As a nurse, I saw Dra. Corpuz perform and assist her patients during labor and delivery as I worked with her in the hospital and operating room. And one thing I admire about her is how she truly cares for her patients; "napaka-maalaga sa pasyente" is the correct term to describe how she treats her patients; she is very hands-on in caring for them. Our family is indeed blessed to be under the care of TEAMBLESSED. The main reason why I chose Dra. Corpuz as my OB is that, as a nurse, I saw how she takes care of her patients. I saw how dedicated she is. Imagine monitoring her patient's progress of labor even in the middle of the night, while she was also pregnant herself. She is also a patient advocate. Now that I'm an OFW and I came to visit Dra. Corpuz on my last trimester. She patiently reviewed and explained every detail of my file to me and my husband. She also discussed the options regarding my birth plan as twin pregnancy poses a higher risk of preterm delivery. They were very much present during the course of my last trimester, as I was struggling to keep my pregnancy as close to 37 weeks. Even her secretary was very responsive and helpful on the middle of the night when I had to communicate important details. On my 34th week, my babies couldn't wait any longer, Dra. Corpuz and her team performed an Emergency CS. The operation went well and I was out by day 3. My recovery went smoothly as expected. With Dra. As a first time mom/parent, very anxious ako when it comes to my health during my whole pregnancy journey. As a newbie assigned in Lucena City, I am not yet familiar of the place so as to whom should I entrust my health and that of my baby.
