This place is my midpoint way home. I visit it for rest stops and snacks. Just like any Jollibee, it offers the standards of the store.

Ordered via drive-thru. The crew was patient with us and provided us with options.

Never come to this place! The famous chicken joy in this branch is awful! It was drier than the Sahara desert. It was like chicken from last night heated for today’s meal in microwave.This branch doesn’t even deserve any star.

I really enjoy the food and the place. This is absolutely my favorite place. Especially every morning having breakfast with my wife

Slowest and worst drive thru service. Took us 25 minutes waiting in line of cars just to order. When we got on the counter the cashier is confused about the total sum of orders. Only thing good is the freshly cooked fries which also took us another 5 minutes waiting on the recieving area. Fast food gone slow.

Hi Jollibee, I wanted to share my experience, especially how great their customer service is at Jollibee Ligaya. What happened is that I ordered Jollibee spaghetti, Burger Steak with matching fries, and Yum Burger. I requested to take it out, and when they called my number, I just immediately grabbed the paper bag without checking if my order was complete because I was busy enough checking something on my phone. So when I got home, I checked the bag, and I was shocked because they forgot to include the Yum Burger. At first, I was really mad. So I called their number, and luckily they acknowledged my experience, and they promised that they would give me the Yum Burger as long as I had the receipt. And I requested to visit their store tomorrow since I need to rest because I do have work tomorrow. So I came back, and I was surprised that they also included a peach mango pie aside from the Yum Burger. To the people who work at Ligaya Jollibee, thank you. especially to the manager.

Hello I think the staff is a too understaffed there were only two cashiers and they were simultaneously taking orders and making them to supposedly “speed up” the process. What my order was basically a reg coke float and large fries for take out, they gave me a regular coke (not a coke float), both on a serving tray for dinning 😭 i was gonna ask for help but they were too uncoordinated to even get to me and attend to my concerns.

My niece just celebrated her B-Day here recently, and it was an awesome experience.
