Very busy place. No food delivery. Service is Ok. Food is great.

As time goes by...service and staff are getting worse. Jollibee needs to step up handling their crew about customer service. In addition chicken pieces always seems to be missing the good parts....most of the time wings part the the only available pieces. They seems to reserving the good part to whom I dont know

Counter staff didn't smile and didn't say any spiel as standard welcoming to a customer. Asked her a question but didn't respond nor didn't looked at me, but I am pretty sure that she heard me. When I was on the queue, I saw a chicken joy on the counter top waiting to be served. A fly landed on it but the manager who was attending to it didn't do anything nor showed a little concern with the food that was touched by the fly. You can tell that 90's - 2000's Jollibee experience is gone with the type of service you receive with these kind of staff nowadays. Very saddening.

My daugther love this branch. She always ask to order her favorite Macaroni soup. And also this is a special place for us and we use to hangout in here a lot as a date.

They used NEW COOKING OIL! Chix tastes way better! Abit noisy inside compared to other Jollibee stores...might be due to the shape of the store which is "half-moon". But the chix is really good!

the place us getting run down..needs to be refurbished .the floor is too slippery..hazardous to customer..specially to the seniors..the c.r. flooring leaks and stinks, although visually "clean"

Great place as always! Servings getting smaller and smaller every year (due to inflation perhaps?!)

Kind and friendly crews. I would say 10/10 the food is delicious and well cooked. Also clean and has pleasing smell!

Poor service. Staff not helpful and only one counter service having to queue. Defeat the purpose of fast food restaurant. Worst Jollibee I have visited

Still considered as the Philippines well loved fast food restaurant for more than a decade. They got the numbers to back-up this claim!

Kamias branch. What you will expect from Jollibee. Service on this branch, is slow. Needed to follow-up my order 3x. Overall, it's ok.

This branch doesn't know how to prioritize seniors, PWD, and pregnant people. Only 1 cashier is open while the line keeps on piling up.
