly. Deluxe room charged Rs.7500 per night but IC, TV nothing is working.. we tried to turn on AC but it gives only cold air and in winter no body needs cold air in the room. But Dr. Nayan and team was perfect.. I mean medical team are really good just management part should be updated..!

Don’t use this Himal hospital! Mosquitoes everywhere, dirty everywhere, toilet flush doesn’t work. Rude nurse and doctors. Doctors know how to NOT be on time!

This hospital doesn't even have their own parking. I'm here to take care of my sister who is hospitalised here since last week, and I'm paying for parking everyday ( they said that they have paid parking only). Not a good hospital. I wouldn't recommend anyone. Better go to teaching hospital or bir hospital than this one.

If I could, I would give it no stars at all. Made to wait 1.5 hrs for a doctor. Ultimately didn't arrive. One of the worst experiences!

Good honest doctors. Went to consult for a vasectomy. The surgeon could have done the procedure and take the money. But instead he persuaded me to go to the Family Planning hospital where the procedure was short, easy and almost free (Rs 100). I was amazed by the Dr’s honesty.
